GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at Kolkata Marriott Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with excellent amenities and great hospitality throughout our stay.
A special mention to Bipul, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed made such a difference. It’s rare to come across service that genuinely stands out, and Bipul’s care and attention did exactly that.
Thank you to the entire team for such a warm and enjoyable stay, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata!

GGuest UserElegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

RRatish AgrawalDear Trip.com Team,
I recently completed my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, booked through your platform. While the booking process and stay experience were satisfactory, I would like to highlight a concerning pricing discrepancy.
The rate quoted on Trip.com was approximately 40% higher than the price offered directly by the hotel for the same room category and stay dates. This difference is significant, and frankly unexpected, especially considering that I am a Diamond member with your platform.
As a valued member, I expect Trip.com to provide competitive or preferential rates, not higher than what the property itself offers. I request a review of this pricing inconsistency and an explanation of how such a large variation occurred.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response and a resolution that ensures better transparency and fairness in pricing for loyal customers.
Kind regards,
Ratish Agrawal

DDulumoniHospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

SSuraj1308The staff forgets sometimes for what they have asked the client to hold on. Happened with me, whereas I was asked to wait during check-in and later the same person asked me why I was waiting.

GGuest UserHere’s a professional feedback message you can use:
Feedback Regarding Restaurant Discount Offer
I would like to express my disappointment regarding the 10% restaurant discount that was advertised by the hotel. During our stay, we were informed that guests were entitled to a 10% discount on food purchases in the restaurant. However, upon checkout, the discount was denied and not applied to our bill.
This was frustrating because we relied on the information provided by the hotel when making our dining decisions. If there are specific terms and conditions that limit the offer, these should be clearly communicated to guests in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
I hope the hotel can improve its communication regarding promotional offers and ensure that guests receive the benefits that were promised. Clear and consistent information is important for maintaining guest trust and satisfaction.

DDonovan Chan WMhotel cleanliness and location is ok. only 30 to 40 mins from airport and maybe 50 to 60mins during peak hours.
The room is comfortable and clean.
The food (in room dining) is big portion and solo traveller cannnot order too many dishes.
The reception counter is slow in serving the guests. Always seems to be multi-tasking. I.e. cannot concentrate and handle one guest at a time, while other guests just cut in and then he/she will have attention diverted.
Coffeshop (place where we have breakfast) service is ok in the morning. Mainly because it is buffet.
However, if lunch time 3 to 4pm, their staff is slow in responding and waiting for food and bill is very long.
Their chinese resturant always seems to be closed. So within my days of stay, i visited twice and i was told it is closed.
I dont use their facilities.
