Hotel is good, with free shuttle service and a decent bar/restaurant. However, at 04:00 we didn’t have any hot water, so it was ice cold showers, which I’m fine with but then at half price.

Conveniently located near the airport, the friendly and helpful staff greeted me with smiles and warm welcomes. Inside the hotel, there’s a restaurant and bar, making it easy to grab a bite for anyone. They also provide a shuttle service with a fee, which I highly recommend if you’re travelling in and out of Bucharest. :)

The Hilton Garden Inn @ Bucharest is the ideal location for weary travellers! Registration was seamless & the room clean. We had an issue with the fridge & the staff attended to in timely manner. I can’t understand why dinner trays with uneaten food are left outside rooms overnight when staff walk by them! I found the catering staff to be serious, unfriendly & do not give eye contact! This is not hospitality! A

The room is very spacious, the supporting facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the decoration is very good; the location is convenient, close to the airport, about 10 minutes drive; the hotel restaurant is convenient to eat and tastes good.

The hotel’s WiFi signal is too weak and can only use its own data. Breakfast is average, there is no hot water, no hot water, English accent is too heavy, and too much tongue curling makes it difficult to communicate.

Personal experience: very responsive customer service, clear on some points while vague on others. We had to change apartments because the check-in procedure was completed on the same day instead of 48 hours in advance. However, we were not informed that this meant ”losing” our booked apartment. It was framed as a favor to us, even though we had already paid. They gave us a clean, well-kept studio apartment, but it was a 10-minute drive (54 minutes on foot) from our original choice, and the private bathroom was external. On the plus side, they were clear about the extra cleaning fee—which, while excessive, was communicated transparently right from the start.
