After comparing many hotels in Sanya, I finally chose Rosewood based on overall considerations. Since I was traveling with my 6-year-old child, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange for a butler! After checking in, I truly felt I made the right choice! The butler's service was incredibly attentive! They thought of details I hadn't even considered!! The room overall was very comfortable, and the heated pool satisfied my child's desire to swim without worrying about cold water! There was also a floating afternoon tea, and any photos taken there turned out beautifully! I really have to commend the Rosewood kitchen team. The breakfast at 13 East changed daily (and the à la carte menu rotated daily too). I stayed for three days and had room service delivered three times! The taste surprised me every time! The Fishermen's restaurant on the first floor is also excellent, especially their roasted oysters with 'Bawang' sauce! You absolutely have to try them! The beach bar was also fantastic! It wasn't crowded, so we found a spot to sit, enjoy the sea breeze, sip cocktails, and let my child play in the sand – it was incredibly relaxing! All in all, I was extremely, extremely satisfied with this trip! If I ever get the chance to visit Sanya again, I will definitely choose Rosewood!

I deliberated for a long time over hotels before coming to Sanya, and ultimately chose the Mandarin Oriental Sanya, Coral Bay. My stay was a perfect 10 – absolutely no regrets, and it even exceeded my expectations! First off, the privacy is excellent. Having Coral Bay exclusively to ourselves, with no crowds or noise, really gave a strong sense of belonging. This is what a high-end hotel in Sanya should truly be like. The public areas are definitely top-tier in Sanya, genuinely offering a new beautiful scene with every step. Sunlight, pools, lush greenery, the beach, the azure ocean, and fresh air, all with a Southeast Asian flair, maximally showcase the beauty of nature. Every second spent walking through the hotel made me want to exclaim: 'This is how people should live!' The heated pool was incredibly comfortable. The midday sun felt warm on my skin, and when the wind blew, it swept away all the fatigue from work. The room facilities were comprehensive. The bottled water in the glass bottles was genuinely delicious, and the full set of Atelier Cologne toiletries smelled fantastic, completely making up for the slightly older room decor. Plus, the fresh coconut water here was sweeter than at other hotels. The complimentary travel photography provided by the hotel also yielded great shots; I couldn't resist paying extra for five more. A special thank you to our butler, Aileen! She proactively contacted me before our arrival, patiently confirmed our check-in needs, and promptly helped resolve any issues or requests throughout our stay. Her professional, efficient, and warm service added even more happiness to our entire trip. If you're still agonizing over choices because of Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), the Mandarin Oriental is definitely the best solution at this price point.

At Raffles Clearwater Bay, Manager Darryl's service deeply touched our entire family. He proactively arranged connecting rooms for us to easily look after each other and paid close attention to the needs of both the elderly and children, from adjusting meals to providing travel reminders, everything was thoughtfully and meticulously handled. Daily, he proactively confirmed our arrangements, responded quickly when issues arose, and resolved them calmly. He provided attentive help while maintaining a proper distance, never intruding on our private time. His professionalism and meticulousness ensured our entire vacation was worry-free, and truly brought Raffles' ”customer-centric” service philosophy to life.

Facilities: The king-size room was great, and the hotel itself is very picturesque for photos. Hygiene: It was quite clean... they even provided a playpen and children's amenities since we brought our little one. Environment: The afternoon tea was lovely and perfect for Instagrammable photos. Service: If it weren't for the excellent butler service, it definitely wouldn't be a five-star review. We were extremely satisfied with the butler's service.

The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a higher floor and a better view. The room is uniquely designed, brightly lit and cozy (many hotel rooms are not very brightly lit), which is very satisfactory. We had dinner at the hotel, the restaurant service was very enthusiastic, and they specifically noted that our dishes should be lighter, and the dishes served were really good, thank you 🙏. The hotel is next to the scenic spot. Although it was drizzling, it was still nice to borrow an umbrella from the front desk to walk around. In February, I could smell the faint fragrance of osmanthus and saw many flowers I had never seen before. It is a very good hotel!

Whenever I want to eat seafood, I always like to go to Maniao. The first choice for staying is Lingao Country Garden Golden Beach. The hotel should have been opened for more than ten years. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service level is excellent. This year, it was quite unexpected that a staff member contacted me in advance the day before check-in, and arranged a room for me in advance and upgraded it. Thank you very much. I hope that the service level can be maintained for a long time. There are not many good hotels on the west line of Hainan.

The Narada Resort & Spa, hidden in the rainforest, was a huge surprise! The subtropical forest vegetation is incredibly lush, and the resort itself is massive, like a big tropical park. They have electric shuttles to take you anywhere you need to go. The guest rooms are well-designed, with hot springs in each room. The hotel also features outdoor swimming pools, two hot spring baths, and even a fish spa. The Taoyuan Xiaoguan Chinese restaurant offers a very rich menu of Hainanese specialties; the roasted chicken and coconut rice are absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the breakfast – it's incredibly varied and excellent! It's also very close to the Qixianling Scenic Area, about a 10-minute drive. This place is definitely worth a visit!

