This was my second stay, and it was excellent. Last time, I only got about three or four hours of sleep during my layover, but this time I had plenty of time. The front desk service was fantastic; they were very thoughtful with their reminders, even telling me that rooms with king beds closer to the runway might have some noise. I wasn't worried, and indeed, the sound was minimal. The room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I got an upgraded room facing the opposite side, which was very comfortable.

Traveling during Chinese New Year, the last thing you want is a hotel with poor service, but Pullman really excels in this regard. The service from Gracie at the front desk was incredibly heartwarming; from booking confirmation to check-in, every step showed professionalism and genuine care. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to pop over to Wanda Plaza after work. The room was well soundproofed, ensuring a restful sleep, and the facilities were complete. It was a very comfortable business trip experience.

When I think of the luxury hotels in Jinan, each has its own charm and highlights. But for overall quality and personal preference, the InterContinental Jinan consistently ranks first. Even after all these years, its unbeatable location, elegant and stately style, and meticulous service philosophy continue to win me over time and again. This time, I was revisiting with my elders and also had a small child with me, so naturally, I had more concerns and needs. Our butler, Lily, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She proactively contacted me a day in advance to discuss our check-in preferences and any special arrangements. This dedication translated into wonderful surprises on the day of arrival – not only was our room upgraded, but both rooms were conveniently located next to each other, making it exceptionally easy to look after both the elders and the child. The view from the window was expansive and clear, with delightful scenery. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding maintained the brand's usual high standards, soft and comfortable, ensuring a completely restful night's sleep. The food at the executive lounge was exquisite and delicious, with mild flavors that the little one particularly enjoyed. Breakfast offered a rich variety and consistent quality, maintaining its exceptional standard, with nothing to fault from taste to detail. Throughout our stay, service was prompt and responsive, always accommodating and considerate, making the entire experience worry-free and comfortable. The only minor regret was our tight schedule, which prevented us from trying the Thai cuisine. We'll have to save that for a dedicated visit next time. A big thank you again to butler Lily for her meticulous care and thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay, making this family trip complete and heartwarming. The InterContinental Jinan, as always, exceeded expectations. We look forward to returning soon.

I brought my family to Jinan for a weekend trip, primarily drawn by the Shangri-La brand. It wasn't even peak season, but there were no room upgrades or special services offered. To top it off, our two rooms weren't on the same floor. Although it's advertised as being opposite Quancheng Square, you can't actually get there directly; it's right in the middle of a busy road with traffic lights quite a distance away in both directions. And the famous fountain show they promote wasn't happening either. Getting to Baotu Spring and Daming Lake by bike is convenient, but walking to the attractions is a bit too far. Overall, I'd say the value for money at this price point is definitely not good, especially with the complete lack of extra services. The breakfast, however, was indeed plentiful, with local specialties like Bazirou and Tianmo available. I wouldn't recommend staying here. For short trips where you don't spend much time at the hotel, it's better to choose a place closer to the attractions and with more additional services.

This is my second stay here this year. The location is excellent, right above MixC Mall and May Fourth Square, so it's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The staff are all very enthusiastic, always greeting us proactively, and we even got complimentary welcome fruit in our room. The buffet restaurant added hot pot since my last visit, and I noticed some changes in other dishes too. The salmon was top-notch, and the desserts were definitely five-star quality. Overall, it's great value for money. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with everything from a restaurant to a gym. Hygiene: It's clean and hygienic. The lobby is spotless, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows are stunning. Environment: As a sea-view hotel, the environment is exceptional – you can even watch the sunrise! Service: The service is also excellent. A butler contacted me via WeChat before check-in, which was very thoughtful.

Our stay at Hai Tian Qing Dao was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Rose’s team delivered exceptional service with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and constant support throughout our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel’s convenient location made exploring Qingdao effortless, adding even more value to the experience. Every moment here was comfortable, seamless, and memorable. We’ve created such wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. We can’t wait to share more about this amazing stay—definitely a 5-star experience in every sense! The food here is one thing that compliment everything!

My stay at Shangri-La Qingdao was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, right in Shinan District, next to MixC City, which made shopping super convenient. It's also very close to May Fourth Square, about a 10-minute walk. The location truly can't be beaten! The hotel is much more beautiful than I imagined, with a well-maintained, elegant, and clean vintage style. The facilities are excellent, including a gym, swimming pool, and tennis courts. A big thank you to Rina, who recommended so many great sightseeing spots and even gave me a small gift upon check-out. The recommended spots were very close to the Municipal Government and May Fourth Square. I was extremely satisfied with both the location and the environment – it's a truly reliable choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.
