Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a private hot spring pool and a sauna, which was a fantastic bonus. The view from the front desk was also stunning. The hotel staff provided excellent service. It's a perfect spot for families, friends, or those traveling with children. You can even contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off.

Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

While cave hotels are pricey due to their unique location and history, one night's stay is usually sufficient to get the full experience. The front desk staff and servers were all incredibly warm and friendly. The lady in the kitchen even shared some freshly baked sweet pastries with us, which made us feel very much at home. Some rooms offer views of the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. However, whether they fly is subject to daily conditions, and cancellations are quite common. (We stayed for two days; they flew on the first day but not the second.)

An absolutely amazing cave hotel! We visited in winter, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was incredibly warm, thanks to the heated floors. The room itself was quite spacious and full of character. Breakfast was also very generous, and the staff were super friendly, especially Rose, who was just lovely. You can even enjoy the sunset from the hotel's rooftop, and the view is just as stunning as the nearby observation deck, saving you the cost of going there. We were also lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying on both days we were there, making for a truly perfect trip!

This hotel is centrally located in Goreme, just a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and come equipped with a fridge, towels, black tea, and coffee. It offers excellent value for money. **Service:** The owner is incredibly welcoming. When I arrived early in the morning, I contacted them to store my luggage, and later in the day, they messaged me to say a room was available for immediate check-in. **Facilities:** The hotel environment is fantastic, and the facilities are very new. The bathroom is also very large. **Service:** The breakfast selection is varied and freshly prepared, with a wide choice of main dishes, snacks, and drinks.

A very related help is a hotel run by people. We were very happy.We are very close to the center. We recommend to everyone. Especially breakfast varieties were perfect.

1. The hotel put us in a room on the ground floor, directly opposite the staff lounge and next to the sauna. It was incredibly hot; even without the AC on at night, it was unbearable. The hotel's AC doesn't allow for temperature adjustment. Plus, the bathroom light was so dim you could barely see anything. 2. When we checked in, I informed the front desk (a very kind lady) that we needed to check out at 7 AM the next day for our flight and asked if breakfast was available. The hotel said they would prepare a 'to-go box' for us. However, when we checked out the next morning, a different staff member (a young man) was at the front desk. His attitude was terrible; he claimed he hadn't received any message, knew nothing about a 'to-go box,' and told us to go eat at the restaurant instead. We went up to the restaurant, only to find it closed. His attitude was truly awful (it felt discriminatory). 3. This same front desk staff member was extremely, extremely, extremely reluctant to help with our luggage. PS: This hotel is very photogenic, and it's worth staying for those who are 'hot air balloon refugees.'
