Hotels With Pools in Kwale, Kenya

I liked the green area and a small but comfortable pool, creating a sense of oasis. spacious rooms, lots of rosetries, spacious shower, good shower and shampoo. The ceiling fan works. The air conditioner in the room can be included for extraprice, +15 dollars per day. Breakfast is average, make omlet, eggs and pancakes, delicious sausages of meat. But. All cut in cans. And, okay, sausage, cheese, butter purple in cans, for three fine slices. But also to serve cucumbers and tomatoes that are worth a penny in Kenya, it is funny. At the bottom of the jar 2-3 a yard of thin slices. Eat vegetable salad in the morning is unrealistic. I don't share the enthusiastic yells about food in their restaurant, nothing like that. Some dishes are completely unpleasant. Three days could not have been unable to change the towels for the pool normally. That didn't bring one, that was only one. At the same time, when you are already at the pool and have just entered your room behind the towels, which there, to your surprise (every time) is not, you are forced to prove on the respiratory that the towel is not again. And you ask them to bring them, tc you are already at the pool, to the pool. But these amazing people are stubbornly not the same in the room. But not immediately, of course, a record at 20 minutes, and so 40 minutes-hour. And it's after 15h the day when the room was cleaned already, but the towels yesterday took away, and the cleans didn't bring. And no one apologizes. For them it's the norm. In general, weak service, weak kitchen, location. Good area, pool, rooms. Excessive prices for minibar and overall for kitchen.

Three meals are good, the big bed room is not big, no extra bed, children can play on the beach, very close to the beach, the hotel location is very good, very close to Wu Kunda Airport, there is a shopping place nearby.

Excellent, soothing, with elegance . Wonderful room service with amazing reception. Classic views of diani, well designed swimming pool and comfortable amenities around. Kudos to the entire team .I recommend to all who wish to have a perfect stay at diani. Thanks .

We stayed at the hotel for one week. Clean rooms. Balcony with garden view. Here in the morning is fascinating bird singing. pleasant service staff. Basin with lying and drinking bar. Smuzi and juices here are very delicious. I liked the local tea with ginger and milk. Breakfasts are delicious. We used a restaurant for dinner. A large plate of seafood for two very delicious. Here are fish, calmaras, octopus, and half lobster, fish boiler. Yes-yes, the fishboiler is big and very delicious. The room was given water and tea with coffee. They regularly changed their lingerie. For us there was one minus-the conferences held at the hotel. Being in the pool area is not pleasant when a group in black hoods from 20-30 people inspect the holidaymakers. And yes, to the sea on foot 10 minutes or you can get to the tuck-tuck. Still, it is not in step-to-step access.

Good clean hotel, a lot of monkeys at territory. Have a good beach, but a lot of beachboys here asking for buy souvenirs.

Yes, there is air conditioning. Breakfast is OK, there are many baobab trees inside. A little left is the congo river, you can take a boat, it should be beautiful if it is sunny

Everything is fine, cleanliness at a high level (only the pool could be cleaner) Tasty food, great option with afternoon tea/coffee. On the beach there are security guards who make sure that the Beach Boy does not come too close. Opposite the hotel there is a small shop with drinks and alcohol and a Chinese restaurant. Nearby there is a hospital. About 1.5 km to a larger market.

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

This is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others
