Nice hotel to stay at. The hotel has direct access to a clean and beautiful beach. The pool area is spacious, with several pools of different depths suitable for both adults and children. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to others.

This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort.

Shower head water flow is pathetic, bed and pillow are comfortable, aircon is way too cold, breakfast options arw very minimal, its almost for filling stomach instead of enjoyment.

Suitable for families with children.Splash park is fun and free entry.Price for room is affordable .Seaview is nice just for safety purposes they locked the balcony.The water heater not functioning properly and they quickly send technician to fixed it and my children vomit on the bed they change it immediately even is late night at 11pm.Excellent service.But parked ur car at own risk as our car door dented when we checked out from the hotel.Overall Recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate kitchen that added great convenience—especially for longer stays or families. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with our two-year-old child and absolutely loved everything about it! We wanted to escape the city hustle and bustle, and we definitely succeeded. Our room, number 126, offered stunning views of the sea and the beach, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. We spent a lot of time swimming in our pool, and our little one especially loved the kids' pool near the main building. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of food. We tried some interesting snacks for the first time; we hadn't seen anything like them in other countries. To access the gym, you need to use your room key card. There's no currency exchange at the hotel, and I wasn't sure where to exchange dollars. However, what we exchanged at the airport was sufficient, and they accepted dollars for our deposit. Our room had European outlets, and the front desk kindly provided an adapter so we could charge our phones and laptops. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't properly swim in the sea. It was only really possible during the hottest part of the day, between 1 PM and 3 PM, when there were no jet skis, banana boats, or similar activities. In fact, no one else seemed to be swimming in the sea, so perhaps it's not a common practice here. Regardless, we are still very happy to have visited this wonderful and unique hotel.

We had a family vacation here and booked a 3-bedroom apartment for our family. The Superior King Room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an iron, kettle, toothbrushes, and even a prayer mat. The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the living hall was huge, making it perfect for a family stay. The pool was very entertaining for the kids, especially with the water slides. The beach is just a short walk away from the resort. There were also plenty of activities such as table tennis, carrom, and swings, all with a beautiful beach view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for families with children.

Everything was good. Only the check in time was quite long. Need to queue for a bit long time. I think the receptionist at the counter should be working faster. Breakfast a bit so-so. Taste is delicious. Not so much variety for this kind of hotel.

My family and I recently stayed at Lexis Port Dickson (Lexis PD) on 6-7 June 2026 and encountered several issues that I promptly reported to the manager, Mr. Wan and the front office representative, Ms. Foo, who assured me that improvements would be made and that a follow-up call would be provided. Upon arrival, I found dead cockroaches under the sink cabinet and noticed a urine-like odor in the room; housekeeping only addressed the issue after multiple reminders. The room also had maintenance problems, including a balcony door that could not close properly, a malfunctioning minibar, and later a non-functioning television, although the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved these issues. As we returned to the hotel late in the evening after our activities, we did not request a room change as it would have caused further inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep well due to the strong smell of mothballs, possibly from recent pest control treatment, combined with the persistent urine odor. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff and the attention given by Mr. Wan and Ms. Foo, I hope the hotel will improve room cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort to provide a better experience for future guests.

Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!
