This was a truly awful stay. The air conditioning wasn't working at all; it was blowing warm air. Despite asking the front desk for help multiple times, the issue was never resolved. I spent two nights there, and it was so hot every night that I couldn't sleep. The room was much hotter than outside, and they wouldn't let me switch rooms. One of the front desk staff had a terrible attitude. Every time I approached her for help, she'd continue chatting with her colleague in Czech, which made me feel completely disrespected. And she, with her poor English, actually told me that the AC not being cold was 'normal'! When I asked her about the pool lockers, she didn't even know how to answer – it was ridiculous! I really hope the hotel contacts me about this. On a side note, the younger female receptionist had a much better attitude.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel 😊 The location is simply perfect — right in the city center, with everything nearby: shops, restaurants, and attractions. It's incredibly convenient, especially if you want to make the most of the city without too much travel. We also want to highlight that the hotel has a pool and sauna — that's a huge plus. After walking around the city, it was lovely to relax and unwind. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff are friendly, and we truly enjoyed our time there ❤️ The only reason we're docking half a star is for the cleanliness of the carpet; there were a few small stains in places. But honestly, it didn't spoil our vacation or overall impression at all. We'd happily return again! 👍

The hotel is old but has a nice feel. It was nice to stay for one night with breakfast included. The pool was not heated. It was 8 degrees Celsius on the day of our stay and it was too cold to go in. The sauna room was awkward because the men were sharing the same room with each other.

The hotel's location is ideal, and the staff is very attentive. We also scheduled massages at the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A great place to stay!

We were sick the whole vacation...we didn't like the cleaning...they didn't vacuum even once...the food got worse

Very good hotel! Good service in the sauna and pool. Friendly staff. Varied and delicious breakfast.
