Hotels With Pools in Samara, Russia

Staying from 1-2 August :settled at once, the room is chic, with a view to the city .Used spa services the area also liked, the people were a little, free, clean . Very liked breakfast, a lot of dishes , I liked it.Not inferior to Lotte in St. Petersburg. Thanks to staff and hotel staff for giving you the opportunity to feel better than at home 🤩

1. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was good. The front desk service is warm, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, the location is convenient, the price is super high, I will choose this next time! 2. Health is in place, toiletries are complete, hot water is stable. It is convenient to eat and go shopping around, the service is intimate, the overall exceeded expectations, it is highly recommended. 3. Quiet environment, good lighting, new facilities without damage. Butler/front desk response is timely, cost-effective online, comfortable living

Nice hotel, spacious enough. Great view of the Volga River and location. I want to point out the noisy operation of the bathroom fan, in principle it will not turn off, so you will have to fall asleep under the noise measured by the fan. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.

The environment is quite good, the hotel will have a warm card, and there is a green apple 🍏, the young lady at the front desk can speak English, the breakfast is good, good 👍🏻, but there is a big sister who is very perfunctory, usually check the health people are quite responsible, after living in the upper floors, Everything feels different.

Not bad, breakfast is good

I would recommend connecting cable TV. Breakfast menu is sufficient, but the cooking quality can be improved.

The rooms on the third floor are ok, but when cleaning, the toiletries are not provided, which feels not very convenient. The aunt at the front desk was very welcoming and thoughtful of foreign tourists and ensured my sleep
