Location was great - right next to the international airport as well as a major hospital. It's also an easy 5minute walk to the bus stop if you'd like to take the local transport. The grounds are beautifully kept & very well maintained- there's cleaning and pruning of the beautiful landscape everyday. Pool was lovely with a slide. Gorgeous addition to the well maintained grounds. Hopefully they'll water blast the steps up to the slides as it was mouldy and slippery. Rooms were nice and clean. Enough utensils to use and the usual bathroom amenities. Security at both gates were great, friendly and helpful. Free parking space was a bonus. Staff were so good except for the kitchen staff - we had to wait an hr for dinner which was sitting cold on the countertop with no one bringing the food over. I had to go and ask if the food was ours and indeed it was.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport, and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean. We had booked a pool-view room and were assigned one on the second floor, which I actually preferred to potentially getting too much sun, as can happen on some outer islands. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and you can even exchange currency directly there. Just through a nearby passage, you can catch a bus to the town center. Fair warning though, Fiji itself is quite rustic, haha, so you'll get to experience buses with no doors or windows!

We booked a sea-view room. Although these rooms are typically angled towards the sea, the one we were assigned was quite far back. As a result, we could barely see the ocean from the room itself and had to step out onto the balcony for a proper view. Room service was slow; if we requested an extra towel or any other item, we'd have to wait at least half an hour for it to arrive, which was quite frustrating. However, the overall hotel environment was lovely, the sea was beautiful, and the pool was also beautiful.

The room is comfortable and clean . Staff are very friendly and helpful . View is nice . Not many restaurants nearby . The included breakfast is good . There was one day we need to go out for shark diving early , the staff prepared packed breakfast for us . Very sweet service . And there was outdoor space for the room , we could hang wetsuits for drying

1. Great location, right by the sea and close to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. They offer free shuttle service to the terminal for morning departures, so you don't have to wake up too early. 2. The hygiene and service are excellent. The rooms are spotless, sometimes even cleaned twice a day. Service response is very quick, much better than the other two hotels (Marriott and Crowne Plaza) we stayed at during this trip. 3. The pool slide is fun, and the gym is good. 4. You can catch crabs by the sea at night; we caught a lot, haha! 5. There's live music in the evenings, and we even caught a fire dance performance, which was fantastic. On the downside, the food isn't as good as the other two places. The only decent option was the Vietnamese restaurant.

Great convenient place to stay for the marina. Room was clean a comfortable, nice shower & pillows. Helpful staff. We didn’t have time for the pool or restaurant, but both looked nice. Aircon & fan were a little loud and a few banging doors etc from other guests rooms.

We had a lovely stay at Mercure Nadi with our whole family and few friends! 💛 The service was great — the staff, especially the receptionists, housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, were warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel also offers good facilities, and while it may not have the full amenities of a five-star resort, the people and atmosphere definitely made up for it. My only complaint would be the bed — I wish it were softer, as I didn’t get the best sleep over the past few days. 😅 Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool because of a packed schedule, but it looked really inviting! Overall, a pleasant experience in Fiji. Vinaka! 🌺

This hotel is perfect for those who prefer to relax and enjoy their vacation at the hotel rather than spending time sunbathing on an island. The hotel boasts several restaurants with excellent food. My favorite room type was the one with direct pool access from the balcony. These rooms, situated on either side of the central garden, feature their own private, long pool, where you can watch the sunset. The facilities are relatively new. The sand on the beach is quite dark due to the black coral rocks, but since I'm not a fan of beach activities, this didn't affect my enjoyment of the holiday.

DDr. Justin HattThe staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay with them. I had noticed a bedsheet was not completely clean, but I was able to find cleaning staff easily and they were able to resolve the problem quickly. The Epic Transfers and Tours staff were especially helpful when I had an incident with a taxi driver that was unpleasant to me. The rooftop pool and bar was nice in appearance and the bar was nicely used, but the pool water was cold and nobody was using it. Additionally, although being a non-smoking hotel, there appeared to be old bins at the lifts / elevators with the cigarette ashtray-like tops on them; to be a non-smoking location, it needs to be clearly demonstrated as being just that, particularly where some countries still allow smoking in their hotels. The biggest concern outside the hotel rooms, though, was the buffet breakfasts, which sometimes had soiled tongs used by other guests that were not being replaced quickly enough with clean tongs; food safety needs to be a serious concern for any establishment serving food. The room itself looked rather clean, had a patio looking at the wooded area out back; however, the patio door was not easy to lock and this was a bit of a concern with insects being readily present. There was also a sofa that could convert into a sofa bed, but it looked like it had a dent in the left arm. The bathroom was often stocked with new toiletries, perhaps too often as I was receiving a new bar of soap every day, but there was also mould trying to seep through the grouting behind the sink; I did inspect this and it seemed to be contained completely within the grouting, but it is a concern to be resolved soon. Additionally, though, the bathroom would sometimes smell horrible, as if you could smell sewage from the ventilation; there was a floor drain that could be the cause of this, but the ceiling ventilation looked like it needed cleaning and it was not sealed properly to the ceiling, either. There was a toilet paper holder, but it was poorly placed and it was evident it replaced another toilet roll holder that was in the correct location. Inside the shower, there was what appeared to be a stain running vertically down the wall where the shower head was located. The towels were kept clean and most had proper hotel labels on them, but some had the name of the hotel written on them, seemingly with a permanent marker, which was quite strange, especially for a hotel with a 4* rating. The hotel has a 4* rating on Trip.com and has the amenities to be that, but the quality of those amenities needs to support their existence; otherwise, they cannot be considered. The staff were friendly and trying to make the stay as nice for me as they possibly could manage, so the issues mainly appear to be from a failure of the management and ownership not regularly checking the rooms and updating the quality and ambience of its hotel. Simply having 4* amenities does not automatically make a hotel 4* and although Trip.com has it listed as 4*, I would rank this as being a 3* hotel at the moment as they need to make further improvements to the hotel so that the quality of the amenities will make for a valid 4* rating in the future.  When looking at the hotel via any booking site, check out the other sites, too, and look up the hotel website, too, as that should exist. The images I saw on Trip.com were quite enticing, but they also include a picture of Jack’s of Fiji, which was not available on site, and random pictures of the outdoors that were nowhere near the hotel as it is located more inland and not by the ocean. The hotel is the biggest and most expensive element of any holiday/ vacation, so it is important to spend more time investigating each eligible hotel prior to seeking a room, and do not feel rushed by websites telling you there are only so many rooms left; there are many hotels in each location, so there are always options available.

