The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

Grand Barony Qingdao Airport has an incredibly convenient location with an indoor connecting corridor leading straight to the airport terminal, so we can walk over easily. The hotel also provides shuttle service for guests carrying lots of luggage; simply tell the staff ahead, and they will make proper arrangements. Dining options inside the hotel are limited, but we could easily take Didi to taste delicious local food nearby. Every staff member is polite, warm and ready to offer helpful support. It’s an ideal pick for airport stays.

A special thanks to our concierge, Cherry, whose service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The Mandarin Hotel is located on Starlight Island in the West Coast New Area, surrounded by the sea and boasting stunning island scenery. As soon as you arrive, you can feel a sense of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea breeze creates a wonderful vacation vibe. However, there was an entertainment event on the island that day, so it was incredibly crowded. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the elegant and grand design perfectly blends with marine elements. The glass dome and crystal chandeliers complement each other beautifully. What impressed me most was the self-playing piano in the lobby; its melodious tunes flowed under the dome, adding an artistic touch to the entire space and instantly washing away any travel fatigue. My business twin room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic sea views. Drawing back the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by the magnificent sight of the sunrise over the ocean. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showcased quality. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The complimentary indoor pool has clear, well-maintained water and is a good size. It's very well-regulated; you need a swimming cap to use it, and there's also a sauna and hot spring. The gym is fully equipped, and in addition to exercise machines, there's a table tennis room and an aerobics room. The hotel garden is charming, with European-style stone carvings adding a unique flair. Just outside, there's a seaside boardwalk, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Parking and EV charging were very convenient, and the staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, feel incredibly welcoming.

Before checking into the Hyatt Regency, we stayed at the MGM Grand. What a difference! LOL. Because I'm a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I was disappointed that MGM didn't upgrade our room or offer complimentary breakfast. However, the duty managers patiently explained everything and even kindly gave us a small lion plushie because we mentioned a few service issues. In contrast, the Hyatt Regency upgraded our room. And the breakfast at the Hyatt Regency is truly amazing! Unfortunately, with a child, we only made it downstairs at 9:55 AM. Our butler thoughtfully offered to deliver breakfast to our room, but we decided to go down and explore the restaurant ourselves. The hotel faces the Third Bathing Beach directly. We managed to grab some food and drinks before the vendors packed up for the day – though they packed up incredibly fast! But we understood, as we were saving room for the lunch buffet. We also mentioned it was our child's birthday in advance, and they kindly delivered a delicious small cake. It was really good! The Hyatt Regency will definitely be our top choice next time we visit Qingdao.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

The breakfast selection was extensive and quite delicious. The stay was very comfortable, with a wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The environment was pleasant, and the on-site parking right at the entrance was free for guests. The staff at the guest services center were very enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, very satisfied!

The hotel's location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and you'll find Yancherdao Station on Metro Line 2, and turn left for the bus stop, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions in Qingdao. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel service is attentive, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. They even offered complimentary drinks and fruit upon check-in, which was a very nice touch.

The location is excellent, right next to the main street, and the hotel itself is very impressive. Free parking, including an underground garage, is a huge plus. The service was great; we needed extra blankets, iodine, and slippers, and the staff promptly brought them to our room. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
