On the first day in Chengdu, I, who came from Indonesia, stayed at this hotel, the hotel staff really helped us communicate by using google translate, and she also helped us check in early. The room is spacious and clean, complete facilities, soft and comfortable mattresses make us sleep very well. The room was clean and hygienic, with complete and reasonable facilities. The environment was nice and the staff were friendly! There is parking in front and behind the hotel, and the service is first-class. The hotel is close to Cuiping Mountain Scenic Area, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very good. It is close to Wanda Plaza. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. James, the front desk clerk, is enthusiastic and friendly. I give it ten thumbs up. It is very safe. The room is close to the river and has a good view. I was satisfied with my stay and praised it! The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit weak and the fried things are cold and hard. I hope it can be improved.

This hotel is located inside Tianfu Airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers needing to wait for a connecting flight or seeking a temporary rest. They also offer a baggage check-in service (for luggage under 20kg) and free luggage storage, which is very handy. The hotel's environment is excellent, and the facilities are brand new. The room featured electric curtains, and the bathroom facilities were very modern. The hotel service was also top-notch, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, they offer a thoughtful service guaranteeing a late check-out until 2:00 PM. I accidentally left my ring behind when rushing at check-out, and the hotel thoughtfully mailed it back to me the next day after I contacted them. This is truly a hotel worth staying at. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained. From the rooftop, there is a stunning view of the bridge, especially in the evening. The location is excellent – although it is practically in the city center, the area is very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The staff are extremely friendly and always available to help. I would especially like to praise Xiao Luo for the great service. Upon departure, we also received a small thoughtful gift from the hotel, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The room view was truly amazing, and all the facilities were brand new. The front desk service was excellent too. The room design was very compact, making great use of the space. You could tell the bedding and other amenities were high quality, including the light switches and especially the bedside lamps, which I loved. The toiletries and bathroom fixtures were also quite good. I booked this for a friend, and they had a very pleasant stay overall.

A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly Wendy, Rain, and Allan, whose service was exceptional. They upgraded our room, gave us a lovely small gift, thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities, and provided all the details for breakfast, including times and location. We had a truly excellent stay.
