Clean, centrally located.
The air conditioning settings weren't working, but thankfully the reception helped with the central system.
The bidet in the toilet was broken.
I was surprised that they charged an extra 700 TL for the gym.

The food at the People Restaurant in the hotel is delicious and reasonably priced.
kids eat well
I had fun playing with the kids at the hot spring swimming pool.
The kids club is too small and lacks facilities.
