Pet Friendly Hotels in Hunan, China

Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

Best views and location ever. The room was super clean, the bed is confortable, a/c works great. TV id duper cool because it is a proyector, everything is in Chinese. It is so convinient that they offer free airport/ train station drop off and pick up. We booked last minute and the price was pretty high my recommendation is to book ahead of time so you don’t end up paying more than what is really worth.

Excellent hotel for a stay in Fenghuang ! It is possible to profit from all attractions of the town while not being too strongly exposed to the noises of bars (relatively), in addition it is stylish and even tea is offered so you can make it on the terrace. We liked the experience.

This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage

A nice hotel at a convenient location. My first room was next to the elevator so I could hear the sounds through the night. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to ask for a room away from the elevator. I asked for a different room, and was given a quieter one. The staff is kind, polite and helpful. They helped me get a bus for Wulingyuan (Glass Bridge Canyon) to and from the hotel, and were more than happy to help. Highly recommend this hotel.

If you can’t decide on a hotel in Furong don’t think further and select this amazing place. The hotel is beautiful, it has a perfect view on the waterfall. The helpfulness of the staff is impeccable. Since I have fallen sick we had to change our arrival plans in the last minute, the hotel without any issues rescheduled our pick up very promptly. They also led us to the hotel so we wouldn’t get lost while helping us with our luggage. During the evening my illness got much worse and my boyfriend was driven by the owner to the closest pharmacy to get me some medication. I’m so very thankful for their help in this situation. If I could give more starts I would. And if I could ever return to one hotel again it would be this one. Thank you once again for all your help! When we entered the lobby during check-in, a group of men wereplaying cards in the lobby while another was stretched out sleeping across the couch.  It felt like a hostel rather than a (Hilton) Hotel！Later that evening, we returned from dinner to find some hotel staffs were sitting with the group!   The room itself was clean, very spacious and comfortable.  Breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices and food was quite good, dining area can see the beautiful Tianmen Mountain as well as the cable cars.  Hotel was within walking distance with the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. However, communication with hotel staff was poor.  Even though we told them our train was departing at 3pm, they scheduled pick up from hotel at 3PM without confirming the pick-up time.  I only find out the morning when I confirmed to leave at 2pm!  To make it worse, driver drove extremely aggressively and dangerously during the 15 mins trip and my teenage son felt sick after, not to mention he didn‘t help with loading/unloading our luggage. 辦理入住時，大堂內有4名男子在打牌，另有1人橫躺在沙發上睡覺。當晚外出用餐返回酒店後，看到幾名酒店工作人員與該群人坐在一起。 房間乾淨、非常寬敞、舒適。早餐自助餐選擇豐富，食物質量不錯。餐廳可看到天門山景色及索道。洒店位置與天門山索道站很近。 不過，酒店工作人員之間的溝通有待改善。我們已告知酒店火車於下午3點發車，但酒店安排的送站時間也是下午3點，且未提前與我們確認。我在當天上午再次確認時才發現，並要求改為下午2點出發。 酒店安排的司機亦非常差，在前往車站約15分鐘的車程中開得很快，左穿右插非常危險，亦沒有幫忙搬行李，下車後我的19歲兒子非常不適！

First: focus on business trips (clean, quiet, efficient) ”This business trip stay experience is great! The location of the hotel is very good to find, the check-in speed at the front desk is very fast, and I also arranged a quiet room on the upper floor. The sound insulation of the room is unexpectedly good, I slept until dawn and was not awakened at all. The sanitary details are also in place, the bedding is white and soft, and the bathroom is dry and wet without water stains. I will choose this one next time I come here for a business trip!

This hotel is right at the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, just a short walk to the scenic area, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. We booked a family room, and both beds were huge! The room was very spacious, giving us plenty of room to move around freely and making our stay super comfortable. The entire room features large French windows, and opening them reveals a beautiful pastoral view – the scenery is truly stunning. The overall environment was clean and pleasant. Our family was very satisfied, and I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You can't go wrong with this one!

Excellent, excellent! My parents were very happy with their stay. It's super close to the scenic area, only about 400 meters to the entrance. The owner even offers pick-up and drop-off service to the station. The room was spacious, and breakfast was a nice 'nine-grid' selection.
