Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

The three of us had a suite, with lots of space, especially in the bathroom, if you want to get ready quickly in the morning. The sauna and swimming pool were a positive surprise. I missed real wholemeal bread at breakfast. All in all, very good value for money.

Perfect except for paid car parking. Excellent room. I wished I could stay for more nights. Did not try any of the facilities. Had a view of them. Very nice. Would stay in the same hotel in future.

Very nice hotel old style building excellent service and excellent food at the restaurant location is not in the middle of the tourist part of the city (hot springs), you will have to walk ~10min

Das Hotel Ensana Butterfly liegt am Anfang der Kurmeile unweit der Kolonaden. Alle wichtigen Orte in Mariánské Lázně sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut. Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten war die Haltestelle Central direkt vorm Hotel in Richtung Hauptbahnhof (nádraží). Das Hotel hat einen guten sehr feinen Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Wirlpool und Finnischer Sauna. Dies ist für Hotelgäste kostenlos und von den Hotelzimmern über einen extra - Lift zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ab und zu gab es Schlangen an den Kaffeeautomaten. Hier wäre es vielleicht besser wenn es normalen Filterkaffee auch in Kannen geben würde und nur ”Spezialgetränke” wie Cappuccino usw am Kaffeeautomaten geholt werden müssen. Auch die Zimmerausstattung topp. Mariánské Lázně ist eher ein kleiner Kurort gegenüber Karlový Vary, hier liegen die meisten Quellen an der Kurpromenade. Auch im Hotel Butterfly ist ein Arm der Ferdinandquelle und man kann hier zu jederzeit Heilquellwasser trinken. Für Nachtschwärmer ist hier erwähnt daß nach 22:00 Uhr am Hoteleingang geklingelt werden muss.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet our expectations. Although the rooms were beautiful and generous, they already looked a little more comfortable and showed some points. The wellness area was only in a conditional way convinced us: the pool was rather cool and not all the saunas were in operation. However, the very friendly and pre-eminent staff is to be highlighted.

Das Hotel Continental liegt direkt im Herzen von Marienbad. Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt ein kleines Schwimmbad und eine Sauna. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Abendessen ist empfehlenswert, die Salate ausgezeichnet. Es gibt viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Well, the hotel has enormous potential... Problems at check-in and check-out made the stay less than enjoyable overall. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and everything is of high quality. The location itself is a matter of taste; what's disappointing is the street opposite, which is very busy and noisy. The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all; we had 26°C at night with an outside temperature of 15°C. The service has a lot of room for improvement; it seems like the staff only started running the hotel a few days ago. We decided to have dinner at the hotel on our first evening. The quality was okay, but they couldn't manage to get the wine we ordered and a second one in 45 minutes. We were almost finished eating when we were brought two glasses of Chianti, which were of subpar quality. We were really looking forward to having breakfast on the terrace due to the nice weather, but this wasn't permitted. Thirty minutes later, however, other guests were allowed to do so. The staff is trying hard, no question, but they're completely overwhelmed by the workload at this sophisticated hotel. We certainly have high standards, but given the prices, they're justified. Unfortunately, this three-day short break was significantly marred by the things described above. If the service matches the quality of the building, this would definitely be a recommendation, but currently, it's not for us at all. A shame!

The facilities were good and the view was good. I received a spa service, but the time was short, but the child was satisfied with our couple. Breakfast was a bit unfortunate but overall the price was satisfactory

พนักงานพูดจาใส่อารมณ์ ดูหงุดหงิดตลอดเวลาแถมพูดภาษาเยอรมันนินทาลูกค้าต่อหน้า บังเอิญเราฟังภาษาเยอรมันออกยอดแย่มากพนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่คิดว่าโรงแรม4ดาว จะอบรมพนักงานได้ยอดแย่มากๆ ไม่มีความยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส บอกได้คำเดียวว่า ห้องนอน นอนสบาย สะอาด แต่พนักงานยอดแย่ ไม่คิดว่าจะกลับไปนอนโรงแรมนี้อีก เพราะพนักงาน เราไม่ใช่คนที่ต้องมาเอาอกเอาใจหรือต้องพูดไพเราะด้วย แต่อยากขอเถอพนักงานต้อนรับ คุณทำงานในโซนต้อนรับ เวลาลูกค้าพูดกับคุณปกติ ได้โปรดพูดให้ปกติธรรมดา ไม่ใช่เหมือนอารมณ์เสียตลอดเวลา ถ้าไม่สนุกกับการทำงาน อย่ามาใส่อารมณ์กับลูกค้า
