My stay at Bolton Hotel Jeju was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They were patient, friendly, and could communicate smoothly in Chinese, which was a huge plus. They kindly helped with directions and luggage storage, making the whole experience very comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with new facilities and soft bedding. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jeju.

Located near Hamdeok Beach, the off-season price was great. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and has a parking tower, but there aren't many flat parking spaces and they're hard to get. There's a free public parking lot not too far away. The front desk staff were very friendly and explained how to use the parking facilities. The breakfast was a highlight – clean, hygienic, and with a diverse selection. Even though there was only one person working in the restaurant during the off-season, she was always smiling, which brightened my mood! The room was large, but the design lacked a bit of privacy (perhaps suitable for couples). The toilet area with a clear glass partition was a bit awkward. There were no hangers provided in the room, and the power outlets were strangely placed and blocked by furniture. The sink was designed too low – I don't know who designed it, but they should be fired. Overall, staff/breakfast get 5 stars, location 4, and room amenities/design 3. It would still be a good choice if visiting in the summer.

Clean, Comfortable, Thoughtful Amenities: - Rooms are new, spotless, and odor-free. Some room types are quite spacious by Korean standards. - Equipped with Chinese plugs/sockets, so no adapter needed. - Separate wet/dry areas in the bathroom, with a bidet, and comfortable bedding. - Some sea-view rooms offer a dual view of the airport planes and the ocean. Excellent Service, Flexible & Convenient: - Front desk staff offer Chinese language service, making communication a breeze. - Early check-in is available if rooms are free, and check-out is quick. - Staff actively assist with taxi bookings and shuttle arrangements, and luggage storage is convenient. - Housekeeping is thorough, and drinking water is replenished daily.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and we are satisfied with the service. You need to deposit 50,000 won, and they can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. It's a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport, and the location is near Black Pork Street and a 12-minute walk to Dongmun Market and the underground shopping mall. They don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste (according to Jeju Law), but you can buy them from convenience stores nearby, and they provide used indoor slippers.

Pretty good! The location is really convenient, right behind 'Black Pork Street', and a short walk from Dongmun Market. There are also CU, 7-11, and another convenience store/supermarket nearby, plus a parking lot. It's super easy for dining, shopping, and getting around. Downstairs, there's a fried chicken place that's delicious 😋 They even deliver it up to your room and bring drinks too!

Looking for a healing getaway with my husband, choosing a place to stay in Jeju was a big decision. Hygge turned out to be perfect! The location is great, and being able to watch the sunrise and see Hyungje Island right from our room was truly the best part. The owner was also very kind, and the hotel's interior, decorated in a charming, cozy style, was wonderful. It’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again on our next trip.

Had a great stay in Jeju. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, making it suitable for both families and couples. The hotel have outlets for May different type of brands, good for shopping. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Grand Hyatt Jeju boasts a super convenient location, just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, and they even offer a complimentary pick-up service, which was a great experience. The hotel is part of a large complex, complete with its own mall and entertainment facilities, and the surrounding area is well-developed with plenty of amenities. Right behind the hotel, there's a famous marinated crab restaurant, and a highly-rated ginseng chicken soup place is nearby. You can also walk to Shilla Duty Free in a few minutes. Getting around and finding good food was completely hassle-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

I personally like the location. Near to airport. Taxi fare less than 6500won. Bus Stop just outside of the hotel. 7-11 next door too. Didn't try out the breakfast, gym and swimming pool so no comments on that. Understood that 2000won is needed for towel fee if you choose to swim. You can find their 2 wasing machines and 2 dryers at B2. 5000won for washing and 5000won for drying. 500won for a small pack of powder detergent. Thank you to the ajummas that did room cleaning, they were friendly and well mannered. Pretty disappointed with the front desk staff instead, they weren't as friendly as I would hope them to be. The front staff just asked us for our name and the number of luggage and gave as a tag which we need to tag it on our luggage ourselves. and also, the luggage we would have to leave them at the ba Luggage area and collect ourselves once we were done. This can be better managed by the hotel front desk staff than the hotel guests instead. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Overall had a good 3 nights stay but amenities in room were very basic. Definitely need a car to get around if you are choosing to stay here; we like the tranquility of the location and though a bit remote, no lack of food and convenience stalls. Many restaurants are within walking distance and we had some really delicious meals and never ate at the hotel.
