The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding – sheets, duvet covers, and pillows – was equally pleasant. It's conveniently located very close to the Vatican, with a taxi ride costing only 20 Euros. Each room comes with a balcony, and the air quality was quite good. However, the room temperature wasn't individually adjustable. It was 28°C (82°F) during our summer stay, and it got so hot that we had to wait until after 9 AM the following day for someone from maintenance to adjust it. There's a pool downstairs which seemed quite clean, but access isn't direct; you need to pick up a pass from the front desk first.

Just come back from a 4 night stay here with my 3 children. Absolutely stunning resort and it was more than i was expecting. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, the resort itself is amazing and so clean. The atmosphere was fantastic and me and my children had the best little get away here. Im so glad I changed my mind at rebooking this place, we can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel facilities were also very good, clean, and well organized. It was a great place to relax after spending the day exploring Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of comfortable rooms, good facilities, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily come back again on our next trip to Rome. Was welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The ”mountain lodge” was actually just a series of small wooden cabins, each containing only a bed and basic bedding. The shared bathroom and toilet were a 100-meter walk away, and the reception desk was 200 meters away. Aside from a pizzeria and a T-bone steakhouse, there were no other shops nearby, requiring a 2-kilometer walk. Although the lodge offered one shuttle bus each morning and evening, getting around was extremely inconvenient unless you had your own car. When I arrived, a local Italian gentleman was dropping someone off. Thinking I was using a ride-hailing service and asking for a price, he simply asked my destination and took me there for free. I don't know how I would have gotten there without meeting him; I was incredibly grateful. I strongly advise against travelers staying at this lodge, as transportation and dining options are extremely inconvenient.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall my experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made traveling around the city easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. The common areas were clean and nicely designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and high-quality service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return here again in the future.

Although it's a bit far from the center of Rome, the shuttle bus service in the mornings and evenings, costing €2.5 one way, was very convenient. There's also parking available, so it might be even more convenient for international tourists to rent a car. There were even spaces for RVs. As the name suggests, it's designed like a very small town, with one restaurant and a small supermarket. I overlooked that there was a pool when I booked, which was a shame because I couldn't use it. The staff were also very kind. When I returned from an outing around 7 PM and told the information desk attendant that the shower in my room wasn't producing hot water, they said they'd 'take care of it in about 20-30 minutes.' I was grateful, thinking, 'They're fixing it today, not tomorrow!' As soon as we got back to our room, a maintenance person arrived, repaired the shower in about 10-15 minutes, and got the hot water running again. When I reported that the coin laundry machine wasn't working even after I'd put money in, someone came to fix it about 5 minutes after I reported it. While it would be best if facilities and machines didn't break down, I was very grateful for how quickly they responded to repairs. Next time, I'd like to rent a car and bring my swimsuit to stay here again.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at The Social Hub Rome. The hotel is modern, stylish and very clean, and everything still feels fresh and new. Our room was comfortable, spacious and beautifully designed, with a lovely bathroom and everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we were even lucky enough to get an early check-in, which we really appreciated after travelling. The facilities are excellent. There is a rooftop pool, a gym and even a laundry room, which is very convenient for a longer stay. We also loved the colourful and modern common areas where you can relax, eat or just hang out. The location is a little outside the very centre of Rome, which is why I gave it 4/5, but we personally didn't mind. My partner and I love walking, even in the almost 40°C Rome heat 😅, and it really wasn't too far to walk towards the Colosseum and other parts of the city. There is also public transport nearby if you don't want to walk. There are two small shops just across the street, which is very convenient for drinks, snacks and little necessities. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel, excellent service, great facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. The room is quite spacious, but there is little sound isolation, behind the wall was a family with children and they screamed all day. Location is beautiful! 100 meters from the beach, there is a cozy garden. Breakfast is very scarce. For lunch there was a cooked calmar. But in general for such small money is a decent hotel

Though I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water. Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral. Overall experience is good for the value of money
