From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff was exceptionally warm, polite, and helpful. Great, Morning food basket , service staff and the hotel support staff, will eagerly help you out on everything if you are stuck. The Ground staff, including security , cleaning staff is back backboneand deserves special accolades for this hotel. But the reception desk definitely needs a pull up,they are slow to respond , not very keen to resolve ur issues. Great place on location point.

Stayed at Rose House and it genuinely exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted — friendly without being intrusive. Great location, easy to get around from here. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting

I'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again. Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience. Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers. Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green). Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again.
