English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Fantastic location, right next to Chunxi Road. Just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li and IFS, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. As an InterContinental property, the quality is guaranteed. The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new facilities. The in-room smart controls, King Koil bedding, and Elemis toiletries made for a super comfortable stay. What really impressed me was the service – the front desk butler was warm, attentive, and simply outstanding. The Dan Dan noodles at breakfast were so authentic, they're unforgettable. Amazing value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

First off, the location is unbeatable – right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, which is super lively. Secondly, I booked a standard room with a small window this time, but the front desk upgraded me for free to a larger room. It not only had a bathtub but also a huge floor-to-ceiling window. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room itself had a really great design, not just a typical hotel style. Perfect for a trip!

This hotel is right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also very close to the Zangwang Square bus stop, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making for a pleasant stroll after dinner. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly kind and generously upgraded our room to one with a private hot spring tub. After a tiring day exploring the valley, soaking in the tub was incredibly relaxing. I have to commend the front desk staff again; on our check-out day, they even proactively asked about our stay. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I return.

My stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi was absolutely perfect! It's right in the heart of the city center, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Shopping at IFS and Taikoo Li is just a short walk away. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. The minibar drinks were complimentary, and the toiletries were high quality. The breakfast on the top floor offered expansive views and a fresh, diverse selection of dishes, especially the authentic Dandan noodles. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive; check-in was quick, and they were very responsive to any requests. The amenities like the gym and self-service laundry were really useful. The overall decor is elegant and tasteful, and the hygiene standards were very high, making for an extremely comfortable trip. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is super close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the subway station – you can just walk everywhere. There are tons of food options nearby too! They even gave us complimentary afternoon tea and a non-heritage handicraft experience. We stayed for 5 days straight, and an auntie came to clean every day. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and welcoming.

The view is beautiful, the bed is facing the valley view, you can enjoy the mountain view while lying on the bed, very comfortable ～ The room also has a projection screen hidden on the wall. After the curtain is down at night, it is superb audio-visual enjoyment ～ wash and care. The facilities are very good, the bathtub, Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet are great! The sanitation is also very clean, and the whole house is equipped with oxygen supply equipment, don’t worry about high reaction, the butler service is also warm and thoughtful, this price can live in such a way, it can be said that it is more than expected satisfaction ～

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!
