Participated in the 'Black Diamond Partner One City, One Hotel Free Room' event and chose the Hyatt Regency. The hotel's location is super convenient, and I was upgraded to a high-floor executive room. Even though it was a partial sea view, the scenery was still unbeatable, offering an unobstructed panorama of Taipingjiao. Our butler, Winnie, provided extremely professional service. She prepared children's amenities in advance and even arranged cute towel art elephants 🐘. She also gave the kids toys and Qingdao's local specialty, calcium milk biscuits. It was a perfect staycation – enjoyed a delicious breakfast, then went for a swim and a workout. Absolutely perfect! Many thanks to Winnie for her thoughtful arrangements.

The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. Anna proactively contacted me regarding my arrival time and made sure the room was ready. She consistently anticipated my needs and promptly handled the invoice. The hotel's location is fantastic for air travel; you don't even need to leave the airport, and it's only about a 10-15 minute journey. The room itself was very comfortable with a pleasant temperature. This is definitely the top choice for an airport hotel in Qingdao.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

The hotel is on the edge of the ancient city of Taierzhuang, very close to the past. The little sister in black at the front desk of the hotel had a very good service. She checked in in time and upgraded the room for free. She helped guide the car to park in the backyard of the hotel. She also helped with luggage and adjusted the TV in the room. Jia Weixin sent the performance of the ancient town to my mobile phone. It was too warm. Must be praised. The room was very large and clean. Stayed for a while, went to the ancient town to play, and ate local food. Today, I left the store, the front desk also sent 2 local specialty pancakes, thank you very much, the stay experience is good, it is recommended, five-star praise!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Yantai! The service is excellent, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Gracie Ta, in particular, provided outstanding service; she was polite, attentive, and incredibly enthusiastic. The location is also fantastic and super convenient. You can walk to Suochengli, Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, and Wanda Plaza. The room facilities are great, and the hygiene is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

Very thankful to the hotel staff, Bruce that help me to monitor the room vacancy so I can continue my stay to view the peonies in Caozhou Mudan Garden. His great assistance is well appreciated. Thank you so much. Location is very accessible, nearby shopping mall and surrounded with lots of good food. The hotel also has a cute robot that deliver delivery to guests. Last year I also stay here. Like this hotel as the housekeeping staffs are also very friendly. She even chats with me about the flowers she arranged. Bus stop is also right in front of the hotel.

Booking was smooth, and upon arrival, I was assigned a high-floor, green-themed room, just as requested, with extra bottled water. I also noticed that after house-keeping saw I used the black tea bags, they thoughtfully replenished with a few extra packs, which was a nice touch. This booking didn't include breakfast. Since I woke up early on Sunday, I decided to go for it anyway at RMB 128 per person. It was very crowded on the weekend, and seating was quite cramped. When I left my table to get food, I came back to find all my cutlery cleared away and other guests seated there. Their policy for unattended tables isn't great, especially for solo diners [frown]. The food was okay, nothing special, but the small wontons were delicious and had white pepper in them, which was comforting.

I was completely shocked. The overall environment is very good. There are also gifts. Wow, it's really thoughtful. What surprised me most about this store is the service. The hotel has a large parking lot, free parking, charging piles, laundry room, washing machine and dryer, gym, beauty room, nail beauty, breakfast tastes good, and the price is right! A very happy journey! I must stay here next time! I recommend everyone to try it when they come to Weifang. The breakfast here provides a special Chaotian pot. The sesame cakes are really better than those outside. If you can accept it, go outside and try it! It's 10 minutes to the Kite Museum and 30 minutes to Fangci Town. It's quiet in the hustle and bustle, surrounded by various delicacies, waiting for you to discover

The service at the hotel is also exceptionally thoughtful; from the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and processed our check-in with a constant smile. It really made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, and any requests we had were attended to promptly by the staff. The hotel environment is also very pleasant and relaxing. I must also highlight their breakfast buffet – it offers a rich variety of dishes, with both Western and Chinese options available, and the food tastes great, satisfying everyone's preferences. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area and highly recommend it to others!
