Staying at this hotel was incredibly comforting and heartwarming. The attentive Xiao Liu was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, proactively helping me with my luggage. Her meticulous and gentle demeanor made me feel right at home. The view from the 14th-floor terrace is particularly stunning; a gentle breeze caresses your face as you take in the breathtaking panorama. The city lights and the pleasant evening air create a truly serene experience. Sitting on the terrace, I savored a peaceful moment, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The evening breeze and beautiful scenery made every moment feel therapeutic and delightful. It's a rare and gentle sanctuary in the midst of a journey.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends.

This hotel is a must-stay! It offers excellent value for money.
It's an older, established hotel in Chengdu, so while the facilities might be a bit dated, it's very clean and well-maintained.
The service was also quite good.
The most important thing is its incredibly convenient location, very close to Chunxi Road, with plenty of dining options nearby.
It's also close to the subway entrance, and the price is affordable. The breakfast was pretty good too!

We've had a lot of amazing stays in China and this place was good but not amazing. Location was close to the metro which was great. The room was clean enough but not spotless. Every morning we also got a advertisement slip underneath the door for a high class massage. All by all fine but I have seen better for less.

Facilities: While not a new hotel, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. The lighting is warm and bright, and everything is fully equipped. The only downside is the weak water pressure from the handheld showerhead.
Hygiene: The hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms are all spotless and tidy – excellent!
Environment: The hotel's location is superb. It's about a 10-minute walk to both terminals, and only a three-minute walk to the subway and high-speed rail station. There are also plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel, which is incredibly convenient for transit passengers.
Service: The front desk staff could be a little bit more enthusiastic to make it absolutely perfect. Staying here also grants access to the first-class security lane at the airport, which is a great time-saver.
I've stayed in many B&Bs, and this one is truly top-tier in terms of recent experiences! The overall vibe is super therapeutic with its natural wood style – light wood furniture paired with rattan elements. From the wardrobe and TV cabinet to the bed and dining table, the style is consistent and gentle, making it feel like living in a small house from a Japanese drama. All the photos I took even had a soft-focus filter effect.
The most pleasant surprises were the details and cleanliness! The entire place was spotless; the bathroom tiles and shower area were perfectly clean, hot water came out quickly, and the wet/dry separation was excellent with no strange odors. The bedding consisted of soft, pure white cotton sheets, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the pillows were comfortable. I slept incredibly soundly for both nights.
From the rattan chair by the window and the decorative vase on the coffee table to the textured art on the wall, everything was arranged to create a wonderful ambiance. It's not one of those perfunctory, influencer-style places; you can tell the host genuinely put effort into maintaining it. The facilities are also super complete: the fridge, washing machine, and water heater all work well. Even the kettle and cups on the kitchen bar were neatly arranged, perfectly meeting daily needs. The location is also very convenient, making dining and getting around worry-free. The overall value for money is absolutely amazing. Whether you're a couple on a date or traveling solo, staying here offers a full sense of relaxation. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a quiet and cozy style!
This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's right next to Hongxing Bridge Metro Station Exit C, just a few steps away. Line 3 takes you directly to Chunxi Road/Taikoo Li in two stops, and it's super convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley and Jianshe Road Food Street. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. All necessary toiletries were provided, and the hot water pressure was strong. The front desk staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always responsive. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and getting around is a breeze. A must-stay when you're in Chengdu!

