Excellent hotel and location, but disappointing check-in experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly located. The facilities are excellent, the room was lovely, and overall the property definitely lives up to the InterContinental standard. Unfortunately, my impression was affected by the check-in experience. Check-in only starts at 3 PM, yet there was a very long queue and the process was surprisingly slow. After travelling, having to spend so much time waiting just to receive the room key was frustrating and not what I would expect from a five-star hotel of this level. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return — I just hope the arrival experience can be better organized in the future

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.

All the major attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Downstairs, you'll find a hub of various dining options, so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right at your fingertips. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with sophisticated and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, ensuring an excellent stay. It's perfect for both holiday getaways and leisure trips. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

I stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover. We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

The hotel was not far from the Old Town about 15-20min walk. A bus stop right outside. Very nice hotel. Appreciated the free water machines. Lovely hotel would definitely recommend!

Good hotel in a great location, with Warsaw Zachodnia train station within walking distance. Very convenient to get to! The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was decent, although it could have been a bit more varied. Throughout the day, you can get a mug and hot water from the cooler on the ground floor, as there's no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. I would have liked the price per night to be a little lower, especially since the hotel positions itself as budget-friendly...

Really nice and clean hotel. Brand new. Very convenient for stay before/ after flight from Chopin Airport - located in 5 min by taxi. Beds are clean and comfortable. Cozy room. Tea pot, tea and instant coffee in the room. I will definitely stay here every time I have flight from Chopin. The only thing I would like to recommend to Hotel - add more hygiene items: slippers, dental kit, separate shampoo and conditioner, and also an ironing board + iron. For travellers it’s very important to have a possibility get fully ready next part of journey.
