The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but a taxi ride is only about 100 rubles. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. Breakfasts are European style with several tasty options. There's a gym (a suggestion: please add dumbbells lighter than 14 kg) and a sauna and a hammam. The pool is small, about 2x2 meters. Overall, I really liked everything.
This hotel is outside the city, but there is a small road to the hotel, which takes 10 minutes to reach, or 15 minutes to walk. The hotel's positioning is correct, but the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean, and relatively large. It is also considered upper-middle level in the local area. There is a swimming pool in the whole hotel, and there is a large living room where you can exchange money, and the exchange rate is also good. The service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the elderly couple who are very friendly to us. They speak good English. You can see the photos of the room.
I booked a 34 sqm Grand Twin Room, but upon arrival, I was given a standard 20 sqm room by mistake. After inquiring at the front desk, I was upgraded to a 40 sqm suite (as my original reserved room was no longer available).
Cons: The soundproofing is very poor. I could clearly hear the sound of the shower next door and people talking in the hallway. The bathroom drainage was also very bad; the water would start overflowing after just one minute of showering.
Pros: The toiletries and toothpaste provided were quite good.
The location is excellent, with a park to the east and only a ten-minute walk from the old town center. It's very clean and soundproof, and the breakfast is plentiful. I stayed two nights, and the lavash at Ser Go Sht, a fast-food restaurant diagonally across the street, was delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it.
We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue.
Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point.
The room amenities were basic also.
I liked everything, large rooms, clean, comfortable temperature, polite staff, and also convenient that it is close to the airport. Breakfasts are quite filling.
The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.
The hotel environment is good, the room is average, quite clean, but not bad. I found that the public environment of hotels in Uzbekistan is good, but the rooms are just average. However, this hotel is close to the scenic spot, so I still recommend it. The front desk service is very good. We had to check out at 6 am on the last day, and the front desk had prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Thumbs up. The following pictures were taken in the hotel.

The hotel is not in the old city, but by taxi to get close enough. It was a little noisy from the cars on the street (view to the city). Breakfast was normal, varied, there was strawberries, cherry, apricots in the middle of May. But the eggs and casca were finished. We had a hard time to set up the TV, asked for help to staff. GGuest UserLocation-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.

IIrina IvExcellent new hotel, not far from the Old Town, there is a large supermarket right next door. The hotel has just opened, the freshest bed linen, cleanliness everywhere. Delicious breakfasts, excellent coffee - there is a coffee machine, they serve traditional sugar, jam. Upstairs there is a cozy area with sofas. Very friendly hosts, they helped us a lot.