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the pedestrian zones, shops, and many attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient.
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the huge bathtub in the room, which added a special touch to our trip and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent value for money hotel at a central location. Friendly staff and good cleaning crew.
Pretty central location just a few minutes walk away from eastern exits of Tianfu Square station, which worked nicely for me as a first time solo visitor. Good connection to all sorts of places.
Slightly curious setup with the ‘lobby’ by the street and the hotel floors dispersed inside the high rise building itself shared with a few other establishments. I suppose if it works it works.
Got a 24-hour shop just outside on the left, and ample eateries of various vintage nearby as well. And coffee shops.
Room was cleaned and bed remade daily. I would usually prefer to opt out of room service for shorter trips but couldn’t quite find any ‘do not disturb’ or ‘skip service’ sign handy, so just rolled with it.
Bottled water and slippers were also replaced daily. Handy for the former, not too sure about the utility of the latter.
There's apparently a self service laundry place on one of the floors as well but didn't need it during my stay so didn't explore.
Decent view out to the street. Blackout curtains. Kettle and toiletries etc all available. Good WiFi and strong AC. Wasn’t ridiculously hot when I was visiting, but would have been a lifeline in summer.
Room was well maintained, with bedding clean and tidy. 4 stars just because the bathroom tiles and fittings really showed their age. I’m reasonably happy they were all cleaned to a good standard, but there’s only so much you can do with oxidised silicone sealants and foam filler. They are probably in the process of doing up the bathrooms tbh, judging by the much sleeker appearance of the corridor and other units.
2 lifts. Can get a bit busy later on in the morning during checkout times, but no problem for the majority of my stay due to early start on trip days.
Overall, excellent value for money. Probably wouldn’t recommend it as a honeymoon trip stay, but for regular touristy trips i think would be more than sufficient. Would probably stay there again I've I'm back visiting ChengDu proper.

The hotel is great, with a good location in Jiangbei. Although there's no parking lot directly on-site, a staff member led us to a parking area. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, it was pretty good.

QQian.›I was very satisfied with this stay. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, so I rested well. The front desk staff were friendly and always helped resolve any issues promptly. The hotel's location was easy to find, convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. Overall, it offered great value for money and was a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone and would come back again if I have the chance.
GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a business trip, and this time I came on my own. Overall, it's still very good. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms offer great value for money. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, I'd still choose to stay at this established five-star hotel for the price. My only complaint is that I requested a non-smoking room, but after checking in and getting to the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I then had housekeeping take care of it.

Outstanding
GGuest UserOverall it's good, the room is relatively large, the service is very considerate, and they proactively provide children's toiletries and slippers when they see children checking in. During the May Day holiday, all hotel prices increased ridiculously. Relatively speaking, Yihua's price increase is not bad, but it is also expensive.
AAnonymous UserTotally regretting for booking only 1 night in this fabulous accommodation. Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!
IillusionxxxbbThe hotel is brand new, and the room layout is very well designed. The wet and dry areas are separate, and the details like the hairdryer, lighted makeup mirror, and comfortable, clean bedding all significantly enhanced the experience. The view is similar to the Curio Collection hotel I stayed at before, but the overall experience here is much better. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, and the staff isn't as chaotic.
The location is also very convenient. There are so many takeaway options, and they even deliver right to your room! Getting to restaurants I wanted to try and attractions by taxi all took less than 20 minutes.
The hotel called to ask about my preferences before check-in, and I didn't have to wait long even though I arrived early. The room perfectly met my requirements, which was really great. And the best part is the dog in the lobby is absolutely adorable, even though I only saw it on the first of my three days. The concierge service on the first floor was truly exceptional, very enthusiastic but in a perfectly appropriate way. After checking out, I forgot something, and Miranda was very proactive in contacting me and helping to arrange shipping. This hotel has absolutely no flaws. I stayed for two days and was extremely comfortable. I can't praise it enough; the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.
XXiaomanThis B&B deserves a perfect score! The owner is incredibly enthusiastic and responds instantly to any questions, always going the extra mile. The room was spotless and felt super comfortable the moment we walked in, with absolutely no strange smells. The biggest surprise was that they even helped walk our dog, which was incredibly pet-friendly for us traveling with a furry friend. We felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back next time!

WwendyTraveling to Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Vienna International Hotel. It's only 4 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service in the morning, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi – super convenient! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us with arranging transportation. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately when we messaged them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very diverse. In the evenings, you can also order yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, which was a nice touch.
GGuest UserThe overall environment is clean and elegant, and the hygiene is impeccable, with no clutter or odors in the corners. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, the smart speaker is very convenient, and the lighting creates a comfortable ambiance. My overall stay was very pleasant. It's very close to Kuanzhai Alley, about a 15-minute walk, and also very near the subway station, making transportation quite convenient.

MMengmengdexiaoduoduoThis was the most relaxing stay on my trip. The room was clean and elegant, making for a truly comfortable experience. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were not only efficient and professional but also offered thoughtful travel tips. These small details really added a touch of warmth. With such attentive service and a comfortable environment, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!
