Tourist trap. Very poor value for money. The hotel is outdated, rooms are small, and key facilities like the saunas were not working. Staff were not helpful and at times rude. They charge extra for almost everything. I booked a Mountain View room but was told on arrival that this is different from a “Meteora View” and requires an additional fee — misleading and clearly an upselling tactic. Overall, overpriced for what you get. Our view from the balcony was amazing as it looked out to the sea. The staff were very kind and helped with everything from luggage to dinner recommendations. The hotel restaurant was also delicious.