This was my first trip and I had a fantastic time! The cost was reasonable, and we avoided all the back-and-forth traffic that usually comes with popular tourist routes. Let me start with check-in. I'm from Haikou and after seeing good reviews and reasonable prices, I drove 2.5 hours specifically to check this place out, and it definitely didn't disappoint. First, parking was easy with plenty of spots right in front of the lobby. When I arrived, the front desk was quite busy, so I didn't expect overly enthusiastic service. With so many guests, I understood, and I was just grateful that the staff processed my check-in quickly. Second, the service was outstanding. I had booked a package deal, and due to an oversight during booking, I booked a king-sized bed for our family of four. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, the staff immediately changed us to a twin room. The room was very spacious, with a small balcony and access to the swimming pool. Xiao Lin, who was on duty that day, patiently taught me about the activities available at the resort. The swimming pool attendant was also very friendly, and the archery range attendant, being from mainland China, was very outgoing. The kids loved the complimentary archery session, then went on to play bumper cars and laser tag. They had an absolute blast, and the prices were reasonable. I ended up buying two more '3 activities for 98 yuan' packages. Third, the food. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, probably around 60 different items. The restaurant's operating hours were also very considerate; breakfast ran until 10:30 AM and lunch until 2:30 PM. It's truly designed for a relaxed vacation. I do have a small suggestion: the Chinese restaurant's service and decor were excellent, but the Hainan sour bamboo shoot with sliced pork dish they offered that day, while delicious in Hainan, really impacted the restaurant's aroma. The entire restaurant smelled of it. I suggest perhaps offering more universally appealing dishes that don't have such a strong scent. On a positive note, the steamed yellow croaker at the restaurant was exceptionally good; my daughter said it was the best steamed fish she'd ever had. Oh, and there are also many great food options around the hotel. We ate at the hotel on our first day, and both the price and taste were good. But we also wanted to experience local cuisine, so we went into town. We were lucky to find a restaurant called 'Hunan Renjia' – the proprietress's warm welcome immediately convinced us. Our family had four dishes, all very generous portions. I highly recommend the fan bone, stir-fried crab, Japanese tofu, and steamed egg. The total bill was 245 yuan. Our kids were so satisfied; they truly cleaned their plates. There are also many activities available. The three water activities are all grouped together: swimming, a water park, and a lazy river. (When buying tickets, make sure to check if the water park is included, as it costs 60 yuan per person if not.) There's also a naughty castle, a gym, and a beachcombing activity (starts at 9:00 AM; I recommend kids wear sandals for this, or even go barefoot to feel the seawater. Don't use the small water shoes provided by the hotel as they fill with water and are hard to walk in, preventing kids from fully experiencing the sea.) The guest rooms are also really nice. We received complimentary fresh fruit, and there's a big bathtub which we loved. The kids bathed in it on the first day, but honestly, we barely spent any time in the room afterward; there were too many fun activities to enjoy! We checked out at noon that day and didn't return to Haikou until 7:00 PM. Next time, I'll definitely aim for a three-day, two-night package. Well, I hope this review provides some helpful tips for future travelers. Oh, and if you're a light sleeper, I also recommend this place. The soundproofing in their rooms is truly excellent; not a single noise. This is my first time writing such a detailed hotel review.

The hotel boasts a private beach area with expansive ocean views, and watching the sunrise from the balcony in the morning is truly therapeutic. · It's close to attractions like Tongguling and Stone Park, making it ideal for self-driving tourists. · The hotel grounds are lush with greenery, creating a strong tropical garden ambiance. · The front desk proactively provided a schedule of hotel activities upon check-in. · Housekeeping staff were polite and enthusiastic, and room amenities were replenished promptly. · The concierge offered free maps and attraction recommendations. ⚠️ Areas for improvement: • Breakfast peak hours require queuing, and some popular dishes are refilled a bit slowly. • Some rooms are quite far from the lobby; it's advisable to specify your preference in advance. • The hotel is a bit older, and some facilities show their age; floor tiles are cracked and loose in places. 🎯 Suitable for: Family trips | Romantic getaways | Photography enthusiasts | Travelers seeking a peaceful retreat Overall, this Hilton generally maintains its brand standards, especially excelling in creating a natural environment. The value for money would be even better if an discounted package is booked in advance. The front desk also gave a complimentary local specialty gift upon check-out, which was a nice touch!

The Hilton is definitely the best hotel on Ocean Flower Island, and its location is fantastic. There's a gourmet food street nearby, and a McDonald's just a few steps downstairs. It's super convenient for catching the light show at night, and visiting the museum complex and outlet mall during the day. The hotel facilities are also great; having a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music is a nice touch. The first room I stayed in was quite small. Even though the front desk had thoughtfully given me a room on a higher floor, the hallway in the room still felt cramped. Later, because the air conditioning broke, they moved me to a larger sea-view room, and suddenly, the room felt much more comfortable. The biggest downside in the room was that the shower water wasn't hot enough. After showering, I was freezing! It was practically lukewarm water. The bath towels were also cold, not absorbent, and felt slippery – just so cold. Another drawback was that the windows were very heavy; you needed staff to help open or close them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the service staff were generally very good, and my overall experience was still pretty positive.

