We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service. The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

I booked the deluxe room and it was very small. The description says 26m2 or something along those lines but maybe the bathroom uses most of that space because it definitely was not 26m2. The room was very small and stuffy. The aircon is not cold its more just like a loud ventilation. Also the pool was closed for renovations which was not mentioned in the booking notes. Friendly staff though

The price is very reasonable, even quite affordable considering the room is very nice, modern, and clean. It was very comfortable to sleep here, especially because the air conditioning was cold and worked well. The amenities were complete, and we were also allowed a late check-out until 1 pm. Free parking is available for guests, and the service was good. The only minor downside was that the water pressure in the bathroom was not very strong. Other than that, it was a nice experience. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pontianak.

There are no shopping malls or anything around, but it is close to the airport and you can also dine in the hotel.

Staff was helpful and friendly,but unfortunatly this hotel is going down hill a lot than privious stay. This hotel used serve the best location and cleaness And always be my best choice every single time transit in pontianak All the bed sheet and towel they use are really old and yucky, there is a lot of blood stain or coffe stain in bed sheet and dirty. Idk what wrong but they really need pay attentions to upgrade and back to where they used to be a good hotel and comfort stay.

First time staying here and the service was extraordinary. The views are also no less stunning. Suggestions for increasing the menu at the cafe so there are lots of choices.

The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean and well-maintained, and we absolutely loved the welcoming vibes created by the friendly staff. The location is very convenient, and the view from the 19th floor was truly spectacular – a highlight of our visit. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend it to others!

A great stay. Breakfast is variety. Can get access to e hailing. Very close to shopping mall also pasar. Also very near to universities. There's a small kiosk that sells local products n including handicrafts. Worth the stay.

The service really needs to be improved, the room cleaning request has to be asked several times before it is done & the results are also not satisfactory, The aircon is not cold, it has been checked by the engineering and they promised to replace it with another room but waited until check out until 2 N was not fulfilled. Breakfast is quite complete and delicious, the menu changes every day.
