The hotel is average. The room is small. The air conditioner is by the window, taking up a lot of space. It's hard to get to the window, and the curtains can't be closed tightly. Housekeeping is terrible. The bed linens are cheap. The only plus is the location and the view from the window, if you have a south-facing room.

Super hotel! We stayed with a small child (2 years old), we definitely recommend it 👍🏻 Breakfasts (buffet) are very tasty and nutritious. The staff is very attentive and polite, at the first request they provided a playpen, a potty, a stand for the sink. The location is great, in the heart of Kaliningrad 👍🏻🤗

Расположение хорошее, все туристические места были рядом, как и много заведений где можно вкусно позавтракать, пообедать и ужинать. Единственное не увидели при брони что зубные принадлежности не входят в стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно.

A wonderful hotel in the city center. Paid parking available in the shopping mall. 24-hour front desk. Clean and comfortable room. All toiletries provided. Comfortable beds. Hot and cold water always available. We had a room with a view of the temple, which was magical. Highly recommended.

There was no hot water, i.e. it could be a nec at all or be a weak jet It is very uncomfortable Breakfast is scarce, but for 3 stars ok And the number is very small, it is impossible to go in, because the door is stuck in the bed 🫪

Калининградский Ибис порадовал локацией, чистотой и клиентоориентированным персоналом. За улыбку и небольшое ожидание мы получили номер с видом на собор и о.Канта, а не проезжую часть) стоимость завтраков, как уже ранее писали в отзывах, действительно не соответствует цене, указанной на trip.com, но мы смогли решить этот вопрос в свою пользу. По соотношению цена/качество/локация - лучший вариант. Очень рекомендуем именно этот отель для тех, кто в гостинице только завтракает и спит)) на фото наш вид из окна

Excellent service, staff is great! It is a little unclear what with the ventilation in the bathroom was, but we were not critical (the opening of the fort). Very delicious breakfasts, eggs and becons are wonderful. Only fresh baking is missing (which was - not particularly, biscuits some). Tea, water and refrigerator in 👍

Искала отель рядом с Южным вокзалом, потому что прибытие было поздно вечером, на одну ночь нормально, но если вы хотите остановиться на подольше, то не рекомендовала бы. Номер был старый, ковер грязный, мебель очень старая и где-то были царапины и сколы. На столе что-то наподобие мини-бара, где расположены цены, одна бесплатная бутылка воды, чай и кофе 3в1.