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is particularly good, the subway station is out, shopping and eating are super convenient. The front desk lady checked in very quickly and recommended nearby specialty restaurants. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the night was very quiet, and the sleep was very heavy. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the water pressure is also suitable, and the toiletries taste very fresh. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is good. I also sent a small souvenir when I checked out, it was so heartwarming! I will definitely choose this one next time I come here, the price is super high, highly recommended!

ZZhijianliushideshiguangThe front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and the hotel environment was lovely! Watching movies on the projector at night was so relaxing, and waking up to large windows overlooking coconut groves and green lawns was fantastic. Even though we didn't book a sea-view room, we could still catch glimpses of the ocean, haha. The hotel is located in the Tianya Haijiao scenic town, so private cars can't drive directly in. You can take a sightseeing shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel for 5 yuan per person, which drops you and your luggage right at the entrance. It was a great way to experience the town's charm along the way. Overall, a wonderful experience!

__WeChat35795****1. It was surprisingly good, even better than the pictures online! There are so many guesthouses in Tianya Town that it's overwhelming to choose, but this one, ranked on Trip.com, definitely didn't disappoint. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was greeted by a beautiful view. 2. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room with a balcony. Don't let a few hundred bucks deter you; it's totally worth it and you won't regret it. It's especially beautiful on a clear day. 3. Overall, the service was good. A suggestion: perhaps further enhance the friendliness of all staff members (I personally felt some could be a bit more approachable)! 4. The common areas and rooms were very clean; there were always cleaning staff working. 5. The complimentary photo shoot provided by the hotel was also great. The hotel interior is very photogenic, especially the pool area. I visited during New Year's Eve, and the atmosphere in the town was absolutely fantastic! There was even a fireworks show by the sea.

Unfortunately, these two days are cloudy, but fortunately, this trip time is short. I will choose here next time.

My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort. Immaculately maintained, it showcased the hotel's dedication to providing a high standard of cleanliness. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking views and the hotel's pristine swimming pool. Situated on an upper floor, the panoramic vistas of the city skyline were truly awe-inspiring. I spent hours simply admiring the picturesque scenery while lounging poolside. The pool area itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable seating and attentive staff always on hand to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. MmolloesThis was my first time in Hainan, and my friends suggested we try staying in Wanning first. I looked at many hotels online and finally chose the Grand Hyatt. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded me to a courtyard garden twin room, which instantly made me feel so lucky. Getting to different parts of the hotel requires an electric cart, which shows how big the hotel really is, but the carts are also very quick to respond. The courtyard room is indeed very spacious, and you can even open the French windows to stroll and explore the small garden outside. Since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are also very modern. After booking, a dedicated butler will contact you via WeChat. My butler, Hamburger, at the front desk was very responsive, and any needs I had were directly addressed by contacting him. The comfort level after checking in was excellent. The only regret was that getting from the airport to the hotel took some time. My sister and I took the high-speed train plus a taxi, and it was a bit inconvenient for two people with luggage. Sometimes this is a deciding factor for me when choosing a hotel. I was glad that there was a shuttle bus to the Sanya Duty-Free Shop when we went to Sanya, which made the return trip a bit less troublesome.

GGuest UserLocation: right on the promenade by the beach with restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Service: the staff were very friendly and patient with the language barrier. Amenities: I liked the balcony with a dining table. The room was very spacious with nice decor. I appreciated how they gave me washing up liquid and laundry detergent. Other places I stayed at in Hainan didn't and I had to buy my own. I liked the amount of storage space. However, I don't like disposable towels. It's very uncomfortable. Some of the cooking equipment they provided was very old and worn out. It should be updated. There also wasn't any hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, making it difficult to wash my hands or dirty dishes properly Cleanliness: severely lacking. The cleaning staff don't do a thorough job. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in and the bathroom stank of urine. The shelves in the fridge were also really dirty. It also looked like the cleaner forgot to clean the toilet. And for some reason they filled the holes in the shower wall with toilet paper. Overral: Because they don't provided hot water for dish and hand washing and don't clean their rooms properly before check-in, I cannot recommend others to stay here cause it's a health violation. Next time I go to Haikou I will find a cleaner place to stay with hot water throughout the property. It's a shame because it's a really nice property in a great location. Great but wasted potential.

JJiajiadejia1209Right across from People's Park, with free parking downstairs and easy access to taxis. The hotel offers complimentary snacks and unlimited drinks, plus robot delivery service, giving it a very modern and high-tech feel. The bedding in the room is quite comfortable. However, the open-plan sink area can be a bit noisy, and while the toilet is separate, it's not fully enclosed. This could be awkward if you're sharing with someone you're not very close to; it's really only suitable for families.
