AAnonymous UserThe lobby service was attentive; the staff proactively helped with luggage and directed me to the front desk, and the shuttle bus driver was also very friendly.
However, there was a lack of knowledge regarding hotel products. When I asked questions, I was told to call customer service from my room. Customer service couldn't answer immediately and said they would get back to me later.
There were several issues in the room: many mosquitoes, and the floor drain in the balcony hot tub was broken. For a hot spring resort hotel, it was surprising that mosquito nets and bathtub liners were not provided. I had to call a total of four times to communicate these issues, which made for a poor experience.

DDaidaizeiAs a frequent business traveler, I've stayed in countless hotels, and this one truly offers incredible value for money! The room layout is well-designed, with a spacious desk and strong Wi-Fi signal, perfectly meeting my work needs. The front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they even provided a complimentary airport shuttle service, saving me a lot of time and effort. The hotel environment is quiet, ideal for both rest and work, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get to the business district. I highly recommend it to business travelers – a truly reliable hotel!

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

YYixingdexiaocutanziThe place was huge and spacious. There were four of us traveling, and we stayed for 3 nights. We arrived in Sanya in the early hours of the morning, and the butler waited for us to check in before finishing their shift. The beds were all large, easily accommodating six or seven people, and the decor was excellent. The butler even delivered our takeaways directly to our door, which was incredibly thoughtful! Big kudos to the butler! It's also very close to the duty-free shop and Wuzhizhou Island. They even thoughtfully provided complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya!

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and even recommended nearby restaurants. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries smelled fresh. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was so heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

Due to town regulations, whether driving or taking a taxi, you can only reach the entrance and then walk in or take a sightseeing buggy. During the day, it's 5 RMB per person, and an extra 1 RMB is added after midnight. We drove there, and Sanya was just a one-night stopover for us before an early morning flight the next day. We weren't aware of the town's regulations beforehand, so when we heard we couldn't drive directly to the hotel, I was a bit uneasy and regretted booking here. However, once we arrived and I saw the sea view from the lobby while checking in, I pretty much forgave the inconvenience of not being able to drive to the door. 😀 Since we were only staying one night, we hadn't booked a sea-view room initially. But after seeing the sea-view rooms next door, we immediately upgraded our room type, which made everything perfect. 😂 The hotel's location is excellent, right on the beach, and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel also has its own sea-view restaurant, and the prices aren't too expensive. The hotel even offers travel photography services, but we didn't have time this trip. During the day, you can do paddleboarding at the beach, and the beach is lively at night. This trip was more of a quick stop to check things out; next time, we'll stay for a few more days to truly enjoy it. Also, a big shout-out to the hotel staff who were very enthusiastic and explained everything clearly. 👍

MM24287****I chose to stay here for the Haikou Marathon because it's only 3km from the starting line, a quick bike ride away. It's also just 2km from Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient for cycling and city walks. There are plenty of great food options nearby too, definitely worth another visit! The hotel front desk knew I was running the marathon and kindly arranged for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!

The room was spotlessly clean, and the layout was cozy and comfortable – a truly delightful stay. It's also super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. We loved just sitting by the window, chatting and watching the sea, and taking evening strolls on the beach – so relaxing and lovely. The host was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to every detail. This B&B really enhanced our entire trip; we felt so comfortable and happy here. I've already recommended it to all my friends, and we're planning our next get-together here. GGuest UserThe boss is very good. We were also recommended by the driver's master to go to Houhai. Then we went to the hotel we found. First, we found a hotel. The environment was not very good. Finally, we found the boss. This one (Xia Yiliuguang Hotel) was originally going to stay for a day and left. The hotel did not make people lose. Looking at the environment room, you can see the sea. The boss is also very good. I stayed for three consecutive days and walked for three days. It is also convenient to eat, drink and play. I will come to Sanya next time. I will continue to stay at this hotel.
