Elina88We stayed at this hotel from June 15th to 21st. We booked a room with a pool view, and according to the photos, it should have had a panoramic window. However, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a very close, abandoned building. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. The hotel staff did not respond to our complaints about the discrepancy, stating there were no other rooms available. The room itself was very small, barely enough space for two, but it was clean. They cleaned daily and replenished water, coffee, and toiletries every day. We didn't see any insects during our week-long stay. The towels and bedding were neat and clean. We picked up fresh beach towels every day at the reception. The fridge cooled well, and the air conditioning worked without issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, with many cafes and shops nearby, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk away. There's also a pool on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was okay, as we didn't spend much time in the room.

ElenaDVMy impressions are mixed.
We traveled independently for 2 weeks, without a tour operator.
We stayed in the main building with a full board (three meals a day) plan.
About 90% of the hotel guests were Russian-speaking tourists. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked.
The main advantage of this hotel is its large and very beautiful grounds: it's pleasant to walk around and enjoyable to ride the buggy. You can take a buggy to the beach and back (it departs from the reception), which is very convenient in the heat, as the distance from the main building to the sea is quite significant.
It's also one of the most (if not *the* most) budget-friendly hotels in Cam Ranh with its own beach.
The hotel beach is more or less clean, though small debris can be found. The sea is clean, clear, and has a gentle entry.
The hotel is located far from civilization, but there are a couple of mini-markets within walking distance that have essentials. There's also a small shop in the main building of the hotel itself, with corresponding prices.
Free transfers are available:
- To Nha Trang (to Nha Trang at 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM, returning at 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM), reservations must be made in advance (48 hours) at the reception.
- To the airport (possibly only available for long-term stays).
Another big plus is the hotel's own medical center. We visited it twice in 2 weeks and received the necessary assistance.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, Russian-speaking performers are invited to entertain guests.
The staff at the reception, medical center, luggage area, and transfer drivers are excellent! They are pleasant, friendly, competent, and always willing to help with any questions.
Now for the downsides.
The rooms in the main building are tired and show their age, and there were cockroaches.
Room cleaning is exceptionally poor. There's a horribly unsanitary carpet in the middle of the room that is never vacuumed or cleaned; the dirt and debris on it are impossible to unsee! Towels, amenities, and water are replaced (with mixed success; sometimes you have to go and ask for missing items). Trash wasn't always emptied from the bin under the desk either. In our presence, they would just wave a mop around the perimeter of the room. For the entire 2 weeks, cleaning started in the afternoon every other day, often closer to 4:00 PM, which was very inconvenient as that's the hottest time, and we usually rested in the room with the air conditioning after the sea. One time, they didn't come to clean at all, and we had to call reception around 5:00 PM just to get consumables. The bed linen wasn't changed once in 2 weeks! How did I know? By the holes in the duvet cover in a specific spot, which is a particular disgrace for a supposed five-star hotel!
Another drawback is the food.
We got no enjoyment from our full board. There seemed to be a lot of variety, including different types of meat and seafood, but everything was cooked as if you were chewing cardboard or was extremely spicy. Besides the fruits, nothing was truly delicious. The chefs get a failing grade. There's a critical lack of non-alcoholic beverages: strange juices (beetroot, soursop), Coca-Cola, tea, coffee (terrible), and water. We constantly had to drink water. Getting seats in the dining hall also required effort.
There was a catastrophic shortage of sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, leading to an unpleasant game: wake up early (preferably before 5:30 AM) to reserve a sun lounger, especially if you wanted to lie in the shade in a good spot. The administration's attempt to remedy the situation by providing bean bags didn't really help; there still aren't enough for everyone, and umbrellas are only over the sun loungers. The comfort level of lying on a sun lounger versus a bean bag is, of course, not comparable, considering that most guests are 50+. It's a mystery why, with the hotel constantly at full occupancy, they don't buy more sun loungers and umbrellas.
Beach towels are now provided in the rooms upon check-in, but no one bothered to change them without a specific request: we had to call reception every day because the cleaning staff simply didn't have them. This was the first time we encountered such an unorganized process!
In conclusion, the hotel is far from 5 stars, at most 3+, suitable for unpretentious tourists and short stays, so you don't get to 'enjoy' all the delights of their unpreparedness to host so many guests.

Guest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! We stayed here in early July '26. The entertainment team was superb – both for adults and kids! There were fun activities all day long, from morning exercises and stretching to aqua aerobics. In the evenings, there were always shows, dancing, and singing, and during the day, we had bingo, darts, and more. The animators were brilliant, always in a great mood, and incredibly active! You could drop your child off at the kids' club from morning till evening, but our 10-year-old was independent enough to explore on her own.
The grounds are cozy and very well-maintained.
Food variety is excellent, and the alcoholic drinks are of good quality. They literally have food available 24/7, which we've never encountered before – amazing!
The sea is crystal clear, and the sand is soft, but be aware of the serious low tides. To really enjoy a good swim, you need to go before lunch; after that, you have to walk quite a bit to reach a decent depth. Also, for the last two days, there was some biting plankton, which made swimming a bit uncomfortable.
The rooms are good, and housekeeping is excellent.
Staff are responsive, friendly, and always respectful with a smile.
The only slight downside to our holiday was the lack of a pharmacy within walking distance. We had to take a taxi to the next village. It wasn't a huge deal though; it cost 350,000 dong for a round trip (called by the guys at reception), taking about 20-25 minutes each way. The taxi driver waited for us there.
Overall, the hotel is magnificent! I recommend it to everyone!

