"This has been the perfect Airport Hotel. Approximately 400m from the terminal - we couldn't ask for closer! The room was cool, clean and comfortable with solid blackout curtains and steady water pressure. Most importantly, when our flight was canceled and we had to wait the staff here went above and beyond in understanding our tiredness and travelers needs. We got our room back and caught up on precious sleep and then while we futher waited on our flight, we were welcome to enjoy the hotels most comfy lobby with great facilities. We are grateful to the to the stuff for giving us a space to relax and unwind making our unexpected delay an enjoyable one. Fully recommend this flight for all international, long haul travellers."

"The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, right next to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. On the flip side, it's a bit of a distance from the train station, which could be tough if you're lugging suitcases, especially in heavy snow. The breakfast selection was decent and quite tasty. We were given a connecting room, and I specifically mentioned my concern about potential noise. Luckily, our neighbors were quiet, and we didn't hear a peep at night. The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the chaise lounge took up valuable space. It would have been perfect if it were replaced with a small round table and two chairs. There's a kettle in the room, but no complimentary water. I couldn't find a water dispenser on the second floor, and the one in the gym wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was great!"

"The hotel is located close to the old town, making it easy to get around on foot without a car. Everything is within reach – restaurants, shops, and there's a Biedronka and Żabka nearby. We really liked the hotel lobby, the extensive library, and the lounge area. The laundry room was separate and well-equipped with many washing machines and dryers, so you could do laundry anytime. There was also a spa and billiards room, but we didn't use them. The room itself was clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. During our stay, we encountered two downsides: the air conditioning periodically stopped working, and housekeeping only came once in six days. It's not that we're messy or can't clean up after ourselves, but it's really difficult to get rid of sand after the beach without a vacuum cleaner, or to clean the shower without proper tools. The room had dishes, a stove, a great big fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Our room didn't get much sun. We also paid extra for parking – 330 PLN for six days. The parking was convenient, and there were always spaces available. On the ground floor, there was always an administrator who could help with any questions. The staff was polite and spoke two languages: Polish and English. You could easily enter the hotel with your card at any time of day. Despite the large number of rooms, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and happily give it a 9 out of 10."

"The hotel is the best in Sopot with a private beach area. The hotel is old, but it is well maintained. The restaurant is great and the front desk is very friendly. The parking fee is expensive. You need to go to the front desk in advance to greet. The hotel's open-air parking lot is very hot. For the same price, you can go to the Sheraton commercial parking lot next door for more convenience."

"Unfortunately, our experience at Radisson Suites Gdańsk was disappointing. The staff felt quite unfriendly and even rude at times. Any request or small issue we asked for was met with zero willingness to help or find a solution. It honestly felt like there was no sense of hospitality at all, which was surprising for Poland, where people are usually much warmer. The hotel itself is very standard, nothing special for a Radisson property. Since our room didn’t have a water view either, there was really nothing memorable or enjoyable about the stay. Overall, not a place I would choose again"

"You could go downtown by tram or bus. However, the tram departure time was a bit long. Of course, you can walk downtown, but it takes about 30 minutes. The accommodation seemed a bit old and not that clean, but it was usable."

"Comfortable hotel, great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, comfortable bed, food really very tasty - delicious toast with eggs Benedict, I recommend it for breakfast :-) The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, quiet, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city... the price list of dishes and alcohol is rather for Western tourists :-) but... but whoever decides to stay in good Polish hotels should not comment on the prices: -))) we see what we choose. I recommend!"

"Did not know it was a single bed and that was a big low factor for me. There were 2 pillows, so some improvement on other hotels I have been in recently. The location was excellent right off the main sqaure. The restaurant was on and handy if it rains. There were some ammenties, but couldn't find a hairdryer. I went for a face treatment in their spa and really enjoyed it. My skin feels good."
