Pet Friendly Hotels in Hunan, China

The location is excellent being at the scenic spot itself. That's a shop selling noodles buns and snacks right beside the hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor and the view was excellent. The only thing is there is no elevator and I have to climb up the flights upstairs. So it is not recommended for those who have problems climbing. You can ask to stay at level one though when you book and the owner will accommodate. They also helped to carry my luggage up and down the flight of stairs. The room is very comfortable and there's a projector where we can watch movies. There will be no more noise from the pub after 11:30 pm. There's air conditioning and heating in the room. One thing to note transport is very difficult to get from the train station to the hotel. So bad to arrange pick up and send off with the hotel beforehand. Difficulty to get transport is a norm in Phoenix ancient town.

We had a very warm and beautiful stay at Baithe Wharf, which was far beyond our expectations, with incredibly welcoming hosts who explained everything about the town in detail, greeted us with a thoughtful plate of little oranges, provided amazing rooms equipped with luxury features including advanced toilets and a breathtaking waterfall view, arranged a delicious vegetarian breakfast for us the next day, and even organized seamless transport to and from the station, making the entire experience truly memorable and highly recommendable.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

This is a very good hotel, and I recommend it. The service is top-notch, and the rooms are very pleasant and spacious. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is very polite. Extremely pleased with this hotel! The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff were all smiles, and our butler, An Yu, was particularly welcoming. He proactively greeted us, thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and dining hours, and even sent thoughtful reminders for meal times. The hotel's decor is a beautiful New Chinese style, creating a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Watching the city lights at night from our room was incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The facilities are top-notch: the shower had excellent, stable water pressure, and the hot water was instant – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Both breakfast and the late-night snack were abundant and delicious. I especially recommend the freshly prepared rice noodles and fresh fruit, which truly recharged us for our day's activities. The location is also incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a nearly perfect stay. From the amenities to the soft services, everything exceeded my expectations. The value for money is exceptional; it's absolutely worth every penny. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family!

We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are very friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the style is traditional. I really like the decoration of the room with traditional charm. It was walking distance from the cable car station to go to Tianmen Mountain 天门山. Many good restaurants are also around by walking distance. What i didn't like was the noise in the morning on the street and the plane as the airport is not far.

Had a really pleasant stay at this new hotel. The big sign for 'Yiju Hotel' (referring to a comfortable/livable hotel) was very prominent, and it was only about a hundred meters walk from the East Plaza exit. I called the front desk and the staff member was very friendly, patient, and thorough in their service. They even upgraded me to a larger bed room for free! The room was tidy, clean, and everything felt new. It was also quiet at night with good soundproofing. Plus, there was a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a great wet and dry separation. The laundry room was right next to the elevator, which is incredibly important for travelers – really a nice touch. And the breakfast was delicious too!

The B&B customer service was incredibly attentive; they contacted us proactively before our arrival to arrange transportation. The B&B's location and views are simply unbeatable, and our room was very clean and hygienic. It was super convenient to get around the resort from there. The only minor point is that breakfast was a bit simple. It would be even better if they could add a few more pastry options like steamed buns with vegetable or meat fillings, or sausages. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Furong Ancient Town.
