Everyone is nice. But staff needs to know more about the area and places that we asked they have no clue. Linens and towels needs to be replaced when the color is almost brown instead of white. Its a very old hotel We had to call to replaced our pillows because its smells like old sweat. We were so excited that its beach front not until they told us the water is not recommended for swimming. We had to go to another island and pay. We were disappointed with that.Breakfast buffet is good.

Hospitality and courtesy very good. Discovery Samal is 5 to 10 minutes by fast boat. Between Davao and island Samal. There are schedules for the transfer. Courtesy pick up and transport included to Davao International Airport. 6.5 hectares facility with olympic size pool for junior suites, big villas . Another pool for adults and kids near to the seafront aside from access to the sea. Shuttle services for the guest to and fro their rooms to dining areas, bar, gym, spa.. 2 big dining facilities. Food and drinks reasonably priced.

the dinner buffet with discounted rate for hotel guest was a thumbs and the food too was superb. With the shops outside the hotel from convenient stores, entertainment bars, massage parlors were all walking distance. i had a peaceful and well rested night. So overall I had a great stay

I think this hotel stay could use a few improvements for better guest comfort. Arriving late in the evening, I was greeted and given all the necessary information. Upon reaching my room, I tried to find details about my stay, such as meal times, as I had booked a Deluxe Room with Club Access. However, there was no information in the room regarding how the club worked. So, the next evening, I went to the club at the last minute because I found out they were closing the buffet, but I could still grab something. I do appreciate the hotel's efforts to implement eco-friendly solutions. As always, the service was the best.

Stayed at Dusit Thani Residence Davao for a recent business trip, and it exceeded expectations. The location is very convenient—close to the airport, which is perfect for tight schedules. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped for work, with a comfortable desk setup and reliable Wi-Fi. The environment is quiet, making it easy to focus or rest after a long day of meetings. Service is excellent—staff are professional, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, are great for unwinding after work. Overall, a solid choice for business travelers looking for comfort, efficiency, and top-notch service in Davao. Highly recommended.

Very good, mainly because of its excellent location. It's literally right outside SM MALL, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are also nice, clean, and tidy, no complaints there. The picture is of the hotel's restaurant~~

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

I arrived at the Hotel around 10 o'clock in the evening, the staff was nice and i was able to check in right away. it was a smooth checked in, from a long flight. and also i was surprised that they upgraded my room into a Deluxe room. The room is wide and clean, im also happy that they have hot and cold water. I highly recommend this hotel and probably i will comeback again. ❤ P.S Though its not soundproof , i heard some noise outside or in the other room.

Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. We loved the food at Cafe Adelina! The location was prime and accessible. Their pool area is instagrammable. It was not crowded and we got the pool to ourselves. Their parking lot is spacious, too! The service was superb! The booking was done via Trip.com an hour before our check-in and the hotel staffs were very welcoming and warm. Though we experienced a few power interruptions, their back up electricity was automatically engaged. Nevertheless, we look forward to our next stay.
