"This was my second time staying at the Lincoln Inn on my return trip, and the experience was just as good. The supermarket across the street is incredibly convenient. "Ordinary motel, the facilities are a bit old, there is a distance from the beach, it is estimated to take about 20 minutes to walk. The key is that there is always a damp and moldy smell in the room, and it is the same if you change a room. It is estimated to be a common phenomenon. A month in Australia, is the most uncomfortable hostel in Melbourne and Adelaide. Not recommended."

The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower.
the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor.
Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does.
The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote.
Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work.
Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits.
It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

The beach environment is still beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset and also great for kids to play. We happened to be there during Chinese New Year, so there were many activities like lion dances and delicious food. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of spots perfect for photos, including a romantic Ferris wheel. However, we paid an extra AUD 40 a night to upgrade to a sea view room, and the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Despite repeated complaints about the AC not working, they wouldn't move us to another room. After one night, it was so hot that we had to ask for a fan. In the end, the front desk offered some compensation before we checked out. They definitely need to improve the customer experience!

Guest UserVery nice and colorful designed hotel. The breakfast was of very good quality, we would have enjoyed more fruit variety though. The room was clean and spacious but we couldn’t get the night lights turned off. Very friendly and patient staff, especially Rachel took very well care of us.

Charing CConvenient location to go sightseeing, veryclosely with Rundle Mall and airport. However, the cuisine for dinner is too salty, can improve for changing the menu.
Overall, good to stay at the hotel even though the room rate is a bit higher than weekdays as football event held at the Oval Stadium.

Stayed here over Christmas.
Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre.
Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional.
Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay)
Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

I was running late for check-in, and the 24/7 support team answered my call immediately and assisted me professionally. Free parking was a big advantage, making it very convenient for business travelers. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay.

at the center of North Terrace, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 15m from airport by vehicle and only 5m to tram and trail station on foot. equipments in the room are fully prepared and easy to use. the only cons is thin wall of washroom, which causes a little noise when someone is using the toilet.

Guest UserGreat view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

KongjiekkkWe extended our stay for another day and were very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. As seniors, we truly appreciate all the young men and women who assisted us. A big thank you to everyone, and we will definitely stay at Pullman Hotel again next time.
