This hotel at the prime location of Jammu is an extremely valuable find and our go to each time we return to Jammu. It is minutes from airport and staffs always know our preference. Room are cleaned every day on request. It is very easy to step into taxis outside of hotel or request for hourly use chauffeur car. It is also very safe for solo lady traveller.

We were 4, and we enjoyed every single moment out there. Also the Hosts - Basharat and Monika were awesome. First and best ever zostel experience we had. The vivid view from the balcony and wonderful woods in the backyard stole the show. Cafeteria and Bonfire were the best places to open up yourselves. The stay was really very awesome

The rooms, dorms, sitting area, balconies, backyard, cafeteria every thing was on point and stole our hearts.

1. Welcoming and Approachable Staff
2. Beautiful property The food was really delicious. The staff was very polite but the room and ambiance of the hotel was average. The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.

The location is excellent — very close to restaurants and the horse-riding point, which made everything super convenient. The hotel offers stunning full mountain views, truly breathtaking and perfect for relaxing in nature.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in January 2026 as a family and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the first impression on arrival was very positive. Our Standard Room was spotless and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly, which is essential during Srinagar winters. The bathroom had consistent hot water; the only small point worth mentioning is that the jet spray had cold water, though this did not impact the overall comfort of the stay. Food was a highlight. Breakfast offered a massive spread with very good taste and quality, easily matching expectations from a Marriott-branded property. Service throughout the hotel was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. The location is very convenient for city access, close to Lal Chowk and near an Army base camp, which adds a strong sense of security. While it is slightly away from Dal Lake, the overall connectivity and safety make it an ideal choice for both couples and families. Overall, this property stands out as one of the better options in Srinagar, offering excellent value for money, strong service standards, and great food. A truly comfortable and reliable luxury stay.

Hotel is in a central location for shopping and religious places. Inside building is nice and grand. No elevator but the staff will take luggage. I arrived about 1.30pm and the staff came out to find me because I was lost. Receptionist very professional. Water is controlled by reception so you have to ask as far as I am aware for warm water after morning times. Nice natural light and window. Unfortunately my departure was not great truthfully. I left about 6.30am and the guy with rimless glasses was insistent on carrying my light luggage and offered to call auto for me outside. I voluntarily gave him a decent tip for what he did which was not a lot at all. Then he insisted I should give him even more because he said he shared it with the receptionist guy. I wasn't happy at all and gave him a small amount which I regretted since neither he did a lot, nor got a particularly good auto price for me (I was ok with it since it was morning and I don't know the local prices) and the receptionist did nothing at all. I don't know if the receptionist was aware but the review is so management are aware of what this guy does!

If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

Amazing staff is so approachable 🤌🏻 humble and kind the night shift guy on 29sep hi literally put his all effort to make us comfortable we checkout 1pm noon they didn’t say anything we informed then we are tired please let us stay for a while extra i not sure how they serve during peak but this was my ultimate stay with them the hotel name has been changes to double check when you booked yes free drop off pick up today we has pick up at bann ganga im not sure who’s duty was there by the time but he doesn’t get much help for us just say take auto come the driver is not around except the night guy came back morning he booked a auto for us to go he pay himself thanq so much for you kindness bro 100 rupees is doesn’t matter but he handle the situation smartly thanks once again to The property staff

Hotel is better than the reviews for sure. I was sceptical, but I was pleased. I think it’s better if you book a premium room (we did). The view was great and the sound of the river drowns out the sound of any traffic, which make it so peaceful. Not the hotels fault, but we got there during Yatra and everything is closed. We booked a non-refundable room which was my mistake as we kind of completed Pahalgam in a day as all the treks and scenic spots were closed. I would be happy to stay here again.

GGuest UserProperty is a franchise property therefore requires major refit in infra. Property is well below ginger standard as far as infrastructure is concerned. Service wise it was at par or better than other ginger properties. Very limited food options at restaurant. Overall ok type stay