SsereleaThe room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a villa, so there were a lot of locks, which was confusing. The back door was out of place and couldn't be opened or closed. The sea is shallow and very good for walking! The staff were also friendly. It was wonderful to have a welcome drink while watching the sunset. It's a shame that the access is not good, but it's worth staying! I told them that I couldn't eat breakfast the next day because of a remote island tour I had booked, so they gave me a lunch box. In the morning, when I went to the restaurant to get my lunch box, the chef didn't understand what I said, so he made it for me in a hurry. There was only enough for four people instead of five, but I was grateful that they made it early in the morning because I had asked for something.

GGuest UserGreat place to experience the real fiji people, culture and service. Very friendly staff and always something going on , with the reef and walks , swimming etc plenty to do. The food is very good , breakfast is very good and cooked to order, compliments to the Chef. Dinner was also very enjoyable , portion size is large, and well received. The Dinning room is well spread with larger groups down the bottom and individuals and families up the top , never felt too crampt or over whelmed. Rooms were great not 5 star by any means but they don't try to be the rooms were very good nice mattresses good sleeping a shower inside and outside for something different. The gardens are excellent with garden staff maintaining them constantly its a real bounus they do a wonderful job. The Staff in general are great always smiling and open for a chat. They all help one another and make it a fun organised resort . The Room staff who makeup and clean rooms are wonderful throughout the whole place nothing was a chore The Gym i used everyday needs a bit of a spruce up needs a treadmill and a new workout bench but I made do and still did well. A lovely lovely place for a holiday! Don't hesitate to book as after a few days you'll ask why didn't you book for longer like we did.

EEvɛɛThe stay here was lovely, wonderful. Clean place. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the phone calls to reception was not answered. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

AAnonymous UserI rarely leave bad reviews, but this time, I absolutely must. The hotel staff exhibited very clear discrimination towards Asian guests, with visibly impatient service attitudes. The service and facilities simply do not justify the 6,000 per night room rate. Having stayed in countless hotels worldwide, I have never encountered anything like this before. We checked out at noon. As our flight was in the evening, we arranged with the hotel to store our luggage for a driver to pick up later, and they explicitly confirmed this was acceptable. However, when the driver arrived to collect the bags, they refused to release them. Even after I called and re-confirmed all the information, they still wouldn't hand them over. I explained that I was at the airport and returning to the hotel would take an hour, potentially causing me to miss my flight. It was only after I lost my temper that they finally allowed the driver to collect the luggage. I will never stay at this hotel again.

SsabsabhoThe road to the resort is a bit bumpy and nothing is really near to the resort (restaurants/ convenient stores etc.), so you will need to call a taxi every time you need to go out or get supplies. The room itself is not super bright and the furnitures were a bit wear out. The resort is literally on a beach, so do expect to have quite some mosquito whenever you are on your way back to your room, and it's also tricky for travellers with big luggages to carry their bags to their rooms, since there are few steps of stairs to the door of your room and the pathway is sand. However, if you are here for a short stay, I think it would be ok to look past that. If you are looking to stay for a night in Nadi, and going to the islands for the next few days, I suggest looking for other accommodations in downtown Nadi, such as Nalagi Hotel. As we drive past other hotels such as Mercury Hotel, it seems like a motel as well, so it might be best to look for something downtown.

GGuest UserThis is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years. Negatives - had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this - had a leak above our shower in both tooms - fridge was broken in both rooms - lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained. - lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either - aircon in rooms is very loud - internet access drops out constantly - we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads - food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart Positives - most of the staff is really friendly - adults only pool is calm and quiet - good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel - staff is mostly helpful when you need things We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.
