However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Baotou Shangri-La Hotel is simply amazing. The check-in experience is really good. Before I checked in, the hotel housekeeper Miss Bai Huimin called me in advance to arrange a satisfactory room for me. The front desk check-in attitude was also very good. The room facilities and equipment are very complete, the hygiene is particularly good, and a small gift with Inner Mongolia characteristics was given when I checked out. Environment: The hotel decoration has the characteristics of Inner Mongolia, and it is atmospheric! I didn't expect that you can catch dolls in the hotel. Hahaha, I like it so much. The surrounding roads are very spacious and there is no traffic jam. It takes only ten minutes to drive to the mall. It is the first choice for self-driving travel.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! My stereotype of people from the North being 'fierce' was completely erased at the Hilton. From the front desk staff to the room service and even the cleaning crew I met, everyone spoke softly and always had a smile. Auntie Wang Haiye from housekeeping, with her gentle Northern accent, cheerfully met all our requests. The front desk staff, A-Zheng and Xiao Tian, were even more attentive. I finished skiing quite late and asked them to help me dry my clothes in the middle of the night. The next day, I found them already dried and neatly folded. All in all, this 'Southern spud' (me!) was very satisfied with this trip to Hohhot. I'll definitely come back to see you all again!

The most surprising thing was the butler service. They arranged an airport drop-off a few days before my stay, so I didn't have to worry about it. After my stay, they also provided precise recommendations for local restaurants and fun activities. The entire experience was truly fantastic.
