Although this hotel doesn't have a very high score, it's still quite good in all aspects and is very suitable for business trips. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, so it's worth recommending.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

The hotel's dinner buffet was plentiful. There's free parking outside the hotel, and the pool has a kids' play area, so it seems very family-friendly. However, with so many children, it wasn't really suitable for us; it was too noisy.

Desde el primer momento la experiencia fue inmejorable: las instalaciones son espectaculares, la habitación estaba impecable y la relación calidad-precio nos sorprendió gratamente. Tuvieron además un precioso detalle por nuestro aniversario, algo que marcó la diferencia y nos hizo sentir realmente especiales. El buffet de desayuno merece una mención aparte: sin duda, el mejor que hemos probado en nuestra vida. La variedad, la calidad de los productos y el cuidado en la presentación lo convierten en una experiencia única para comenzar el día. Recomendamos este hotel al 100%, tanto para una escapada romántica como para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Un lugar lleno de encanto que sin duda repetiremos.

Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult. If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

Excellent hotel. For a low price, you get a modern room with a new renovation, and a great location. The metro is a 3-minute walk away. Restaurants and a supermarket are near the hotel. The staff are polite and courteous, they help with everything and resolve all issues quickly. I really liked the hotel, I recommend it and will stay here again.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.

The first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia. The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.
