The photos online were misleading. Check-in was on the 3rd floor, not the 8th as stated. Luckily, I had an HK SIM to contact the property. Staff were friendly, but the room was extremely small with a strong chemical smell due to recent spraying without ventilation.
There was no shower gel or shampoo provided, and one of the restroom doors was missing.
The location is great, but overall, it's not a pleasant experience.

Finding a room with such great value for money in Hong Kong is truly a good find! The room isn't too small either, and it's close to all the places I wanted to visit. The MTR station is right downstairs, which is super convenient. The staff are very welcoming, and the owner is especially nice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Guest UserAfter comparing many options for my trips to Hong Kong and Macau, I settled on this Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, and the overall experience was very well-rounded. Its prime location is a major plus, with numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and convenient subway access. After dinner, it's just a short stroll to Victoria Harbour for sightseeing. The rooms are simply designed and airy, with excellent soundproofing that keeps out the street noise. The bedding is soft and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after days of travel.
The rooftop outdoor pool offers stunning first-row views of Victoria Harbour, where you can swim and enjoy the breeze to relax. In the evening, a drink at the accompanying bar while admiring the lights on both sides of the harbour creates a wonderful ambiance. The hotel also has a 24-hour gym, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine even while traveling. Housekeeping is meticulous and thorough, keeping the rooms spotless and fresh. William and Cheryl provided attentive and efficient service, promptly and properly handling all my requests. The hotel's social lounge area has a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, making it a great spot to unwind and recharge between activities. Overall, it was a reliable stay, and I will prioritize choosing this hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Seriously recommend APTO Hotel HV in Causeway Bay, it's perfect for families with kids, couples, or friends traveling together. The whole floor-one-room design offers maximum privacy, and the butler service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly relaxing stay. The location is also fantastic; it's easy to get to any part of Hong Kong Island from Causeway Bay, making transport convenient and stress-free. The room decor has a distinct local Hong Kong flavor, and the cleanliness is impeccable – you can really feel the care put into it. The facilities are definitely top-notch for this price range, with some details even rivaling five-star hotels. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely book it again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Don't nitpick, this is one of the best value-for-money hotels in Hong Kong. Unbeatable sea views and a super spacious room. All the amenities you could need are nearby. Everything you could want. Though a bit old, it's very clean. Definitely worth a stay, I'll certainly be back.

It is very convenient to travel in Chungking Mansions. It is a ten-minute walk from the Avenue of Stars and Harbor City. The boss is very nice. When I arrived, it was very inconvenient because my phone ran out of battery before the check-in time. The boss saw that I was embarrassed and asked me to go ahead in advance. Checked in, thank you very much boss

幸福女子The customer service was excellent throughout, from the check-in process to the accommodation arrangements (the engineering staff, in particular, were very polite). Self-checkout was also convenient.
The room itself was clean and well-equipped. The washing machine was a great amenity for long-term stays, and the tall refrigerator was perfect for chilling drinks. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The insect repellent sample was a pleasant surprise. The night view of the Kap Shui Mun Bridge was stunning, and the surrounding area had a lovely resort-like vibe.
I wouldn't recommend cooking, as the extractor fan wasn't effective at removing cooking fumes. There's an uphill walk to reach the accommodation, and Ma Wan has strict traffic control, making it difficult to find taxis willing to enter. Getting around the resort area involves a fair bit of walking, so it's definitely not ideal for elderly guests to stay long-term. The curtains weren't blackout, and the bedroom door had a glass panel, meaning the morning sun shone directly into the bedroom. The bed was positioned under a beam, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Given that it's a converted village house, one can't expect too much.

The staff is warm and welcoming, the environment is comfortable, the room is clean and beautiful. The location is good, about 20 minutes by minibus from Sheung Shui Station, and then about 5 minutes walk to Liantang Port. In terms of cooking, you need to add money to rent a barbecue/gas stove, but the camp has a free breakfast, which tastes good. The camp has a 24-hour fitness room for use, but there are not many fitness equipment.
