Five-star rating, absolutely! ✨ My overall stay exceeded all expectations. The hotel environment is upscale and grand, with a stylish and elegant lobby. The public areas are spotless. The room was spacious, bright, and well-lit, with soft and comfortable bedding. The hygiene was impeccable, truly perfect down to the last detail. The front desk and all staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, and the facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The location is convenient for getting around, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Xiansu may be one of the most organized hotel that I ever stayed. The way they give information through wechat, 小卓， our receptionist who is very helpful to help us with our questions. 5 stars service is for her attitude. I also didn't expect that hotel in remote area will provide toilet which has electric bidet like in Japan. One thing that I like to suggest is the hotel should provide more information before we arrive about luggage service and bus location. We read the information from the guest reviews about rooms that far from hotel entrance and we didn't know that your luggage is very near from the bus that come from Shangrao station. We stayed in hotel near Shangrao station before to put our large luggages there so we only bring small luggage to Xiansu. If we had known the bus stop was so near from your luggage service, we would have brought all luggages.

My 2-night stay at Yangxian Village, Wangxian Valley felt like stepping into a living Chinese fantasy painting hidden between the mountains. Waking up surrounded by misty peaks and hearing the peaceful sounds of the valley made time slow down for a while. The atmosphere at night was magical with lights reflecting across the valley and the entire place feeling almost unreal. The hotel breakfast is delicious and sumptuous! A mixture of Chinese and Western styles. The village itself has many food options, performances, and activities, so there was always something to explore without feeling bored. After walking around the scenic areas, it was also nice to see bars and KTV spots available for people who wanted to relax at night. The environment balances both peaceful scenery and lively entertainment quite well. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay experience was satisfying. One small area for improvement would be the TV channels, as channels after 25 were quite lagging when watching at night. It could also be interesting if the resort considered adding services like leg massages after long walks around the valley. I think many travellers would appreciate that after exploring the mountain areas. Overall, staying inside Wangxian Valley was more than just accommodation; it felt like being immersed inside the scenery itself. Definitely a memorable and unique experience.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel! The staff were warm when we arrived in the evening. The immediately offered us tea, warm cloths for our hands and bowls of congee to take up to the room for an evening snack The room was gorgeous, with a fantastic view over the river and a short walk to restaurants, shops and one of the local pontoon bridges. The staff were equally as warm and friendly on our departure. It made our trip to Ganzhou feel even more special. Thank you team for the wonderful stay.

i booked this trip to jingdezhen very spontaneously so i only stayed here one night, but i wish i could’ve stayed longer. this hotel is located on a beautiful, quiet tree-lined road that is central to the city’s main attractions but nevertheless quiet and tranquil. i arrived quite late around midnight and the staff kindly escorted me to my room. the room itself has very traditional, classic decor and was clean and comfortable. the slippers in particular are excellent quality. their public spaces are so gorgeous and worthy of photography and their breakfast buffet has a variety of options, including lots of veggies, soy milk and coffee which i was thrilled to see. they also have coffee in the lobby which is a really nice touch. overall i was really happy with my stay, zero complaints! and i hope to bring my family back here someday as well.

This 12-day Chinese New Year family trip, Shangri-La Nanchang was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The tram downstairs goes directly to all the major popular attractions. What truly impressed me was the service; they genuinely made us feel at home. Check-in was very thoughtful. They proactively arranged our two rooms together and patiently explained why there was a connecting room in between (due to the king-size bed layout). They also meticulously inquired about all our needs. On the day we left, our child wasn't feeling well and fell asleep, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our check-out until 2 PM without any rush or催促, which was particularly heartwarming. The room view was unbeatable, directly facing Tengwang Pavilion from the window. We could even watch the fireworks display from our room, and the staff even proactively reminded us to tune the TV to the music channel to accompany the viewing. Additionally, the robot delivery for takeout was very prompt, and the buffet dinner was affordable, delicious, and offered a wide variety of dishes. The overall experience was impeccable, highly recommended!

Our stay at Maoyuan Xiangjian, near Wangxian Valley, was incredibly relaxing, thanks to its unhurried pace. The room's large balcony, facing the stream and covered bridge, was a highlight. Just sitting there, brewing tea and gazing at the mountains and water across the way, brought a profound sense of peace. You don't need to do anything else. What truly touched our hearts were the two bowls of noodles personally prepared by the landlady. In an era where most food is overloaded with oil and salt, it was a rare treat to find such simple, authentic home cooking. No artificial additives or processed ingredients – just fresh greens, eggs, and shredded pork. The broth was light and clear, allowing the natural, healthy flavors and sweetness of the ingredients to shine through. These past few days here truly embodied that feeling of stealing a moment of leisure from a busy life. There's no deliberate luxury, just the comfort and cleanliness of a home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to truly unwind and clear their mind.

The location is excellent, close to the port's first cableway, and it is very convenient to go up the mountain. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the mountain view outside the window was eye-catching. I also recommended the nearby food characteristics to us, and the stay was very comfortable. Very cost-effective.

Let's start with the downsides: 1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night. 2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms). 3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy. 4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable. Now for the highlights: 1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos. 2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance. 3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic. 4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues. 5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude. Other notes: The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

Double-cured by the views and service at Wangxian Valley Cliffside Homestay! The cliffside view is truly unique, with clouds and mist filling the valley like a fairy tale. The sunset glow casts a beautiful light over the mountains, making it incredibly photogenic. The room was cozy and comfortable, fully equipped with amenities, making for a perfect stay. Our butler, Huanhuan, was warm and reliable, providing clear guidance for entering the park, helping arrange shuttle service, and even preparing thoughtful snacks. Her service was meticulous throughout, and the value for money is outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Wangxian Valley. Thank you, Huanhuan!
