GGuest UserThis is one of the best options to stay in Jaffna. It’s not in the city centre, more on the outskirts of the city , there’s nothing around, so you basically plan your time in the resort. The hotel itself is nice , the rooms look a bit old but clean , there was no hot water in our room. The territory of the hotel is beautiful with the pool , restaurant, little museums to visit (ex bunkers). The food in the restaurant is yummy , the staff is friendly and polite, especially Scotty , he was very helpful and nice to us during our stay. Good experience at this hotel, just the water situation in the rooms should be improved.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel is good. Because it is situated near the Nalloor temple, easy access to town and other attractions.
Design was good enough to call a heritage hotel but hotel is getting old and can see stains on the wall tiles, toilet windows (poor design), & taps are getting rusty etc. i have not tried food there so i have no comments.
Hotel staffs are helpful but not really proactive.

GGuest UserFriendly staff. Good value. Laundry available reasonable price. Next to Cargills super market/chemist. Smoking hotel, corridors smokey. No hot water tap. Water not too cold in summer. No lift. Sheets, shower clean. Shifted small table to play cards, hair and grime behind. Stayed 5 nights had to ask for fresh towels. Towels on the thin side. Acceptable for the price.

GGuest UserOne of the better hotels in the Jaffna town centre area. Although it is a newly built hotel, hopefully the general upkeep improves as the bathroom’s ventilation appeared to be broken. The hotel’s restaurant was definitely a highlight and the bar area should be advertised more rather than be kept all dark.

GGuest UserFor me, there was no other accommodation option other than Jetwing Jaffna! I stayed there in 2018 and came back for a family visit in 2023. Its location in the middle of the city makes it a no-brainer as the choice of accommodation. The breakfast spread was impressive (I loved the bacon and sausages and the paal appam - out of this world stuff!). Staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top bar and the scenery was something to look foreword to winding down the evenings. If ever I return to Jaffna in the future, there will be no other choice for me to stay , except at Jetwing Jaffna.

NNalli gounderThis is a very basic hotel with air conditioning, really value for money. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room are very clean, no mosquitoes, overall I would say a good place to escape the heat and stay cool in room and have some cold beer in the bar below.

The grocery store is convenient with ４ eaves within 10 minutes walk.
The owner is kind and friendly.
If you come to Jafna again, I will stay here.
