Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

The palace is very well maintained, large and spacious rooms. Positive notice that you do not find often is the waste division within the room. With friendly and prepared staff and the price quality ratio is excellent. I also tried the spa and I found myself well. The hotel is located in the center of Soriano in Cimino, the city itself is beautiful to visit but very small, I would advise you for a relaxing stay. The place is near the Park of Bomarzo and is not far from Viterbo

Hotel molto vecchio ed ubicato in una zona così così, la prossima volta che andrò a Tivoli per lavoro ne proverò un altro per provare. Il vantaggio è il grande parcheggio disponibile e la vicinanza alla azienda che dovevo visitare.

A convenient hotel for visiting the Vatican. The hotel is small, the room is comfortable. A great big bed. The room we had was without a window but with our own outlet to the patio where there was a table with chairs and you could smoke. The only glass wall of this patio went out into the hotel hall. We stayed for one night, it didn't embarrass us. We are very glad that we managed to sleep thanks to the mattress and pillows. It was our third hotel in Rome, there is something to compare. Breakfast was better. But the wonderful cook kindly cooked our eggs than saved the situation.

This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table. The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat. The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price. I look forward to returning again in the future.

The hotel has a very good quality and good quality food and products at km0 . The rooms are clean and clean, the SPA is a pleasant surprise, a much higher level than many other hotels, and the required figure is ridiculous. The staff is more than available and kind. - I'll see you soon.

This is the best hotel in this trip to Europe: 1. The room is big and the bathroom is big; 2. The service is OK; 3. It is very close to the US Embassy, just opposite. It is relatively safe, but you cannot travel alone after dark. It is next to Bus, taxi station, subway station, invincible location; 3. It’s only about fifteen minutes away from Plaza de España, shopping, and the Trevi Fountain. It’s quick to use maps; 4. It’s about four stops away from the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. Metro station; highly recommended

YYuen NgaThe Unbeatable Gateway: Why This Hotel is My New Travel Holy Grail Just stumbled upon a hotel so perfectly positioned, it feels like discovering a secret cheat code for seamless travel. Forget everything you know about compromise – this place delivers *everything* without the premium price tag. Its location isn't just good; it’s **utterly transformative** for any traveler, especially weary souls like me arriving from long-haul flights. **The Transport Trifecta: Your Effortless Escape Hatch** Stepping out the lobby door feels like holding a master key to the city. Directly downstairs? **Airport buses**! No frantic taxi hunts or confusing shuttle transfers. After a 14-hour journey, seeing that bus stop literally steps away, offering a smooth, affordable ride back to the terminals, was pure bliss. It’s the kind of stress-eraser you only appreciate after dragging luggage across multiple blocks elsewhere. But it gets better. A stone's throw away lies the **central train station**. Not some distant suburban outpost, but the genuine hub connecting you to *every* district, landmark, and hidden gem. Regional day trips? Easy. Exploring quirky neighborhoods? Done. Late-night returns? No problem. The station's comprehensive network meant I could spontaneously chase a sunset view across town or visit a famed museum district without a single transport worry. Freedom, truly unlocked. **The Heartbeat of the City: Steps, Not Strides** Here’s the magic dust: **walkability**. Forget ”close to the center” meaning a 20-minute trek or an expensive Uber. The vibrant city core – pulsating with main squares, iconic cafes, bustling markets, and those irresistible little boutiques – is a mere **10-15 minute stroll** away. I timed it! Wandering home through charming, illuminated streets after dinner, gelato in hand, soaking in the atmosphere without racing for transport… that’s the authentic travel experience we crave. You’re *in* the city, not just near it. **Beyond Logistics: The Pulse of Convenience** The immediate neighborhood isn’t just a transit zone; it’s alive! Need a midnight snack? Corner store open late. Craving authentic local breakfast? Charming bakery two doors down. Forgot your adaptor? Electronics shop around the corner. Pharmacies, casual eateries, coffee spots – it’s all there, woven into the fabric outside your door, making daily needs effortless and adding genuine local flavor. **The Jaw-Dropper: Value That Feels Like a Steal** Given this prime location and unparalleled connectivity, you’d expect a premium price, right? Prepare for a shock. The rates are **remarkably affordable**. It’s not just ”budget-friendly”; it’s **outrageous value**. I kept double-checking, convinced there must be a catch. Clean, comfortable room, essential amenities, friendly staff, *and* this location? For this price? It feels less like paying for a hotel and more like investing in a seamless, enriching travel experience. **The Verdict: Don't Hesitate, Just Book** Honestly? This hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's the ultimate **strategic basecamp** that elevates your entire trip. The unbeatable combo of instant airport access, total city-wide rail connectivity, effortless walkability to the core, vibrant local amenities, *and* genuine affordability is simply unmatched. It removes friction, saves precious time and money, and lets you focus purely on experiencing the destination. After raving about it to fellow travelers at breakfast, I watched them immediately pull out their phones to check availability. It’s that obvious. This isn't just *a* good option; **it’s the smartest choice you can make**. Book it before everyone else discovers this golden spot – you’ll thank yourself from the moment you step off the plane until your final, effortless journey back to the airport. An absolute traveler's triumph!

MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

GGuest UserI have stayed here many times and have been able to observe a decline. The walls in our room where very dirty and the buffet breakfast was really quite poor with a limited selection. I found the younger staff members at check in and check out the be very unprofessional and very dissmissive. I did find one of the staff members at reception to be very professional Angelo.

GGuest UserFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

DDongyaoHi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

GGuest UserThough I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water. Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral. Overall experience is good for the value of money

11366177****I've stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns, both domestically and internationally, and this one was by far the most mediocre. They advertised airport pickup, so I emailed in advance to book it. Their reply was clear and prompt, and they even asked for my local phone number. After exiting the terminal, I quickly found the row of designated pick-up spots for various hotels. It was scorching hot, so I waited in a shady spot nearby. Other hotel shuttle buses came and went, but no Holiday Inn one appeared. According to the pick-up schedule, only a plain black sedan stopped and then drove off – with no hotel logo whatsoever. After waiting for nearly an hour, I had to call the hotel, only to be told that black car *was* the shuttle bus! They had to send it back to pick us up. Upon arriving at the hotel, I saw a mini-bus with the hotel logo parked right at the entrance. Oh, I guess they just didn't want to use it to save costs. Travelers are already unfamiliar with the area; if your car doesn't even have a logo, aren't you just creating problems for your guests? Is this a ”shuttle bus” or a ”shuttle car”?? Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was also subpar. It was the exact same every single day, without the slightest variation. For five days, I ate grilled tomatoes, fried potato slices, and sausages. The hotel restaurant certainly kept things easy for themselves. When I booked the hotel, my main consideration was convenient transportation, but in reality, I was quite disappointed. There is indeed a subway station near the hotel, but you have to walk through a small, sparsely populated alley. That station is also a small one, and the ticket machines for tapping in and out were broken. Most importantly, if you come back late, sometimes the trains don't even stop at that station – one time, past 9 PM, I had to take a taxi back from the city center. For a hot city like Rome, if you sometimes want to rest in the afternoon before heading out again, staying here makes that impossible. Overall, a rather disappointing stay.

MMooo12Broken shower. It’s working but it is sliding down. You can put it steady coz it keeps going down. You have to go down o hold the shower so it can reach your head. Okay for a night stay. There’s a restaurant if you want a quick bite. Good thing is there is a ticket machine for going to the center.
