The room was very spacious, and the service was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also quite rich, the noodles were good, but there wasn't much variety in the fruit selection.

The hotel is amazing. I only have some points if they improve it , they will be the best. 1- air conditioning system is not up to expectations where the ac turns of completely once it reach to the selected temperature, it is better to keep the fan running. 2- the small fridge is annoying and close to bed. 3- corridor music is loud sometimes and disturbing on the morning.. hint not all visitors would like to hear music especially morning time. 4- Parking exit damages the low height cars from bottom..

It’s so good, but recently I’ve been getting a little problem with someone there I think he is Jordanian man, not good man

We had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

The room and service are very good. I like the breakfast here. There are Chinese dishes. It is very suitable and a very satisfying experience. I will stay again if there is a chance. I give the hotel a good review!

The hotel is fantastic overall, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly helpful. It's wonderfully quiet, with absolutely no noise or disturbances. They were also very accommodating, allowing us a generous late check-out on our departure day. We truly appreciate all the services provided.

It is very close to the Kingdom Tower and it is not far to walk. Recently, road construction is not very convenient, but there is an underground parking lot, which is more convenient. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and accepted by people from all countries.
