"This hotel is located in Aoquian Road, Taiwan Town, less than 5 km from Pingtan County, and it's really quiet and pleasant. It's perfect for self-driving tourists. It's a two-story new building with large, high-ceilinged rooms and good facilities. The only minor issues were that the central air conditioning wasn't very effective at dehumidifying, and breakfast was a bit simple. Overall, the rooms are exceptionally spacious and nice, the customer service is great, and the price isn't high. I'm very satisfied!"

"If you come to Xiamen to relax near the sea, I think this one is not bad. The room is relatively clean, the feeling of a small resort, it is very convenient to call a car, go out to the beach, cross the road, suitable for children to catch the sea to play in the sand ～ Just order something to dig sand to catch the sea. It is quite suitable for children to rest, and the baby likes it very much. The hotel has a good view and the room type is not bad. If you want to visit the attractions, this one is a little farther away from the attractions and the like, and it takes about 20 minutes to drive. There is no food around, basically relying on takeaway, or come back after eating. Next time I go again, I will consider this one for leisure and vacation. I personally think it is in the same price range, the price is relatively high, and it is excellent value for money."

Heye(こうの)This was my first time visiting Wuyi Mountain, the home of Oolong and Dahongpao tea. It was also my first time staying at a guesthouse, and from the moment I arrived, I was able to slowly savor and sample different teas, which was very relaxing. On the second day, the owner also recommended a show and sightseeing spots, and shared a lot of knowledge about tea. My three-day, two-night stay was very enjoyable. I even managed to buy various excellent teas, and I'm very satisfied. If I get the chance, I'd love to visit again during the new tea season.

Just a left turn outside the door leads to a bustling pedestrian street at night. There are many dining options nearby, and it's also close to Xiamen's Eighth Market. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Xiaoyu20090The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yi, was truly exceptional. She was incredibly efficient, hardworking, and attentive. Her reception of guests was warm and thorough, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. I had several questions that needed answering, and she didn't just brush them off; instead, she explained each one in detail and even proactively offered thoughtful reminders about various considerations. She handled tasks in an organized and swift manner, resolving issues without guests needing to constantly follow up. She treated every guest equally, maintaining a patient and kind service attitude at all times. Her service was both professional and empathetic. It's rare to find such an outstanding and thoughtful staff member; I truly felt her dedication. Highly recommended, full marks!

The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. Sandy at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a beautiful view. Our private butler and cleaning attendant, Auntie Ye, was incredibly thoughtful. She provided a complimentary bubble bath, thoroughly disinfected all the bathroom fixtures, supplied almost every toiletry imaginable, and even offered a selection of different pillows. She also promptly reported any facility issues for repair. Additionally, she gave us Xiamen souvenirs, offered bedtime drinks like hot milk and chrysanthemum tea, and thoughtfully turned down our bed with lavender aromatherapy. The executive lounge was refined and had a great atmosphere, with a wide variety of food and drinks. The bartender at the lobby bar on the first floor was very approachable, and they also offered a range of beverages and snacks. A complimentary laundry service was provided once a day. Breakfast was extensive and unique. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Stumbled upon a Ctrip gem, this B&B was a delightful surprise during my Wuyishan trip. The scenery here is stunning, easily rivaling the Nine-Bend Stream. The owner is incredibly warm and provides excellent service. They even upgraded our room for free, offered complimentary fruit, tea eggs, and health-boosting tea, and the breakfast spread was generous. Their tea factory produces delicious tea, and they even gifted us some when we left. This B&B offers great value for money, especially for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am – I couldn't find a single flaw, even in the nooks and crannies. Highly recommended!

Kaixin№1The hotel's location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the pier and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The room views are also great, and although it's a high-rise, the elevators are very fast. While the hotel decor is vintage, the attention to detail is superb. They even provided a doll for the child, along with kids' amenities like slippers, and also toiletries for women. Parking is very convenient, and the hotel manager was very thoughtful, informing us about the odd/even license plate restrictions. Our car was held up for a day, and they even waived the parking fee, which we greatly appreciated.

SanmaobanchangFive-star rating for the front desk and lobby staff – they were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's location and surroundings are also great. However, the pool opening hours are too late. My kids were really looking forward to the pool, but it doesn't open until 3 PM, so we completely missed out. Also, the breakfast area was stifling hot; it's just not right to not have air conditioning on in this weather.

1️⃣ Seeing that we had elderly people with us, they thoughtfully asked if we preferred a bathtub or a walk-in shower.
2️⃣ Since my phone couldn't log into local platforms, the staff were also very enthusiastic in helping us with our bookings.
3️⃣ What impressed me most was the attitude of the hotel staff; everyone had a wonderful smile. Even though we checked in late at night the day before, the service remained very thoughtful, which made us feel so warm and welcome. ❤️

Meticulously kept property at the northern end of the Wuyishan tourist area. It's a quieter area, which is 10 minutes by car from the tourist area and the Southern entrance of the Wuyishan Scenic Area and 5 minutes from the northern entrance. It's quite serene and away from the crowds. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Guest UserThe Wyndham Grand Xiamen Haicang is an excellent choice if you're planning activities around Wuyuan Bay. My stay here was full of pleasant surprises. Not only does the hotel provide a shuttle to the Yacht Club, but during concert periods, they also offer round-trip shuttle services to the venue, which made getting around incredibly convenient. If you're attending a concert, you can reserve a direct shuttle to the venue and avoid the hassle of waiting for transportation after the show. The hotel's aromatherapy check-in experience was particularly memorable. Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by a subtle, warm fragrance – not overwhelming – which instantly eased the fatigue from my travels and added a touch of elegance. The guest rooms are spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest after a day of exploring. Jenny was very professional and responsive to any requests. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options, including authentic Southern Fujian flavors, all of which tasted great. Whether you're here for a seaside vacation or specifically for a concert, the transportation and services at this hotel are top-notch. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it.
