The hotel is good and affordable, with a very strategic location in the city center of Chengdu. It’s close to shopping areas and the station, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, and the room was clean. The only downside was the there is small space in shower room, so when we showered, water tended to spill out and made the floor wet. However, overall we really liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay🙂

The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The housekeeper cleaned every day. The price was reasonable. The accommodation was right on the roadside, a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop. There was also a free breakfast provided. The accommodation was right next to the 翠屏山 mountain, very convenient. You can see a 360-degree view of the city.

I chose this hotel for a business trip again this year. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. Ms. Kaimi was as enthusiastic as ever. I arranged a satisfactory king-bed river-view room. When I woke up in the morning, the scenery was pleasant and I was in a good mood. The room is also clean and hygienic, the air-conditioning effect is good, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. Convenient to travel, 20 minutes from the station, recommended to everyone.

This hotel has a great design and a fantastic location. There's a large terrace where you can enjoy mountain views, drink tea, and meditate. We booked a 'double-sided snow mountain view' room, which offered views of Siguniang Mountain on one side and Balang Mountain on the other – truly magnificent and beautiful! The 'golden mountain' sunset wasn't very prominent, but the sunrise 'golden mountain' was absolutely stunning. We didn't even have to brave the cold; we could enjoy the view right from our room. At night, the sky was filled with stars, and Orion was clear and bright – it felt like we could reach out and touch them! The hotel's dining is also highly recommended. We ordered the yak hotpot set, which came with 1.2 catties (approx. 600g) of beef and four vegetables. We were worried it wouldn't be enough for four people, so we added a portion of cured ribs, grilled sausages, and barley cakes, all of which were delicious. We ate our fill and even packed some leftovers. It happened to be New Year's, and the hotel even hosted an evening song and dance party, which was so engaging and helped us forget all our worries! Now, let's talk about the hotel's service – I'd give it 200 points! Before check-in, they learned we were experiencing altitude sickness and had been to the clinic for oxygen, so they suggested we get an oxygen pillow. It really came in handy later that night. However, we still felt unwell until past 4 AM. We contacted the staff, and they responded immediately, took us to the town clinic for oxygen, and then picked us up after we felt better. We were so touched; we didn't miss the 8 AM golden mountain sunrise, and they even offered us a late checkout so we could rest more. Their service is thoughtful and heartwarming; I will definitely recommend this place to my relatives and friends! If I'm ever fortunate enough to return and see more unseen sights, I'll choose 'Yangwang Xinkong' again. I wish the hotel all the best and the staff a happy and prosperous New Year!

The hotel's location is superb, right between T1 and T2 terminals. It's only a four-minute walk to either terminal and very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for picking up people or for transfers. The service was good, and the breakfast selection was quite rich, though the taste could be improved a bit. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Oh, and buying a one-day subway pass is a great deal for exploring the city.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Jinjiang Night Tour Music Square Pier. From our room, we could see the Jinjiang River and Anshun Bridge. The hotel service was also great, they even brought us a fruit platter. We enjoyed sipping tea by the window, admiring the Jinjiang scenery, which was even more beautiful at night, with boats cruising along the river. In the evening, we could also walk to the riverside bars on the opposite bank, order drinks and BBQ, and enjoy the Jinjiang night view while relaxing by the river. It was a wonderful experience.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a wide array of dining and business facilities nearby, making it an ideal choice for business trips. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. The hotel offers fantastic value for money; it's definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I had an early flight at around 7 AM, so the day before, I took the high-speed train from another city in Sichuan to Tianfu Airport Station. The hotel was just a short walk from there, incredibly convenient. I just followed the signs that said 'Hotel' and found it easily. The only downside was that there weren't many food options along the way, just a McDonald's (twice the price of downtown), a not-so-good pancake stall, and a Sichuan snack shop. The hotel itself was much more luxurious than I expected – quite grand and upscale. It definitely wasn't one of those basic budget hotels you just use for a quick overnight stay. There were also many rooms, and the design was very well thought out. We enjoyed dinner at the small table in our room, looking out at the view, which was lovely. The room was also quite quiet. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the hairdryer worked great. The curtains were excellent at blocking out light, and the room was relatively soundproof. The hotel offered fast baggage drop-off and fast security check services, which were incredibly useful. Tianfu Airport was already packed with people by 6 AM, and I felt like it would have taken an hour to queue at the regular counters. There's some small room for improvement: there was a green light blinking constantly behind the TV, and the light from the bedside switch was a bit too bright. The pillows were also a little too flat. While the hotel offered dining services, the prices were quite high. Overall, the stay was a great experience, and getting to the airport couldn't have been more convenient.
