Staying from 1-2 August :settled at once, the room is chic, with a view to the city .Used spa services the area also liked, the people were a little, free, clean . We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. Спасибо, огромное всему персоналу отеля и Директору! Приезжали на 2 дня в командировку, нужна была локация у ТЦ” Парк Хаус”. Жили в номере стандарт, ве прекрасно. И завтраки, и ужины и доброжелательность и безопасность и чистота!!! А картины Адама и Евы нас просто сразили) Всех благ, вам!

很滿意的一次住宿，服務到位，有迎賓水果，酒店有泳池，桑拿，酒店旁邊的餐廳做飯也很好吃，薩馬拉這座城市還有沙灘，記憶深刻的一次旅行。

I would recommend connecting cable TV. Breakfast menu is sufficient, but the cooking quality can be improved.

Отель хороший,номер был в белом корпусе, две комнаты, большая кровать, диван, два телека, два санузла, есть даже гардеробная, кухня с барной стойком, посуда, микроволновка. В отеле есть большой бассейн, кинозал. Вообще все бы было отлично, если не пару но. Номер на 1 этаже был, полы ледяные, телеки рябили сильно, причем оба. В бассейне пора делать ремонт и сауна не работала, в кинозале шел классный фильм, но звук так настроили, что слов вообще не было слышно, только басы, приходилось догадываться о чем говорят. Думаю, эти нюансы можно исправить, если руководство обратит внимание. Завтрак хороший.
