From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshing drinks—a simple yet thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel valued as guests. We particularly appreciated how the reception team was approachable, courteous, and accommodating. Our request for a room located away from the elevator was also kindly granted, which contributed greatly to a more peaceful and relaxing stay. The room itself was beautifully kept—clean, fresh-smelling, comfortable, and inviting. Everything about the room created a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel at ease after a long day. There was a minor concern with the television upon entering the room, as the audio was muted and could not be adjusted. We had to follow up a few times before the IT team responded. While the response time could certainly be improved, we appreciated that our concern was eventually attended to and resolved. Overall, Hue Hotels and Resorts provided us with a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the room, the welcoming atmosphere, and the courteous staff truly stood out. A special appreciation to the reception team and everyone who made our stay comfortable. We look forward to coming back and experiencing Hue Hotels and Resorts again. ✨🏨"

"Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way. We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!"

"The hotel's convenient location near malls, wet market and public transport. Baywalk is just walking distance. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable bed Excellent breakfast buffet. WiFi in our room is good. Overall, great value and highly recommended!”"

"Great place! Nice breakfast. Friendly staff, with the exception of spa services. The woman in charge was rude, and on some kind of power trip. My fiancé and I went in for massages. She made us wait 45 minutes and there was absolutely no one else there except four masseuses on their phones. Then I asked if she could focus on my back, and she said no bc it was a “full body massage” she then spent the least amount of time possible on my back. I wouldn’t recommend the spa, and was surprised this woman was even employed there."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is very convenient, especially if you need quick access to the airport. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel."

"As many other guests have mentioned, the staff’s friendliness, professionalism, and warm smiles were truly outstanding. We booked a town-view room, so we had already given up expecting any ocean view. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room still offered a view of the sea. The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Our room was on the second floor, but we were hardly bothered by any noise at night. The front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging a rental motorcycle and a van for our return trip. The prices were fair, and the process was easy and convenient. This was truly a wonderful hotel with an exceptional team of staff. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable."

"Affordable and quality hotel! We stayed in a Pool Access Queen Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also gave us a complimentary 2-hour extended stay since our free airport transfer was scheduled 4 hours after our original check-out time. The staff were approachable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! 👌🏻"
