The room was clean and spacious enough. The shower had no issues with hot water. They provided two 1-liter bottles of complimentary drinking water. Unfortunately, due to clouds and smog, only the lower hills in the foreground were visible, not the main mountains. Breakfast was adequate for a hotel of this size; not lavish, but sufficient. If you're leaving early, they can prepare a simple meal if you request it in advance. The hotel offers a free shuttle service twice a day by reservation. It's fine for the outbound journey, but you'll need to catch a taxi for the return. When heading to the airport, if the timing works out, taking the shuttle to town and then a taxi to the airport can save you money. Since there are two airports, it's best to specify 'international airport'.

Staying in Dahlia Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Pokhara. Perfectly located near Phewa Lake, the hotel offers the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. Watching the morning light over Pokhara from this spot is truly memorable. What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to assist — whether arranging transportation, recommending local experiences, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile. Their professionalism and friendliness create an atmosphere that feels personal rather than transactional. Breakfast is another highlight, with a satisfying selection of fresh and flavorful options that cater to different tastes. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring or relaxing by the lake. The facilities are all pretty good, and the service is very attentive. The taxi the front desk helped me book to leave was even cheaper than if I had hailed one myself. However, the road leading to the hotel is in terrible condition. Taxis by the lake would charge extra to go there. Also, staying at this hotel means you pretty much have to eat dinner at the hotel. It's basically double the price of eating out. I booked it for the view, but the rainy season started early this year, so I couldn't see the 'sunlit golden mountains' (referring to a scenic view). I've laid out the pros and cons for others as a reference.

I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.

Located at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.

Had a wonderful vacation here. It was so convenient to have the lake right outside. The staff were friendly; one even showed concern when I went out late at night. The front desk also helped me communicate with my car service.

Avoid this hotel! Three of us stayed in two rooms for two nights, and upon checkout, we were forced to pay an extra $30, completely uninformed. Breakfast was clearly provided as a portion per room, but someone didn't eat it the next day and gave their share to their companion. The hotel then demanded payment and refused to refund us. Lack of transparency, forced fees, and complete dishonesty! A truly terrible experience!

Many thanks to Tuk Prasad and Sabita. Sabita welcomed me at the Valley Station of the Cable Car . And Tuk Prasad at the Reception of the very nice and newly opened Resort very nice located as well. They also have a Swimming Pool , Sauna and even a Steam Bath . When is it good Weather you can even see all Range over The Mountains nearby and do a Hiking to the nearby situated Manakamana Hindu Temple. Usually there are many Monkeys around , you can feed , there are not shy at all ! Also I have to add that the Nepali Dish Sekuwa was very delicious and as well the good presented Morning Breakfast by gentle CEO Manager of this Hotel . So dondevat again . Kind regards

Absolutely stunning mountain views, we even got to see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise, which was breathtaking. The room facilities were great, everything you could need and all in good condition. The roasted nuts they provided daily were especially delicious. The staff were very nice, and most importantly, the chef's food was genuinely delicious. We stayed two nights, had two dinners and one lunch, and it cost a total of 840 RMB. It really was incredibly tasty! Every room has a balcony where you can see Machapuchare (Fish Tail Mountain). The 4th-floor pool and observation deck offer even better views than the rooms, so if you want to take photos in the morning, head up to the fourth floor. Taxis are a bit pricey, but you can also take the cable car down the mountain, though it's a bit of an effort. But then again, the mountain views are worth it!
