Very close to the sea, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. However, the specific room we were assigned was a bit off to the side, with another building visible. In the evenings, there's singing in the square, which can be a bit noisy. The hotel beds weren't very comfortable; they sagged in the middle.

Our flight back from Jeju Island was early in the morning, so I booked the Lotte City Hotel near the airport. It's about a five or six-minute drive, and a taxi only cost around 20-25 RMB. Getting a taxi even at 5 AM was very convenient. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Downstairs, there's a Lotte Duty Free shop, though it doesn't have a huge selection. If you go out and turn right at the small intersection, there's an Olive Young, which is handy for restocking. The Shilla Duty Free is only about a ten-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants along the way.

Excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located just over 20 minutes by car from the city center, yet far enough to offer a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. This makes it an ideal hotel for a relaxing getaway.

I came to Jeju for a 3-day relaxing getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. My main criterion when choosing a hotel was having a swimming pool, as I really wanted to swim but wasn’t sure whether the sea would already be warm enough. The rooftop pool was perfect for both swimming and relaxing after my hike up Hallasan. The views of the ocean were stunning, and on my first evening I was even able to watch fireworks over Saeyeongyo Bridge directly from the pool. The location is excellent, especially for travelers without a car. I do not have a driver’s license and relied entirely on public transportation during my stay. The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, and I was able to reach Hallasan and Jeju Airport by limousine bus without transfers. The airport bus stop is almost right in front of the hotel entrance. My room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the park, waterfalls, the ocean, and Saeseom Island. The hotel also has a CU convenience store, a yoga room, and a fitness center. Breakfast is available as a buffet with a mix of Korean and Western dishes. Even though I arrived close to the end of breakfast service, there was still plenty of food available and I was able to put together a well-balanced meal. What impressed me most was the kindness of the staff. I asked one of the receptionists for recommendations on beaches and seafood restaurants, and she kindly printed out a detailed list that the hotel staff had prepared specifically for guests. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jeju.

Very modern no lobby type of hotel, but the check in was easy and every thing was as per describe! The bathtub and the sea view was the major attraction for us to pick this room, and it not disappointed at all! The only minor down side is the mirror was not being clean due to strong wind, and the hotel communicated that on the lift brochure. The bed was super comfy and my little one having a very good rest throughout the night, while we enjoy the bathtub! Very recommended!

Very nice and peaceful hotel. Comfortable bed with great breakfast that overlooks to a pond. There are good restaurants 15-20 mins drive away and yes their onsen and sauna is definitelythe highlight. Great for tired legs and bodies post Hallasan hike.

This property boasts five villas and one small suite. The owner is a handsome Korean gentleman who speaks excellent English, making communication a breeze. His wife, a beautiful ********* lady, also assists. **Location & Environment:** There's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk from the villa. While it's about a 25-minute walk from Hamdeok Beach, and we once had to walk back when taxis were scarce (which was a manageable distance), a taxi is highly recommended due to the heat (fares are around 30 RMB). Each villa features a unique and very stylish design. **Facilities:** Each villa is well-appointed with large-screen TVs, smart bathrooms, independent AC control for both floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. **Service:** Service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions. They even assisted us with calling taxis and ordering takeout. For instance, when we couldn't find a taxi after grocery shopping at the local market, the owner's wife remotely helped us hail one – truly outstanding service! Their takeout recommendations were spot on. The villa also features an on-site café, serving delicious and very affordable coffee (a latte costs just 17-18 RMB); we found ourselves ordering daily! And when we planned to use the BBQ grill, they thoughtfully provided mosquito coils. **Summary:** For anyone seeking a truly relaxing, resort-style escape, I highly recommend a two-day stay here. It offers a leisurely, comfortable experience that excels in every aspect.

The hotel location is near bus terminal , it’s very convenient to go around Jeju by public transport during my stay in this hotel . The staff are polite and friendly. Unless other hotels , this hotels accommodates more locals than foreigners. There are not many eateries nearby , but if you walk further down the road , there are a few local restaurants selling nice food， the price is reasonable too. If you look for a quiet place to stay, and no noisy tour buses around .

It was a pleasant stay. We stayed for 4 nights in March so the weather was perfect. The area felt more like a resort-style where you can drive up to the specific block/area to room. We stayed on the last floor (3rd floor) and there were no elevators. We had a good view of the ocean from our balcony. Pros: - It was a very quiet place & it was very relaxing. If you’relooking for a place outside of the city, this was a good spot. - You could jog along the coast and it was not very crowded - Room was huge and had a lot o space - Distance to many spots are quite convenient with a car - Relatively clean - There’s a local grocery nearby (near Paik coffee), we only found out about this on our last night. Otherwise, there are many convenience stores around Cons: - On the last night, the aircon was leaking and unfortunately my luggage was right below the aircon so it got a little wet… - on the first night, the aircon wasn’t very cold. But since the weather outside was quite chilly, it was relatively still bearable - On the last few nights, the shower drain was clogged so it took some time for the water to drain out..
