Очень приятный отель, располагается в самом центре города, найти очень легко. Есть закрытая парковка. Переживали из-за шума с кафе на 7 этаже, но во время нашего нахождения там, было тихо. Жили на 5. Номера свежие, пахнут ремонтом. Запахов канализации в ванной нет, полотенца свежие, белые, как и постельное белье. Отдельно хочется отметить кафе и завтраки. Большое разнообразие блюд и очень красивый вид из окна. Определенно рекомендую, и сами вернемся ещё.

Очень понравился отель. Чисто, вкусно, красиво. Если ещё буду в Ставрополе, остановлюсь только здесь! Заселение: быстро и без заморочек. Номер одноместный:без изысков, но есть все необходимое, все чисто и комфортно. Завтрак: можно и позавтракать, и пообедать одновременно, кто как любит. Все вкусно и качественно. Интерьер: красиво. Благодарю за превосходное пребывание в Ставрополе!

Очень приветливый персонал, особенно высокая администратор – Шойинка! Очень приветливо встретила, рассказала о достопримечательностях местности, со ориентировала по магазинам. Помещение чистое, аккуратные. Единственный недостаток, может это для нас с ребёнком, это третье этаж

Бронировали номер на одну ночь,вежливый персонал,стандартный шведский стол,в подарок у нас был час посещения бассейна в СПА центре,но не удалось воспользоваться,не хватило времени.В номере чисто,есть все необходимое,доп.одеяла и очень удобный матрас,для ная этот пункт немаловажен.
