Отель находится в самом начале Курортного бульвара, в старинном здании. На 4 звезды не тянет, дешевый ремонт, искусственные цветы в коридорах, разноплановое ковровое покрытие.. Завтраки однообразные, без особого выбора, предлагается вино на завтрак, при этом бокалов под вино нет, стоят бокалы только под игристое, официант отвечает, что бокалы только такие - очень странно.....

入住酒店碰到了酒店登記的問題。記得在俄羅斯每入住一家酒店都要讓前台做好落地簽登記。 酒店設施較老。房間很小，但是價格不便宜。 早餐有中文指示。 周邊沒有超市。 隔音很差，隔壁看電視到一點鐘，睡得不好。

Начну сразу с минусов, которые очень сильно испортили впечатление: 1. Бронировала с трип.сом, в описании номера было указано, что номер который я забронировала будет с видом на горы. По факту приезда: 1 этаж с видом ни на что!!!!! 2. В быстром описании было написано, что есть какой-то фирменный горячий источник. Очень хотелось вечером расслабиться, отдохнуть. В итоге: ближайший горячий источник - 20км. 3. Вай фай в нашем номере не ловил уже на кровати, только на диване. Все это очень сильно испортило впечатление. Из плюсов: 1. В номере чисто, кровать удобная, приятный запах в номере, персонаж вежливый, есть микроволновка в холле, детская комната. 2. Расположение у Парка. Мы специально брали именно этот отель с учётом того, что будет именно горячий источник. Возможно, отелю следует исправить свое описание на сайте трип.сом, чтобы у людей совпадало ожидание-реальность.

A small hotel is on the 3rd floor. It is practically on the stadium. I had a view from the window of Mount Snake and the stadium. The restaurant is not available but there is a billiard on the 2nd floor and a bar in it. I was fed there for breakfast for dinner, thank you for that because I didn't have to go anywhere or order and wait for delivery. Breakfasts as I understood for the extra charge are. Very clean and warm. polite staff. I stayed for the night before leaving the airport. The number was for one.

Отличное место. Локация и сервис услуг все отлично. Погулял, погрелся, покушал и спать....

Отличный отель, комната большая, просторная! Все очень удобно, ресторан, который располагается прямо рядом с отелем очень красивый и кормят хорошо, мы взяли комплексный ужин и завтрак. Только при выселении очень странно, по рации администратор говорит горничной бежать проверять комнату…ээээ….странное отношение, очень не понравилось это! Остальное все супер, рекомендуем!
