Very pleasant and well-being hotel, consists of 2 corps, on the territory there is a small swimming pool, there is a bath, but the pool didn't work, the bath didn't manage to go. The room has high ceilings, a huge bathroom, all you need is eaten except tea and coffee, in the corridor a water-cooler, a delicious breakfast in the form of a Swedish table. Of the shortcomings: no noise insulation

The hotel is located in the city center, connected to a shopping mall, with a great location and convenient transportation. Restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms appear to have been upgraded and have a modern look. The only downside is the slightly poor internet connection.

Our favorite hotel in Baltic! We visit it quite often, always a pleasant impression. With the room - as lucky, this app indicates the area of 20 meters, we had a room much less. There are big rooms in the hotel.
Clean, beautiful, pleasant smell. Breakfasts are beautiful! The hotel opened a gym. There is a sauna. Bicycle rental that for the Baltic is a great opportunity 😊

Ctrip booked, spent more money than all Russians, and lived in the worst room. I read the Russian comments before, and it seems that IHG paid back the treatment, but you can’t get points, but Platinum used to have nothing. Although you can speak English, if you can’t speak Russian, you are not a guest. In addition, the lake view from this place will not be able to see the Königsberg Cathedral unless the front desk shows mercy to the super high-rise.

Я приехала в Зеленоградск, чтобы отдохнуть душой и телом, и мне так повезло, что я выбрала именно Ваш отель! Спасибо огромное за всё! Номер очень большой и светлый, есть все удобства, от центра минуты 2-3, до моря минут 5. Мне всё очень понравилось ❤️❤️❤️

Были здесь с 4 по 8 февраля. Все очень понравилось. Девочки на ресепшене очень доброжелательные. Управляющая отзывчивая и приятная. Постельное белье белоснежное, комплектов полотенец хватает, санузел чистый, в номере тепло, уютно. В холле все красиво. На общей кухне имеется все для приготовления еды. Чай/кофе на кухне бесплатные. Хостел находится в уютной и тихой локации. От острова Канта 10 минут пешком. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу. Рекомендуем!

Отель супер! Очень аутентично, красивые номера, чувствуется история, тишина, большая зеленая ухоженная территория , рядом в 500 метрах замок Нессельберг, завтраки шикарные, в номере все продумано до мелочей, обязательно вернемся!

I was on a business trip to Kaliningrad, Russia. The hotel wasn't too remote, and it was generally clean, but there was no elevator. Breakfast was provided, but I couldn't sleep the first night because of mosquito bites.

Excellent service, staff is great! It is a little unclear what with the ventilation in the bathroom was, but we were not critical (the opening of the fort). Very delicious breakfasts, eggs and becons are wonderful. Only fresh baking is missing (which was - not particularly, biscuits some). Tea, water and refrigerator in 👍

The hotel is located on the banks of the picturesque Pissa River. The Royal Court is located in the central part of the city of Gusev. The hotel is a German building from the early 19th century. The excellent location allows guests to easily and quickly walk to the main historical sights of the city: the New Monument to Sergei Ivanovich Gusev, the Mint Garden and Komsomolsky Square. The distance to the railway station is 800 m.
Rooms of various categories are available for booking: Economy, Standard, Superior and Comfort. The spacious rooms overlook the square and the embankment of the Pissa River. Each room has the necessary furniture and appliances for a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor there is a cafe "Aelita" with Russian and European cuisine with 100 seats and a summer cafe with 40 seats. A buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. There is also a bar on site, which offers a wide range of drinks and snacks.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center , welcoming staff, excellent restaurants (they are two there) , clean, there are rolling soap supplies, spa, breakfast Swedish table varied, here only for smokers problem , You have to go out on a regular basis to smoke.Have made a compliment on DR, it was very nice . I highly recommend this hotel .

位置：就在市中心，和Yevropa購物中心（購物中心外側的鎚子銀行Raiffeisenbank Райффайзенбанк可以銀聯取現）在一個建築裏但有分開的入口。購物中心裏也有不少餐館，還有俄版麥當勞和各種店鋪。馬路對面就是加里寧格勒本地人推薦的琥珀店，一家中亞菜和一個裝修不錯的咖啡館。西歐留子吃到了羊肉抓飯，很滿足。附近還有很多賣紀念品的小店，甚至還有奶茶店和貓咖。走大概15分鐘還能到郵局，可以寄明信片。
交通：
個人覺得比Ibis、HolidayInn的地理位置更理想。因為去哪裡都很方便，市區內的博物館很多步行距離就能到，遠一些的地方用Yandex Go打車也相當方便，一般300盧布以內。
走大概10分鐘就到加里寧格勒北火車站，有火車和大巴可以去貓鎮和蝸牛鎮。打車大概15分鐘就到中央巴士站，可以坐長途大巴到波蘭格但斯克和華沙。
設施服務：
酒店前台不是每個人都説英語，但都很友好。其中一個年輕的男前台會説英語，還很用心地幫我們查了去貓鎮的路線。房間和浴室都很寬敞整潔，而且每天都有客服人員來打掃和更換毛巾，補充洗護用品。
雖然酒店外面看着很一般，但裏面還是很新的。另外房間裏還有微波爐、熱水壺、冰箱，礦泉水、茶、咖啡和餐具。
我和朋友訂的雙床房，分到504，是一個三角形的房間裏，兩張床在房間的對角，即使我朋友睡覺打呼嚕也沒太影響到我，這點也很棒。
總結：
本來沒抱什麼期待，但這個酒店意外成為歐洲十幾個國家旅行中住過的性價比最高的酒店之一。完全超出預期！

Для меня недостатком было то, что во всем отеле стоял сильный запах еды (как в столовой), возможно нарушена вентиляция и местоположение не самое центральное для пеших прогулок по городу

ИИLoved the Berlin hotel. We rested with a friend in mid-February 2019. The hotel is 3 stars, but service and cleanliness for 5 stars. Every day, 8 clean towels, a new roll of toilet paper, as well as new gel, shampoo, soap, tea, sugar, etc. The restaurant was not, I can not say anything. Very polite and sincerely smiling staff. Also convenient location for those who travel around the sights on their own. Within walking distance there is a bus station and buses are constantly sent to the region and their price is inexpensive. For example, we went to Baltiysk and the ticket price is 130 rubles, in Baltiysk we transferred by ferry (70 rubles there and back) and we are already on the Baltic spit. Well it is, a digression. In general, I advise. At a low price, service and relaxation are 100%.
