Due to a snowstorm in New York, I had to extend my stay for an extra night. After booking through Ctrip, I went to the lobby to arrange the extension. Luckily, I encountered a kind staff member who unexpectedly recognized my Hilton Gold status and offered me a breakfast credit. When I initially checked in, I was told that third-party bookings weren't eligible for Gold benefits, so it was a pleasant surprise to receive them for this extra night. With heavy snow in New York that day, it was incredibly comfortable to enjoy a warm brunch without having to go out! I felt so much kindness and warmth on a cold, snowy day! And the complimentary breakfast was especially delicious 😋
This motel was very good value and we stayed here for 2 nights. Whilst rather dated, it was clean and having a Walmart next door was an added bonus. We used it as a base to travel to other cities in the area.
I didn't expect that double tree brand room amenities is so basic and worst. Firstly don't provide kettle and secondly no bottle water given in the room. Thirdly no slippers.
We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.
The location is super convenient, right next to MoMA. From the window, you can see the Steinway building – I wonder if Leo DiCaprio lives there! The hotel is a bit old, and even with renovations, it still feels dated. The 1.3-meter bed was a bit too narrow for my liking. What really stung was that I booked it for over 2000, and on the day of check-in, the price dropped to 1120. Heartbreaking!

Right by Times Square and Broadway, and super close to the subway – you can't beat this location. It's an older hotel, and the lobby has this really cool, theatrical vibe with live music in the evenings. The room itself was pretty spacious, even had a small sofa. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, comb, and slippers.

The hotel cannot be better placed!! For my first time in New York, I wanted to be well-placed and not lose time taking the subway. I walk mostly because it is a 20-minute walk to Broadway theatres/Times Square, about 10-15 minutes' walk to iron flat building and Grand Central Station, and less than 5 minutes' walk to the Empire State Building. Even via 5th Avenue it took me 30 minutes to reach Central Park.
Anyway, it is next to line 6 which is perfect to go downtown. It was so convenient!!
Moreover, the hotel is wonderful: clean, convenient, the staff was nice, and with a gym and a rooftop (I did not have time to enjoy but it will be for next time)!!
Thank you, Arlo NoMad team for this stay it was a wonderful stay and I enjoyed my few days in New York so much!

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, about a ten-minute walk from Times Square. The area feels relatively safe during the day, and the surrounding streets are lined with various restaurants, making dining very convenient. However, the room facilities are quite basic, perhaps a notch below what you'd expect from a similar-class hotel in China. The breakfast, consisting mainly of bread and pastries, isn't particularly elaborate. This hotel is probably best suited for business travelers or tourists.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel. While the facilities aren't top-notch, they absolutely meet the standards of a four-star establishment. If you're looking for an affordable star-rated hotel with well-maintained facilities, this is definitely your best bet. I only paid a little over 900 RMB per night when I booked.

YYuanxingyujianzijiThe room with two queen beds was very spacious. However, there was no drinking water or coffee machine in the room. When I asked the front desk, they initially said the complimentary coffee in the lobby was only available in the morning and had already finished. After I pressed them, they reluctantly provided two bottles of water and sent a coffee machine with some filter coffee pods to our room.
LLucidLucyThe room itself was decent. Although it was a Hudson River view room, I couldn't see the Statue of Liberty. I had to ask the front desk for water, which was free and unlimited, but this wasn't mentioned during check-in. The soundproofing of the room door was terrible; I could hear every little noise from the hallway clearly. However, this seems to be common in New York; I stayed at a Hyatt a few days ago that was renovated 25 years ago, and the soundproofing was just as bad there.

GGuest UserThe price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.
KKyle TanIt was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.
MMs. ShaniquaOmgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice.
PLEASE NOTE:
There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking.
Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)!
We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional!
p.s. they also offer a seated bar area.
