the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality, luxury and service. The hotel is a short drive from the local airport and is perfect for safari. We used it as a base to visit different sections of KNP. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The Bathroom basin drain seem blocked as the water was slot to escape. The breakfast venue was so loud , chef was good, but the tables were left dirty after people were done.  Other than that, good hotel for family

This is a private safari lodge where 2 game drives a day is included as well as full board. The staffs were friendly and the place is clean. The chef prepared food according to your dietary needs.

Amazing experience. Here for honeymoon and we spent 3 fantastic days. Both day and night safari are unique and food and service is outstanding

Perfect experience! Book an airport pick-up and drop-off in advance. Three meals a day are carefully prepared every day and not repeated. All alcoholic beverages and coffee snacks are available at all times (including in the middle of Safari), and the Minibar in the room is fully included with a wide selection. The room facilities are perfect, the mattress is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. Safari twice a day, great experience, all five of Africa! The budget is sufficient, the language communication is smooth, it is recommended!

My daughter was denied access to her room because the hotel wouldn’t take a Wechat proof of payment ( China) and made her pay again for the same booking in South African Rands. That was very inconvenient
