Close to the central church, there is luggage storage and handling service, there is elevator, air conditioning, bathroom water volume, wifi signal is good, indoor flat no steps, swimming pool, gym, spa, paid laundry service, check out at 13 o'clock at the latest;
You can stay at 15 o'clock, no body milk, poor sound insulation, loud noise upstairs/next door.

1. Individual hotel front desk English is not fluent enough to affect communication. 2. Actually, I fooled me without a room when I checked in, and gave me a different room type on the first floor. After I ran to the front desk again and again, I still thought it was right. During this period, including Trip.com , the reply given by his agent to communicate was also correct. When I went to the front desk again, another staff member, no longer like the previous fool, after I repeatedly questioned, silent, default error. Then Trip.com went to verify and confirm the error. In addition, despite repeated requests, the hotel never apologized to me, including the staff who fooled me. 3. The van was set up at the concierge the day before, and the staff repeatedly confirmed and recorded the time in the workbook, but the next day I changed someone and told me that his colleague did not tell him anything about the car, which seriously delayed our trip of the day! 4. The water in the room was not put. 5. The first floor is black like the basement. Negative Ratings! ! !

Reserve in this app a room with an extra large bed , and when reaching the hotel my reservation said it were 2 double beds , obviously not knowing what was going on or why the error , tell the receptionist that if I could do something for change that because I didn't want two beds and fortunately and as the boy of the reception said that as it was Sunday there was not much demand for rooms if I had not helped with the change of room and that I was already paid , I hope it never happens again because for these details one changes from app and even from hotel ..

Hotel très bien agencé dans une colline avec une belle piscine, des chambres bien propres et climatisées (tout l’hôtel est propre)

Room was decent, great shower. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice, and nice garden next to it. Breakfast was tasty with attentive staff
