В самом отеле очень чисто и красиво, есть вай-фай. В номере имееются всё необходимые принадлежности (шампуни, бальзамы, халаты, эл. чайник и пр.). Что ещё понравилось, это то, что на этаже в холле размещенл массажное кресло, после дневного ”пробега” по достопримечательностям можно хорошо расслабиться. Есть спа, сауна. Очень приветливый персонал. Очень обширное и разнообразное меню завтрака (шведский стол), разные фрукты, салаты, нарезки, выпечка и мн. другое. В ресторане с видом на озеро очень вкусно готовят, приятная атмосфера. Думаю в следующий раз остановиться именно здесь!
The welcome administrators are clean, big bed. But the walls of cardboard, everything is heard. The first floor smells like cigarettes if you open the window.
The hotel is average. The room is small. The air conditioner is by the window, taking up a lot of space. It's hard to get to the window, and the curtains can't be closed tightly. Housekeeping is terrible. The bed linens are cheap. The only plus is the location and the view from the window, if you have a south-facing room.

Огромный номер, в принципе все есть, но вода в кулере на этаже, в номере бутылок с водой нет, тапочек тоже нет Важным считаю отметить, что лифта в отеле нет, что определенно создаст проблемы пожилым людям, людям с инвалидностью (хотя, возможно, для них лифт найдется), и др. Для меня недостатком было то, что во всем отеле стоял сильный запах еды (как в столовой), возможно нарушена вентиляция и местоположение не самое центральное для пеших прогулок по городу

ИИLoved the Berlin hotel. We rested with a friend in mid-February 2019. The hotel is 3 stars, but service and cleanliness for 5 stars. Every day, 8 clean towels, a new roll of toilet paper, as well as new gel, shampoo, soap, tea, sugar, etc. The restaurant was not, I can not say anything. Very polite and sincerely smiling staff. Also convenient location for those who travel around the sights on their own. Within walking distance there is a bus station and buses are constantly sent to the region and their price is inexpensive. For example, we went to Baltiysk and the ticket price is 130 rubles, in Baltiysk we transferred by ferry (70 rubles there and back) and we are already on the Baltic spit. Well it is, a digression.
