This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here & it’s progressive gotten worse each time. It’s hard to believe that after opening in 2018 it’s in such poor condition & not well maintained. We stayed in a jr ocean view suite & there were water damage stains on the walls, the windows were filthy, paint splatter all over the room, cracked windows & the sliding glass door of the balcony was broken. The condition of the inside pool is terrible w/ broken tile, the tvs removed & bar closed. The outside pool was closed & in similar conditions. The overall customer service is very disappointing. Although they are “nice” they don’t offer any help or compensation when rooms are not ready in time or there are other inconveniences. I expect more from Marriott & a 4 star hotel. This is definitely the last time we will stay here because it’s definitely not worth the price.
