Near the hotel should be the old town, the entrance of the store is very small, it is easy to ignore, the door is too blocked, there are many Indian and Pakistani Filipinos, especially noisy

It has been upgraded. It has a great room and a huge bathroom. Unfortunately, I don’t have time. There is a steam room and a swimming pool downstairs. The steam room is very good. The swimming pool has a deep water area. Please pay attention when you go there.

The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

GGuest UserGreat hotel with top of the line facilities. The experience was comparable to our trip to Bora Bora. The over the water villas have a very futuristic design. The amenities and facilities were truly exceptional. The staff was very professional and always asked for feedback in order to improve. My family and I are on an expat assignment in KSA and we will definitely come back to this resort while we are here.

We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. I would like to personally thank Mr .Mansour and miss.Renad for their exceptional service.

GGuest UserHi, accidentally I made another payment when check in. Hotel kindly promise to refund the paid amount. However, after communicated with front desk, the refund status still remain unknown from 26-Mar till today…..which is quite disappointed with such service
