I had a wonderful stay at this hotel situated at Zhongshan Walking Street—an ideal location for exploring the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the early check-in option was incredibly convenient after a long journey. The hotel also offered thoughtful perks like tea breaks and supper, which added to the overall experience. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. In particular, 小农 stood out for her exceptional service. She sent a complimentary fruit basket to my room and reassured me that I could contact her anytime for assistance. Her kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, excellent amenities, and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Very close to metro station. Easy to go to popular attractions. Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room is spacious. However, we could smell cigarettes even smoking is not prohibited. We also have plumbing issue for our toilet, but it’s fixed quickly.

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

Love it for its location and its proximity to the west lake. Such I pity I couldn’t get a lake view room. Hotel feels abit old, has no direct access the west lake, notwithstanding that it is just in front of it. I got to make a detour to get to it. Buffet dinner has a decent spread given that hotel guests only pays RM155. The tea leaves in the hotel cost a bomb too. As I do not read Chinese characters well, I didn’t know that they charge the tea leaves and used them, and ended up paying around RMB 200 for a packet of tea leaves (2 servings). I would suggest that they write the costs in English too.

The breakfast is quite rich and varied, and the rooms have themed paintings, plus the zoo and circus performances, which are very suitable for families and friends to travel together. The front desk service is also very good. Knowing that there are four of us adults, they directly upgraded us to a king-size bed room, and after we checked in, they asked the room attendant to deliver fruits and insufficient supplies.

This is the best stay I had when I was in Xiamen. Spacious room with high ceilings. Super clean. The staff is super helpful when I needed help. I am sensitive to smoking smell and they immediately brought air purifiers to me. The only downside is that there are not many places to eat for solo travelers nearby. But Xiamen is small to get around. Breakfast can offer more options. But it is still very decent breakfast. A small suggestion: WiFi is difficult to connect if you don’t have Chinese mobile phone. I would suggest the management to make it easier for foreigners on this part. The staff has to use their phones to help me, which is highly appreciated.

Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Her professional introduction to the hotel's amenities and services was extremely informative. Additionally, Veronica presented us with a unique bag of desserts, which was a delightful surprise. I couldn't believe that the hotel has been operating for 40 years and yet maintains such a high level of service and comfort. She showed us to our room, assisted us with our luggage, and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, Veronica's service and the hotel's facilities made our trip truly enjoyable.

Outdoor swimming pool was super nice. Very comfort and enough deep to swim. It is just next to the breafkast buffet restaurant. The food was nice, with variety of choice include the dessert which is out of my expectation. The concierge, front desk staff was kind, helpful. Highly recommended to stay, and definitely to stay in this hotel next time.

The very attentive manager recognized us from a previous visit a few years ago. We were assigned a nicely upgraded room. Beautiful view of the sea. Beautiful sunrises. Extensive breakfast with a very varied choice and good quality. Sufficient choice for dinner.

I stayed at Wuyishan Yeohwa Hotel for two days. The hotel has an excellent location. It only takes 5-6 minutes to drive to the south gate of the scenic area. It is very convenient to eat and buy things near the hotel. Starbucks, Nai Xue and Luckin are all nearby. There is also a large snack shop. The breakfast is also very comprehensive, and it also combines a lot of local snacks in Wuyi Mountain, which is very distinctive. The hotel room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are good and easy to use. The service attitude of the front desk and other service staff is quite good. The lobby manager Xiao Wu is responsive. Amazing facilities , they build this place with touch of warm heart , serve with love and hosted with generosity. I should say this is a boutique hotel quality. I was a female solo traveler that never been to china before and doesn’t speak the local language and I was so blessed that I booked this place , the owner Lily is speaking good english and she is go above and beyond to help n accommodate my stay beautifully . She help with my itinerary and she even being my go to call when I need help with translate. The sisters ( that is the receptionist ladies ) is also eager to please with anything that we need, truly there is no other place to stay is better in the area if you are looking for a great place to stay , served with warm heart and many upgraded for free. The hotel is located in Sangu Resort, a ten-minute walk from Dahongpao Theater. It is very close and convenient. If you are tired from watching the evening performance, you will be there in a short walk. The hotel service is beyond five-star, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I only stayed for one night. The butler guy recommended things to pay attention to during the travel itinerary, such as delicious meals in the resort. I found that the tips I made before were useless. The service provided by the guy is comparable to five-star. It's as considerate as a hotel, and tea is given as a souvenir when you check in. It's also very clean, and the room is also very clean. You can make tea yourself at the tea-making station. The hotel was beautiful and the location was within walking distance to wuyi palace, a pedestrian street and lots of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly but they offered very little help with directions and suggestions of places to visit in the area. I would not recommend staying if you do not speak Chinese. The breakfast was also basic, there was no coffee and we saw two cockroaches by the breakfast buffet.

The landlady was very considerate and sent a car to pick us up, so that we didn’t feel unfamiliar and confused at night. This hotel is situated in a small secluded area and you only hear birds chirping, it’s not too far from the attractions either. The bathroom is very well thought out and a luxury to enjoy. I’d definitely stay here if I visit Wuyishan again.

After reading the comments of previous guests, I stayed in a tatami room, and the bed was large and comfortable. The boss is young and casual. The inn is next to the old street of the food center, which is convenient for dining. For breakfast, I recommend Zhenweiyuan fried dumplings; the vegetable market on the old street is worth a visit, and the cherry tomatoes and egg fruits are sweet and delicious. Marvelous place. Coffee in the hotel is good. The food on the breakfast is fine for europeans. The stuff is very helpful, they helped us to book the tickets for the Tea show and for the bamboo rafting. Location is great, you can walk to the mountain. In 20m there is a nice tea shop where we enjoyed drinking and buying tea everyday.
