A surprisingly nice hotel with a clean spacious room, including interior air conditioning and a private balcony. The hotel includes spaces to relax, a decent restaurant offering some local cuisine choices. It is also well located for easy taxi access to the airport and Tren Maya station, and it is walkable to reach the town (although not a scenic walk along the main road - but there is a big supermarket 10 minutes down the road which is a handy to buy snacks for day excursions).

Really enjoyed my stay here. The gardens are teeming with birds and I saw wild Toucans. The restaurant is great and the food is good. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the Mayan ruins. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very pleasant place to relax, very carefully, large and clean rooms , after a 9 hs bus trip would fofo b frit in a soft bed, just not 😔My daughter nica serious complaint despite the room is free and the hotel is totally empty not libetdtdm the room before 12 hs, only if we paid extra, schrei unnecessary , since despite the hotel being very large many rsrs quarters to almost empty and well missing only 46 minutes after we returned tired of the The hotel is very nice and very friendly with us. We had a dinner in the hotel restaurant, b enjoyed the food, we had ourselves and a couple that bfm were guests of the hotel. The hotel is beautiful 🙌🌺🌺🌺!

Cordial staff, good and adequate food, the Museum very interesting, refecting the work of the founders Frans and Trudy Bloom. The historic grounds are cozy.

Excellent hotel located in the heart of the capital Chiapaneca, luxury facilities and excellent staff service, access to the glass square and fast-exit periferics, I recommend it for stays with the family.

This was a comfortable hotel. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water with good pressure.

The breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The hotel also helped me print boarding passes for free. There is a tour group downstairs that can be reported. I personally think it is quite affordable. It is recommended, and it is safe nearby

The room was very noisy in the morning. The restaurant seated the only guests outside my room. Crazy.
