The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The service was good, and we appreciated being able to cook – especially since we had elderly family members who prefer home-cooked meals. It was a nice touch. The location is very convenient for transportation; it's close to the seafood market, Zhongshan Road, and a supermarket. I'd recommend getting your fruit from the supermarket, it's less than 50 meters away. Getting a ride-sharing car was easy and affordable, and there were shared bikes available too. Even though it's in an old neighborhood, it has its own charm, allowing us to experience the daily life of people in Xiamen's old quarter. The streets and alleys are well-connected and lead everywhere. We also tried Drunken One Seafood Restaurant, and even at 11 PM, it was packed! The grilled eel and steamed grouper were absolutely delicious. Overall, this guesthouse has a great location and was easy to find.

The room was clean, and the shower had wonderfully hot water. The central air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius. The staff were very welcoming, and the robot delivery service was quick and efficient. The location is super convenient, close to Sanfang Qixiang, Shangxiahang, and Minjiang之心. Definitely a five-star review, awesome! 👍

The location was excellent, and for such an affordable price within the scenic area, finding a clean, tidy, and well-maintained guesthouse like this is truly rare. Plus, the breakfast was very generous and filling, offering local specialties like Rouyan and fish balls. The only minor issue was that our room type had a slightly low ceiling, which made the space feel a bit smaller, but everything else was great.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the start of Zhongshan Road, facing Gulangyu Island. We were upgraded to a room directly overlooking Gulangyu, and the view was absolutely stunning. While the hotel entrance looks small, the interior is newly renovated, very modern and clean. The staff at the front desk, both male and female, were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. They assisted us with our luggage to the room and explained how to use the room's facilities and important details. We stayed in a twin room (forgot to take photos), and the two adjacent rooms were king rooms, which had bathtubs. The views from all the river-view rooms are fantastic, and our room had a small window that, when closed, provided excellent soundproofing. The housekeeping staff on the 6th floor were also very friendly, and the room cleanliness was impeccable. For continuous stays, housekeeping also comes to do a light tidying. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, it was well worth it, highly recommended!

The hotel room I booked was a Luxury Executive River View Room, facing the southwest corner. The views and natural light were excellent, and privacy was high. It's truly one of Fuzhou's top room types. The interior space is large, with mostly wooden flooring and some carpeting – very impressive. The hotel also features a pool and gym with fantastic views, as well as an afternoon tea restaurant, all of which are of a very high standard. The afternoon tea cakes are freshly made, and the breakfast selection is quite rich and delicious, with fresh and light flavors. If I had to mention any shortcomings, it would be that some in-room facilities could be upgraded. For instance, the toilet isn't automatic, and the showerhead and faucet operation are a bit too traditional and impractical. There aren't full-room electric curtains, and the TV clarity isn't great. Also, the toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't from a well-known brand. If they could upgrade these details, it would be perfect. **Cleanliness**: Very clean and tidy, satisfactory. **Service**: There's butler service and reception at the entrance to help with luggage, etc. Check-in required queuing due to many guests, but the service felt very good. **Environment/Location**: The location is excellent, right in the city center. Minjiang Park is right at your doorstep, and nearby shopping malls and attractions are not far, all within a short taxi ride. This room design is very suitable for couples.

The housekeeping staff did a thorough job, and all aspects were excellent, truly impeccable. The front desk service was very professional and attentive to details. The hygiene was good, and the environment was beautiful. For a location on Zhongshan Road, this level of comfort is rare and highly commendable. I give it super high praise! The atmosphere felt like home, warm and inviting. I loved it! The location is superb. I'll definitely come back next time and have already recommended it to my friends. The facilities and amenities are also exceptionally good.

First off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It offers great views of Gulangyu Island, is only a 5-minute walk to Zhongshan Road, and is very close to the ferry terminal. Xiamen University and the Botanical Garden are also nearby. There are tons of great food options around, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. The room itself was very spacious. Our whole family, from young to old, was really happy with everything!

The room was tidy and clean overall. It's close to Zengcuo'an, so it's a little noisy, but it's very convenient for visiting the night market and going to the beach. The service from the young lady was incredibly good. She even took me to the taxi stand in her electric scooter when she saw me carrying such a big suitcase. In this respect, it far surpasses other accommodations in this area!

The service was great, and the staff member was very welcoming. The hotel has a pool, which kept the kids entertained and happy. The environment is comfortable, right next to the beach. There's a bus stop basically 300 meters away, making transportation very convenient. There's a snack street nearby, and if you're not into snacks, there are plenty of popular brand-name restaurants and almost all the well-known milk tea brands.
