We had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip Pontianak! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Almost every staff member we met greeted us warmly, and you could really feel that the hospitality came from the heart. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I honestly haven’t experienced this level of friendliness and hospitality anywhere else. It really made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. And I have to mention the breakfast, definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The selection of Indonesian food was fantastic, and the flavors were authentic and delicious.

This was my first time in Pontianak, and I was impressed by the clean environment and friendly staff. Not to mention, the breakfast selection is the best in the area – hands down! I've stayed elsewhere, so I can compare. And Fifi treated us like family!

I stayed at this place three times for 9 years. I dont remember much from 8 years ago but I like this place and i keep coming back. I realize its the food at the breakfast buffet very tasty, the staff are very helpful. I ll certainly come back
