Annie at the front desk was super warm and attentive. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfy, and the view from the window was absolutely amazing! The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Five stars, no doubt! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

After searching through many hotels along the coast, I felt that Haitan offered the best value for money! And my choice proved to be correct! The service at this five-star hotel is absolutely top-notch. As soon as we arrived, even before getting out of the car, they were already actively helping with our luggage. Since we were staying for four nights, the front desk upgraded our room type. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains and card-free power, adding a nice touch of human-centered design. The view was fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Qingdao's Third Bathing Beach. Our hotel butler, Lilith, checked in with us daily via WeChat to see how our stay was going and if we had any new needs, which she promptly met! The hotel's location is also superb, right between Badaguan and the Olympic Sailing Center! Plus, there's a mall right downstairs!

I could only take screenshots because there was only a video. 😊 First of all, the location is great, right at the popular Torch 8th Street scenic spot, and the beach is downstairs. The staff were also very polite and helpful. There are milk tea shops, coffee shops, and convenience stores right next door. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit hard and there was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere. However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain. There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding. In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.

The first impression upon entering the room was how clean and refreshing it was, with a well-designed layout and a full range of amenities. The attention to detail truly shines through. During my stay, the staff were friendly and approachable, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Whether I had questions or requests, they patiently answered and actively assisted. The comfort of the stay was excellent, and the overall value for money is very high. It's a fantastic choice for both short trips and business travel.

房間地理位置挺好的，在十字路口，去古城西門三四百米，周邊吃飯購物也很方便。前天小姑娘特別熱情，人超好，給她大大的贊。現在説一下不好的方面，房間下水反味厲害，臭的要命，衞生間洗澡要把衞生紙藏好，否則洗完澡一卷衞生紙都不能用。沒有面巾紙，洗髮水和沐浴露衹有瓶子，裏面沒有液體，我一般自己帶，雖然不用，但既然説有就應該及時補貨。房間可以放東西的桌面太小了。東西都沒地方放

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.

來威海旅行，強烈推薦這家店～河北人不騙中國人～ 公寓位置超棒，就在那香海景區內部，開窗就能看見大海，步行直達海邊，景色一絕。對比第一天在火炬八街附近住的四百多一晚的公寓，這家性價比直接完勝，來了才發現那香海本身就足夠遊玩兩天，體驗感好太多。 周邊出行交通十分便利，不管自駕去劉公島還是威海市區都很方便。威海道路寬闊，停車場數量多，統一2元一小時停車，而且公寓自帶免費停車位，自駕入住首選沒錯！想吃美食選擇也很多，景區內就能就餐，開車幾分鐘就能到鎮上，鎮上商業街十分繁華，各類美食、生活用品一應俱全，逛吃超方便。 店家服務特別貼心周到，剛辦理入住老闆就主動添加微信，發來自己整理的專屬遊玩攻略，包含周邊美食、購物地點、景點路線和實用地圖，省心又細緻。小區安保嚴格負責，居住很安心。 房間空間寬敞大氣，配有兩張超大雙人床，床墊枕頭柔軟舒適，睡眠體驗很好。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生做得特別到位，細節滿分。民宿配套更是一應俱全，一次性馬桶墊、一次性浴巾毛巾、一次性茶杯紙杯全都備好，還有洗衣機、洗衣液、全套做飯廚具鍋碗瓢盆，甚至連趕海工具都貼心準備齊全，用品十分齊全。 整體入住感受滿分，是我本次威海之行住過最貼心、最滿意的海景公寓，環境好、性價比高、出行方便，自駕來威海閉眼沖那香海這家！

The owner and staff are super nice! They sent directions and parking instructions in advance. Upon arrival, they enthusiastically helped with luggage and check-in was very quick. They answered all our questions and their recommendations for hiking routes and local food were incredibly reliable. They even thoughtfully prepared snacks and tea. The service felt genuinely warm and friendly, not forced or like a routine. It was truly a fantastic experience.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels and bottled water. The free swimming pool was a pleasant surprise – clean and not too crowded. My only complaint is that the room temperature was a bit high. I'd recommend telling the front desk right away if it's uncomfortable. My bad – I'm a bit shy and thought I could fix it with the in-room control panel, but I ended up waking up in the middle of the night feeling too hot.
