This hotel has three advantages: a central location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Everything else is a drawback: - Deceptive booking. The pictures shown during booking were from a modern hotel. In reality, they put me in a distinctly Soviet-era hotel; even the furniture in the rooms was Soviet! Everything was so old that when I sat on the armchair, it fell apart under me. Luckily, it wasn't completely broken, so I fixed it. - I requested a quiet room overlooking the courtyard, but they gave me a room facing the road. At least they changed the room. - The air conditioning is a disaster! For three out of six nights, I barely slept because the air conditioner in the next room was incredibly noisy. - The Wi-Fi periodically stopped working, and once the power went out. - Housekeeping is done at the discretion of the cleaning staff. When I ran out of toilet paper, I had to ask for it to be placed in my room. They said they would, but nothing was done. - The breakfasts were monotonous and tasteless. It got to the point where I found foil in my juice. At least it wasn't a cockroach. If you have the option, avoid this hotel. It needs renovations and staff training (or replacement).

SM Luxury Resort is truly remarkable: new, stylish, and impeccably clean. The staff is responsive and always ready to assist with any queries. The location is convenient, with a bazaar and park nearby. One day, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's sauna and swimming pool. Special kudos to the hotel for the top-quality bedding, towels, and bathrobes. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and we certainly didn't go hungry; the delicious coffee from the machine was a pleasant surprise. For an additional fee, you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. We rented a car in Fergana and took a day trip towards Shakhrikhan. We had a fantastic drive and even stopped at fruit plantations along the way! For me, it was pure delight to see pomegranates, persimmons, apricots, and nectarines growing in person. Perhaps it might seem like a minor detail to some, but for me, this trip through the orchards made the entire day! And in the evening, it was incredibly pleasant to return to the cool and comfortable SM Luxury Resort.

polite staff. Allowed to settle 2 hours earlier. The room is simple but comfortable. The hotel is located near the park where you can walk in the evening. I didn't have enough teapot in the room. In general, I stayed satisfied. I recommend it.

An excellent hotel. It's a shame I only got to spend one night there. Upon arriving in Fergana, I immediately went on an excursion, so I checked into the hotel late in the evening. The room was gorgeous; it was spacious, new, and clean. It had everything I needed. I'd especially like to mention the garden and pool. I only used it at night; they kindly allowed me to swim after closing, for which I'm especially grateful. The pool is large and circular, allowing you to swim in circles, and there's a bar in the center. There are plenty of seating areas, sofa areas, gazebos, and sun loungers. I'm actually disappointed I didn't get to lounge around during the day. I can't say anything about tomorrow, I didn't go. But something tells me it was magnificent. The guide remarked on my choice of hotel, saying it was one of the best options. He gave it a lower rating for the location. It's really not exactly convenient. Despite this, I recommend staying at this hotel.

I especially like this pool. I have been swimming basically every day in Uzbek these days. The breakfast is not bad! The room is great

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten ein 3 Betten zimmer, es war sehr groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gab es eine sehr große Auswahl, an verschiedenen Lebensmitteln. Man wird aufjedenfall satt. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, vieles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt nur ein kleinen Nachteil, das Hotel hat leider keinen Aufzug, war jetzt im Nachhinein nicht so schlimm. Im großen und ganzen hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen.
