GGuest UserHighly recommended! The service was attentive and thorough, and my friends really enjoyed the rainforest environment. The famous infinity pool is fantastic for photos, and honestly, every spot here offers a beautiful view. The golf carts make getting around super convenient.
The hotel provides 24-hour room service and even gave us a welcome gift, showing how much they care about our stay. I really appreciate their thoughtful and consistent service from start to finish. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance. The surroundings are lovely! Because of the great environment, guests are all very friendly with each other, and it's particularly convenient for self-driving tours.
The hotel's rainforest setting is truly unique. The outdoor hot springs are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is health-focused. A special shout-out to the hotel's wide array of activities. The air quality, needless to say, was so good it felt 'intoxicating' – the natural environment is just outstanding. The hotel's service, in particular, was warm and attentive, leaving us with wonderful memories of our vacation! The natural environment is truly exceptional. All in all, a very pleasant holiday experience, highly recommended!

The room layout is well-designed, with a spacious desk and strong Wi-Fi signal, perfectly meeting my work needs. The front desk staff were very efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they even provided a complimentary airport shuttle service, saving me a lot of time and effort. The hotel environment is quiet, ideal for both rest and work, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get to the business district. I highly recommend it to business travelers – a truly reliable hotel!

GGuest UserA big thank you to the owner for providing the apartment. It's a two-room apartment with all the amenities (a washing machine on the balcony with hangers, a refrigerator, a kitchen with a gas stove, two balconies, two large beds, a spacious living room with a TV – just like home 😊). It's quite convenient and flexible for living with children. The only downsides are that sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator, there's no daily cleaning, and they don't provide daily water, washing powder, dishwashing gel, or hand soap – you have to buy your own. One of the cabinets also smelled damp and moldy, so we didn't use the kitchenware except for pots and pans. We also heard our neighbors speaking Chinese for a couple of nights; they were having a banquet and the sound was good until 5am...
By the way, upon check-in, we were given toothbrushes and toothpaste, garbage bags, toilet paper, toilet seats, and two towels for each day. The owner also met us at 1 a.m. and checked us in without asking for a deposit.

AAizaad RasidOur family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa.
Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly
The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair.
A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility.
Fun for the Whole Family
The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea.
Location & Travel Tips
Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island.
For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay.
Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here.
Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable.
Helpful Notes for Future Guests
Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning.
Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future.
The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out.
Conclusion
Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

GGuest UserLiving in the Cameisu Haitang Bay Poly Store is really worth it! I felt intimate from getting off the bus. The front desk helped with the luggage and introduced the surrounding gameplay in detail. It was simply a ”live strategy”. The room is designed to be super stylish, the log wind is matched with fresh green plants, the balcony is facing a coconut grove, and you can see the sun on the tip of the leaf in the morning, which is too healing.
The bedding is soft and more comfortable than the home. At night, I sleep particularly heavy listening to the sound of the waves. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water is out in seconds, and even the shower gel is a faint coconut fragrance, which is superb with the atmosphere of Haitang Bay.

GGuest UserOverall, everything was great. The travel photography and the sea-view restaurant were excellent. They thoughtfully provided a disposable bathtub liner (would be even better if it were a bit bigger) and rose bubble bath, which my little one absolutely loved! It was fantastic that the pool stayed open until 10 PM. The beach was right there, with soft and comfortable sand, where we easily found all sorts of beautiful seashells – a wonderful experience. Waking up early, I saw people fishing from the shore, and they actually caught quite a few fish. There were also two dogs happily 'surfing' in the waves.

Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.

YYangzhimaojiaoshuCame here with my bestie and we instantly fell in love with this B&B! The sea view is absolutely stunning; every photo we took turned out amazing. The room was spotlessly clean, and the layout was cozy and comfortable – a truly delightful stay. It's also super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. We loved just sitting by the window, chatting and watching the sea, and taking evening strolls on the beach – so relaxing and lovely. The host was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to every detail. GGuest UserThe boss is very good. We were also recommended by the driver's master to go to Houhai. Then we went to the hotel we found. First, we found a hotel. The environment was not very good. Finally, we found the boss. This one (Xia Yiliuguang Hotel) was originally going to stay for a day and left. The hotel did not make people lose. Looking at the environment room, you can see the sea. The boss is also very good. I stayed for three consecutive days and walked for three days. It is also convenient to eat, drink and play. I will come to Sanya next time.
