Apart from being expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. The location is excellent, the check-in is friendly, the bed is comfortable, and the subway is within walking distance. I hope the price can go back to under 3,000 when winter comes.

Our room was spacious enough for four, offering a vibrant New York City view from the window. While it's right next to Times Square, which can be bustling and crowded, the hotel's security measures were very robust. It's incredibly convenient for guests to catch a Broadway show right downstairs, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NYC for the first time. The hotel staff were incredibly prompt and responsive to our inquiries both before and after our stay, which was truly excellent and professional. One area for improvement would be the restaurant service; it was often difficult to get the attention of the servers when trying to order. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and we were very satisfied! (Forgot to take photos).

Great location, just across the street from Main Street. I arrived early, and the front desk told me I could either wait until after 3 PM for check-in or pay extra to check in immediately. So, I just left my luggage and went out. The evening was a bit awkward though; the noise of planes flying overhead was incredibly loud and noticeable. I basically couldn't fall asleep for the first half of the night and just had to deal with it myself…

The facilities are good — the gym is well-equipped and the business center is convenient, though it would be even better if the hotel offered more leisure options like a pool or spa.

Hotel room and amenities were good. But the staff was exceptional they were very helpful and accommodating our super early check-in. This is how hotel staff used to be, highly recommend. Location is within minutes of grand Central an multiple subway stations.

The hotel is located downtown, very close to the World Trade Center, Wall Street, and the Statue of Liberty ferry terminal, all within a 10-minute walk. The room has a fantastic 180-degree large window with views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. For breakfast, one day was a set menu and the other was a buffet. There was no juice, so we had to pay extra for it, but we could use the hotel's vouchers for $15 a day. Overall, the room felt amazing.

I needed a hotel for one night as school was starting soon. The location was quite good. The cleanliness and overall environment were just average. However, it was very convenient, and the room, while not particularly spacious, was perfectly adequate for my needs.

Really great hotel. The service was OUTSTANDING!! They gave great recommendations, recognized us when we walked in every day. Wonderful! We had the one bedroom and it was huge! Too big for what we needed but it was nice. The room is starting to show its age with wear and tear on furniture but I’d still recommend the hotel. Great location to walk to all the top attractions in Manhattan.

The Asian man being the counter at check in was not friendly at all. He also took a long time to check everyone in. There was a long line and only he was working. We were tired and when we went upstairs to our room, the key didn’t work. We had to go back downstairs and wait again, only for the man to tell us he gave us the wrong room number.  On our last day, the fire alarm went off at 1am while we were sleeping. We called downstairs and no one answered. We evacuated the room only to find out it was a false alarm. There was no announcement. Just one person behind the desk telling people who asked him. The fire department shut down the elevators so we had to wait to go back to our rooms. We got very little sleep after that.

The hotel is right next to Central Park. Outside the window is the land of New York, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. Most attractions can be reached on foot. Valet parking is convenient and fast. In addition, there is a subway station downstairs, so transportation is convenient. The hotel looks very old, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an old-money aesthetic. Water and various special snacks are delivered every day, which is very considerate and interesting. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and there is never any garbage or dirty towels piled up in the house. The suites have a living room, kitchen, and double bathrooms, and the space is much larger than hotels of the same level. The staff is enthusiastic but not excessive. The doormen, front desk staff, and guest rooms are very friendly and are always ready to provide convenience for customers. I will come again after staying for a week.
