HaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaThis hotel was very satisfying. Our windowless room was on the basement level, so we paid an extra 80 euros for three nights to upgrade to the seventh floor upon arrival. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the Central Station and 5 minutes from T-Centrum. The hotel has a clear outdoor theme with a strong design aesthetic, and some rooms feature unique designs. The hotel lobby boasts a spacious bar and restaurant area, which is very lively and almost completely full in the evenings. The room didn't have complimentary water or disposable toiletries, but there was a kettle.

pippi312This hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise! Though the room wasn't huge, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed with thoughtful details: the showerhead's button design was the most sensible and convenient I've encountered in any hotel, and the heated towel rail ensured soft, dry towels.
Getting here is incredibly convenient: from the airport, take bus 579 or 583 to Märsta, then transfer to Pendeltåg 40 or 41 and alight at Ulriksdal station. The hotel is just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the station.
Bus 509 stops directly across the street from the hotel. A few stops will take you to Ulriksdal Palace – I highly recommend visiting if you have time, and don't miss the excellent desserts at its cafe! Alternatively, taking bus 509 in the opposite direction for about 10-15 minutes will bring you to Solna Centrum, which boasts a large supermarket and numerous shops.
A crucial tip: book well in advance! I secured a significant discount on the room rate by booking three months ahead. Also, be aware that in Swedish hotels, you typically need to proactively inform the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned.
The photo shows Ulriksdal.

Ett hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends.
The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable.
My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability…
Great stay overall though!!

ColinzailundunThe room's cleanliness could be improved. The hotel is located in a new development area, so the surroundings are very clean and tidy. The breakfast was quite substantial. However, the hotel is very large, so it takes a bit of time to walk to your room.

Tiny tiny tiny room for the price. Book Sheraton instead of you’re in Stockholm - you won’t regret it.
The rooms are 5x larger and cheaper even when you include breakfast.
Sheraton rooms also include better amenities like coffee machines.
We mainly booked Haymarket for the bar, but it has changed since 4 years ago. It used to be an amazing experience watching bartenders make the drinks and explain the bible of a menu. Now they only have 6 drinks on the menu and the bartenders can’t remember your drink order.

I had a wonderful stay at Clarion Hotel Stockholm during my trip to the Swedish capital. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and checked me in efficiently. The location is very convenient, with a subway station just steps away, making it easy to explore the city and reach major attractions.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities were well-maintained, and the free Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay.
One of the best parts of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options — from fresh pastries to hot dishes — giving me a great start to each day.
I also enjoyed the hotel’s lively common areas and the nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. While the hotel is large, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff was always ready to help with directions or recommendations.

The location is excellent, shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance; the room design has many details, the bedside table has exquisite hydroponic flowers, the bath is diptyque, and the breakfast is even more exquisite. The overall design is very Western-style, but not old-fashioned at all.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is not at downtown & need ~10 mins of bus journey to town center.
The breakfast is good. The room space is cosy, clean & equipped with air conditioning.
However, due to environmental protection no cup in the room & need to get paper cup at front desk.

The team upgraded us during our stay and made it so much more special! Things to note, about a 20min uber from the city centre but 5min walk to the closest metro station which is also very easy to navigate. Lots of bikes around too to get around. Also the spa is not included in the stay price, you have to pay separately to access it. AND level 5 and 6 have been recently renovated and are WAYYYY nicer than the rest of the hotel. The TVs are smart tvs, they give robes and slippers, beautiful new bathrooms - worth paying extra for the nicer room. Great brekkie too.
