Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments

Kettle full of water scale and never washed, very disgusting. Cheap bed with wheels not able to lock, the fridge is making noice for the whole night. Really bad experience.

Position is good, near to the center. Room is clean. Problem is that parking is horrible if you drive a SUV or bigger car. The parking space is so small and if you come back late , then you can not park inside the hotel. Swimming pool is very small and just enough for 2-3 families together.

Check in was quick but upon arrival in our room both soap dispensers were empty. This was quickly rectified but one continued to leak during our stay. The fridge was noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep. The quieter room only enabled us to hear the other noisy guests until the early hours of the morning. Some reminders that this is a shared space and queit after 10 or 11 pm would have been nice. The shower head was faulty and sprayed water around the room. We couldn't adjust it at all and the arm kept falling g down. My partner decided not to take a morning shower it was so bad. We were given an apology but I am sure the room hadn't been checked for a while.

It has everything you need. Pretty clean and neat. Not much service was requested. Just one night stay before heading to another place.

Nice accommodation in Mt Gambier

Every thing was great

Check-in was a breeze.The room was decent,clean and functional.The toaster and microwave oven with ample cutlery and plates were a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we were late checking in and couldn't confirm our breakfast for the following day.Just as well there were the toaster and microwave oven. Checking out was equally simple and fast. The hotel seems to be a distance from food outlets though.Best for people who have their own transport.On the plus side,it is quiet and we got a good night's sleep.
