The best hotel in singkawang so far. Staffs are courteous and humble, feels very welcoming. Its facilities are, room cleanliness are great. Very comfortable and located right next door to the grand mall. Food and shopping are easily available.

Its a nice hotel, with a huge room and clean; however, the check in was a bit complicated ie need to move back and forth due to their two receptionist areas and its unclear - moreover, there were no power for two of our room and need 30 mins for their engineering to “fix” it…

Booked this hotel as it was one of the only few hotels that was available for booking online. The location was perfect, being next to a mall which was very convenient and easy access to supermarket, food, coffee and even a cinema. Don't expect the cleanliness to be top-notch. The room was musky and had dust everywhere. It doesn't get any sunlight at all. Car parking is free, but was a little inconvenient to register the car plate every 2 days (not sure why they can't do this for the duration of my stay). Service was good. However, don't expect all staff to speak English. The pool is only at tower 1, which I didn't use. Might be a little inconvenient for those allocated a room in tower 2. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Got some business at this city and Too tired to go to other hotel near supadio airport at the same day, so got the room pretty late.
Such a good hotel, near to mall so the guest who didn't want to go far for dinner can go right to the mall behind.
I only got 1 card key 'cause they said it was out of stock (i guess the room all full)
Overall it was great to stay in this hotel
