The hotel environment is fantastic! The rooms are clean and hygienic, featuring a wet/dry separation bathroom, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. The service is warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient for getting around. They also have a parking lot. Highly recommended, five-star review!

Service was exceptional upon reaching the hotel. Although I wasn't able to make a booking in advance for the free pick-up transfer from the railway station, the receptionist lady was able to kindly provide an immediate service recovery. She was detailed and patient in explaining the hotel provisions as well. I also had a complimentary upgrade to a room that was more spacious. The room was clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities, and they provide complimentary one-time covers for hygiene purposes. Location was great, less than a 5-minute walk to Baoguo Temple. Overall a good stay at this hotel!

The interior and exterior environment, cleanliness, and service of Chengdu Celebrity Hotel are all excellent. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the restaurant is quite spacious. However, most of the dishes are spicy. It is suggested to consider the dietary habits of guests from all over the country by balancing spicy and non-spicy options, or by placing chili seasoning separately so that those who love spicy food can add it themselves—this might be a better approach. Another shortcoming is that our room only had a single fixed showerhead that could not be detached for use. Although there was another one by the bathtub, water would leak onto the room floor while taking a shower. Nowadays, ordinary hotels usually provide two showerheads (one fixed and one movable), and for a five-star hotel, this should not be the case.

Very lovely hotel. We stayed in a room with a river view and absolutely enjoyed the wonderful view. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The housekeeping even provided me with face cloths as they saw that I used cosmetics. The breakfast had a good variety as well. We extended our stay in this hotel and would definitely come again. They even gave us a little present during checkout. Highly recommend!

First time staying at Mindong Suyuan, and the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is quiet and serene, and my partner and I had a wonderful stay. The bathtub is very spacious, the room was spotless and bright, and the staff were all very polite. It's also super convenient for visiting the nearby park.

## Facilities: 1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa. 2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised. 3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling. 4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. ## Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there. ## Environment: The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station. ## Service: Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it.

There is a shopping mall right near the hotel, and The Mixc is not far away either. The location is excellent, making it quite convenient to go to the concert, see the giant pandas, or visit Chunxi Road. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, Holden very patiently showed me three different room types, and finally helped me choose the more spacious one. He also provided me with transportation tips for getting to the concert. The service was thoughtful—thumbs up! All bias aside, the room fit my personal needs quite well. It features a fully smart toilet, great water pressure, a high-end brand hair dryer, and decent bedding. Although it faces the street downstairs, it wasn't noisy at all. If I really had to nitpick, I'd say I prefer liquid soap over bar soap at the sink. This will still be my top choice next time!

The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain. The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

This guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations! The room design is very stylish, clean, and tidy, with an absolutely stunning view – we could admire the snow-capped mountains right from our bed, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; not only did they provide convenient transfers to and from the scenic area, but they also proactively helped us contact and book a vehicle back to Chengdu, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!

The room was very quiet, newly renovated, and extremely comfortable, with a mountain view right outside the window. The breakfast was fantastic, and there is a shuttle bus to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. The staff were patient and enthusiastic, and there is a self-service laundry room. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.