Кристина КочетоваThe hotel's interiors are beautiful and stylish. The room is excellent and spacious, equipped with wine glasses, mugs, and regular glasses. There's a dining table for 4 people and a large balcony, or rather, a terrace. There's plenty of space to spread out suitcases and enough room for four people to move around comfortably.
For a 4-person room, only two pairs of slippers are provided. The floor is made of ceramic granite, which isn't pleasant to walk on barefoot. The floors are poorly cleaned, and sand sticks to your feet.
There are no decent drinks at dinner. Only watery, unappetizing juices. Coffee is only available for an extra charge. Prices for cola/coffee and other items are four times higher compared to the city and even VinWonders park. We declined to pay a deposit since we weren't staying at the hotel for long. However, when we tried to order at the poolside bar and offered to pay at reception upon check-out, we were refused. Payment was only accepted via deposit or cash.
We liked the pool and the beach, although we only visited them in the evening.
There are no shops or cafes near the hotel, and getting anywhere is time-consuming and expensive. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a long stay. Dinner is very crowded, and the food is repetitive and not very diverse compared to Turkish hotels. You'll quickly get tired of the crowds and eating the same things. A maximum of 3-5 days would be enough.

Citizen Of This World
Before making the reservation, I visited the hotel and was shown a room on a higher floor — it looked nice and was a bit larger. Then I went back to the reception, where they told me I could take a room with a city view. I made the booking, but when I received the room, it wasn’t the same one I had seen before. When I asked at the reception, they said the one I saw earlier was more expensive. It doesn’t matter much now, but if you plan to book here, I recommend asking clearly in advance and making sure you get the room you actually reserved.Check-in was done one hour earlier, which I appreciate. The view from the room was good, and the room itself was fairly spacious. The cleaning was done but somewhat superficial at first; however, after I talked to the reception in the following days, they came and cleaned it properly.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious. We booked a sea-view room, and you could see the ocean directly from the window, but as soon as I opened the curtains, a huge signal tower was right in front, which was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water temperature was just right with stable water pressure. Flip-flops were provided, and most of the disposable toiletries were well-stocked. The duvet wasn't very thick, but the pillows were quite comfortable. The bedsheets had some stains, like coffee or blue ink that wouldn't wash out, but it didn't bother me too much.
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and also 5 to 10 minutes from the pedestrian street, so the area is very lively. Upon check-in, we were given two refreshing blue pandan drinks, which was a nice touch.
On the second day of our stay, my friend wasn't feeling well due to a fever. I went to the front desk to ask if they had anything for fever or a thermometer, and they responded immediately, which I thought was excellent.

Yulia KucI really loved this hotel! The service was excellent, and breakfast was great. The food prices were comparable to Moscow's. If you're a Marriott Bonvoy member, you get a 10% discount at the restaurants. There's an excellent padel court and plenty of activities for kids. They also have a great pastry shop with delicious baked goods. Comfortable buggies circulate around the property, which is very convenient. My only wish is for more sun loungers on the beach. The beach is large, but for some reason, the loungers are placed very close together. We wish the hotel continued prosperity! We're satisfied, this hotel is definitely worth the money.

HuanghuanxiongThis is a truly beautiful and unique 'wild luxury' hotel that perfectly blends local character, sophisticated relaxation, and natural wilderness. The hotel is nestled against the mountains and faces the sea, offering great mountain and ocean views. The surrounding natural scenery is incredibly rich, which in turn supports a wide variety of exploration activities. Whether participating in hotel-organized events or exploring the mountains and sea on your own, the experience is fantastic.
We stayed in a Treetop Villa, built on a platform above the tree canopy, providing expansive views and a great panorama. The room's amenities are exquisite and very authentically Vietnamese. The bed, bathtub, and all facilities were very comfortable to use.
During our stay, we asked the butler to help arrange some room decorations. The butler was very thoughtful and communicated well, and the decorations looked great. However, when arranging the decorative petals, they misspelled my girlfriend's name 😂 While it wasn't super obvious, they should have been a bit more careful. Drinks in the minibar are extra. Also, the bamboo hats, small fans, and woven bags provided in the room are very Vietnamese and quite beautiful. It would have been a nice touch to give them to guests as souvenirs, but they are also subject to an extra charge if taken. Considering the overall room rate, these small items aren't expensive, so charging extra feels a bit off-putting.
Overall, the experience was still excellent. It was a wonderful and memorable holiday.

WentulajunzhanghuaPerfect for a family getaway to relax by the beach and pool. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, especially the beef pho soup at breakfast – so fresh and flavorful! While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very responsive.

Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced.
E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.
