Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Sibiu. Great facilities, including parking. An excellent breakfast is included. Rooms are comfortable but a little tired.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen. Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit allen was man braucht. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Leckeres Essen und gute Cocktails. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hochwertig.  Das Spa war mein Highlight. Besonders Christina ist wirklich bemüht dass man sich entspannen kann. Ich genoss auch 2 Massagen, welche meinen Rücken wieder freundlicher stimmten.  Ein gutes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Stadt.

There were bed bugs on my bed and pillows! It is not acceptable. The staffs are nice to help me change the room. But such thing should not happen at the first place. The location and amenities are good. The breakfast is also ok.

The location of the hotel is not in the old city.  It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old city. The room is very spacious and clean.  was upgraded that day. Sibiu  is a city worth visiting,  recommend everyone to come and play.

Elegant and comfortable accommodation, excellent spa and very well prepared breakfast made every moment a real pleasure. All was perfect, from the atmosphere to services. A place where good taste, tranquility and comfort meet in a natural way. Castel Nor – Paltiniș deserves, without hesitation, note 10. A place where we come back with drag. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The cost is very much overstated. Leather and towels are clean, but the room is tired and very uncomfortable Hospital light in rooms as if not very clean carpet No teapot But staff poured boiling in the bar Breakfast is standard (egg, omlet, sausage, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, cakes)
