The hotel is right next to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and super close to the ferry terminal. You can walk to the ferry in just 10 minutes to go to Gulangyu Island, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout, proactively offering tips on local food and travel strategies, showing great attention to detail. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Here, you can experience both the historical charm of old Xiamen and enjoy a convenient and comfortable holiday. It's perfect for both family trips and solo travelers, especially with the great weather in Xiamen recently. Highly recommended!

Airport express bus was just directly across the street (use underpass). But please avoid the more expensive RMB50 van as it will only dropped you 4 km away from hotel. Instead opt for cheaper RMB25 service which will alight U opposite your hotel. Generally the hotel is value for $ and the staff are v courteous. At level 2 you can do your laundry (1 set of washer & dryer only) foc. Please note the location is quite far from metro station. However, using public bus (RMB1/trip) is very convenient and the the bus stop just about 20m/100m from the hotel entrance. At night, there are a few street food stalls outside the hotel. Last but not least, this is not a 4 stars hotel but overall I do enjoy my stay there.

A truly unique stay at this beautiful artistic heritage hotel. The atmosphere is captivating, and the service was truly awesome– attentive and welcoming throughout. The breakfast was absolutely yummy, a delicious start to the day. However, two significant issues impacted comfort: 1. Room Lighting:The lights were far too low, making it difficult to see or function properly in the room after dark. 2. Noise Transfer:The acoustics from the room above (Level 2) were terrible. Every footstep and movement from upstairs guests was clearly audible and disruptive, making relaxation difficult.

Facilities: The room came with a projector, but the picture wasn't perfectly aligned with the screen. The bathroom was well-stocked with disposable amenities, including a disposable toilet seat cover and conditioner. The room was a bit smaller than expected, with a very narrow hallway. The bathroom's exhaust fan wasn't very powerful, leading to some humidity. Cleanliness: It was very clean, but for some reason, after the staff cleaned, the floor was always wet, especially in the bathroom. There's also a step in the bathroom, which is something to be aware of if you're traveling with seniors or children. Environment: The location is genuinely excellent. It's very close to the pedestrian street, making dining and drinks convenient. Food delivery can come directly to your room. Bus stops and ferry terminals are also within walking distance. Exiting the building, you're right on the main road, making it very easy to catch a taxi. Service: Very good. After check-out, the staff member even gave us a small gift. There was some renovation going on downstairs recently, but we left early enough that it didn't bother us, and the room also provided noise-canceling earplugs. Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from the experience. The price was great during the off-season, offering excellent value for money, so I'm giving it a good review!

The Hilton Sanya's facilities are great, but unfortunately, the staff's service quality is really lacking. We had a bit of an unpleasant incident, but later, a supervisor or manager from the hotel resolved it, and their attitude was excellent, which I appreciated. They even gave me a small gift. I forgot my ID in the key card holder of room 5132 when I switched rooms, and the hotel called me to arrange for it to be couriered to my next hotel, which I'm very grateful for. I hope my next trip goes smoothly!

The location is absolutely unbeatable. Right downstairs is the famous Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The hotel's service details show a real warmth. When they found out I needed to print documents, they helped me out within 5 minutes – so convenient for someone rushing to an early morning meeting. The cleaning staff meticulously cleans every day; the sheets and duvet covers are pristine and odorless, there isn't a single water stain on the bathroom glass door, and even the tile grout is sparkling clean. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot [__LINK_ICON__]. The room was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was as soft as a cloud, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. There are charging ports by the bed and the desk, so no more fighting over outlets. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the hot water comes out quickly with just the right pressure.

Had a good stay here. Its walking distance to the Zhongshan Road pedestrian street, in about 10 mins. Room is new and clean, giving us plenty of space to relax. Staff Wu Jin Xiu, who cleaned our room, made us a pair of towel bunnies to make us feel welcome. While the hotel is near to a ferry to Gulangyu island, do note that this ferry terminal does not allow foreigners to depart or land before 5.30 pm. Foreigners have to go to Dongdu Pier to access Gulangyu in the day

The room was tidy and clean overall. It's close to Zengcuo'an, so it's a little noisy, but it's very convenient for visiting the night market and going to the beach. The service from the young lady was incredibly good. She even took me to the taxi stand in her electric scooter when she saw me carrying such a big suitcase. In this respect, it far surpasses other accommodations in this area!

The service was great, and the staff member was very welcoming. The hotel has a pool, which kept the kids entertained and happy. The environment is comfortable, right next to the beach. There's a bus stop basically 300 meters away, making transportation very convenient. There's a snack street nearby, and if you're not into snacks, there are plenty of popular brand-name restaurants and almost all the well-known milk tea brands.
