I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

The location is fantastic, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, very close and convenient to the city center. You can drive right up to the entrance, unlike some hotels in the absolute center where it's super noisy and you have to drag your luggage for ages. The room was very quiet and clean, and the river view was stunning. I could sit by the window and zone out for an entire afternoon – a truly wonderful experience! I wouldn't recommend the free Miao village; I highly recommend Dehang Miao Village instead. The Dehang Grand Canyon is incredibly beautiful, and taking a car up and walking down is a pleasant and effortless way to enjoy it.

I stayed here with my sister and we absolutely loved it! The owners were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome even though they didn’t speak English! We stayed here 3 nights but wish we had stayed longer! They took care of booking all of our activities for us and even messaged us when we were out to ensure that we had found our way alright! The location was also excellent with beautiful views from the roof deck of the mountains as well as a washer/dryer free to use! We even had an amazing view of the mountains from our room!

Overall, our experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Communication was handled through WeChat and translation apps. Although the hotel had promised transportation from the station, they only arranged it after we contacted them on arrival day. At check-in, the receptionist repeatedly asked us to cancel our Trip.com reservation in exchange for a “better rate.” We declined, but the insistence made us very uncomfortable. We later reported this, and the hotel denied it, calling it a “translation error.” After that, the staff became overly attentive, offering multiple “complimentary” items and constantly messaging us with basic housekeeping questions. While meant as hospitality, it felt excessive and intrusive, especially during a vacation. At check-out, the same staff member pressured us to leave a 5-star review and implied that transportation was conditional on it. This raised serious concerns, so we chose to take a taxi instead. The situation escalated further when he followed us to continue insisting. The facilities are average: the bathroom is very small, the shower floods the floor, towels are worn, and the AC had an unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the bed, balcony, and view were nice. Without these issues, we might have had a better impression. However, the lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and overall discomfort made this a negative experience.

If you can’t decide on a hotel in Furong don’t think further and select this amazing place. The hotel is beautiful, it has a perfect view on the waterfall. The helpfulness of the staff is impeccable. Since I have fallen sick we had to change our arrival plans in the last minute, the hotel without any issues rescheduled our pick up very promptly. They also led us to the hotel so we wouldn’t get lost while helping us with our luggage. During the evening my illness got much worse and my boyfriend was driven by the owner to the closest pharmacy to get me some medication. I’m so very thankful for their help in this situation. If I could give more starts I would. And if I could ever return to one hotel again it would be this one. Thank you once again for all your help! I really enjoyed my stay here. It boasts an excellent location right inside Fenghuang Ancient Town. The hotel provides convenient pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed railway station. All staff members are polite, warm and always ready to offer help. They reply to messages super quickly. Highly recommended for travellers visiting Fenghuang.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Tianmen Mountain, making it super convenient to get to the scenic area. The room was clean and tidy, with a large floor-to-ceiling window on a high floor that provided excellent natural light. The facilities were complete and new, and the service was very thoughtful. I felt very safe staying alone. The value for money is exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

We checked in on the evening of May 3rd, and the butler upgraded us to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The guesthouse owner was very welcoming, and the next day he even showed us the entire villa. Every room was very comfortably furnished. The butler was incredibly kind; on the evening of the 3rd, he offered to pick up my husband from the high-speed rail station. Later, on the 4th, when we returned from our outing, we realized how dark the mountain roads were. We were truly grateful to the lovely butler. The guesthouse has a wonderful natural environment. The flowers and trees at the entrance and the various vegetables and fruits in the small garden demonstrate the owner's dedication. The guesthouse is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades, and my daughter is especially looking forward to the barbecue area in the adjacent stargazing room. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and definitely worth a second visit.

My first trip to Fenghuang Ancient Town, I stumbled upon Tianqingshe and stayed for two nights. The owner even provided a pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed train station and helped with my luggage (I later found out it's hard to get a taxi or ride-sharing there). The next morning, I asked the proprietress about local bus routes and she patiently explained how to get around by bus. Although some items in the room were damaged, they promptly provided replacements. Overall, it was a great stay. (The picture shows the free breakfast provided by the guesthouse)

Extremely pleased with this hotel! The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff were all smiles, and our butler, An Yu, was particularly welcoming. He proactively greeted us, thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and dining hours, and even sent thoughtful reminders for meal times. The hotel's decor is a beautiful New Chinese style, creating a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Watching the city lights at night from our room was incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The facilities are top-notch: the shower had excellent, stable water pressure, and the hot water was instant – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Both breakfast and the late-night snack were abundant and delicious. I especially recommend the freshly prepared rice noodles and fresh fruit, which truly recharged us for our day's activities. The location is also incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a nearly perfect stay. From the amenities to the soft services, everything exceeded my expectations. The value for money is exceptional; it's absolutely worth every penny. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family!
