(๐จ๐ณ) Review: ๐ถWi-Fi is only available at the front desk or in rooms near the front desk. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. There are power outlets and bedside lamps, which are very convenient.

I used this hostel for a solo backpacking trip. When I stayed, there didn't seem to be any other solo travelers, so I had the room all to myself.
The staff were kind and polite, and the cleanliness was standard for a dormitory. Details are as follows:
Wi-Fi was only available around the reception area, not in the rooms. The showers had hot water. I visited in April, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the shower room, which was a bit disappointing. Waking up the next morning to a large spider on my pillow was a little scary, but I guess that's typical of Africa, haha.
There's no air conditioning in the room, and the fans on each bed don't work, so I think it would be hot in the summer.
There's a tap with drinkable water, which was convenient. The location is perfect, and they'll store your luggage in a lockable room.
The staff here were very kind and wonderful, but there was one disappointing incident regarding another guest. This isn't related to the hostel itself, so I haven't included it in the rating. It's just a warning for other guests. During my stay, a traveler from Namibia, around 40 years old, approached me and we exchanged greetings. Then, without even much conversation, this person subjected me to sexual harassment that I don't want to write about here, and continued to make sexual advances afterward. No matter how many times I refused or ignored him, he kept going. There was only Wi-Fi at the reception, so I had to use it minimally before returning to my room. I was terrified of what would happen if he followed me to my room at night or ambushed me in the shower room. I considered talking to the staff, but I was afraid that he would become enraged if the staff intervened, so I ended up not saying anything.
While there's always a possibility of encountering such people in a dormitory, it was truly disgusting. He said he uses this place often, so please be careful.
Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities.
Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it!
Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.
The room is โtiredโ, but it has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe. Of the toiletries, however, there is only soap. The hotel staff are friendly. We had an unusual situation: we did not have local currency, and the hotel did not have an exchange office, dollars and euros were not accepted. The staff offered to feed us dinner on credit, but this was unacceptable for us, so we dined on the remains of breakfast. Then the next evening, apparently deciding that guests can lose weight from hunger, they gave us dinner. Thank you for the unexpected service! The portions are large, the food is delicious.
This hotel is located in the center of Livingstone, across the road is a large supermarket Sprit, and there are some restaurants and shops around, which is very convenient. The hotel room is small, but very clean, the wifi signal is well covered, the garden lawn inside is very well maintained, I like it very much. It was 8 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind and upgraded our room. Thank you very much! This is a good hotel worth recommending.

An absolute gem! The owner, Chantal, is very involved in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and it shows. They were extremely accommodating - we had an outdoor camper trailer which they allowed us to park and connect to electricity. All the staff are super friendly and polite. The rooms are tastefully decorated/designed and the bed was vey comfy. Beautiful outdoor pool and bar. Canโt recommend highly enough!!
Only 2 suggestions for improvement:
1) A signpost is desperately needed on the main road and T-junction to show where the place is.
2) Put a hairdryer in the room.

The environment is good, but unfortunately there is not a lot of water in the lake during the dry season. The diet is mainly western food, and you can also taste fish and shrimp in the lake. The local staple food โSimaโ is also available.
Quiet place situated in a secure area.Roads are gravel but manageable even with an ordinary vehicle.
Staff very helpful,great service too.

SStuartI can't praise Sindabezi enough, and I don't see how anywhere else in Vic Falls can possibly be better. Gorgeous location on an island, surrounded by the mighty Zambesi river, from where we spotted hippos, elephants, giraffe, waterbuck, impala and a host of fascinating birdlife without leaving the deck! The service, the food and beverages, accommodation are all excellent. The staff are a special highlight - you are appointed a valet for the duration of your stay and a guide for your activities. Both were brilliant and quickly became trusted friends. The resort manager was highly attentive, competent, and caring. If you're going in winter, bring a warm layer for the early mornings and sitting around the camp fire in the evenings, but don't worry about getting cold in the open-setting chalets at night as you'll be well wrapped up in thick duvets including hot water bottles! The days are warm-to-hot and t-shirts are fine. The activities are fantastic - I suggest doing at least one a day. We started with a sunrise boat trip on the first day, toured the Vic Falls next day, and ended our trip with a safari game drive where a family of elephants came right up to our vehicle. The tour of the local village was a highlight.

Sshine_yxlThe staff was very enthusiastic and helped me buy a calling card and told me where the station was. The room is big and the food provided is also very good. I only booked for one night and stayed one more night

SSavannah DubienThe property is cute and has a wonderful and clean pool with lots of seating choices. Breakfast is great. The staff are all very kind and always ask if you need anything. Rooms a good and very clean. Itโs about a 15 minute walk to the main street which can be exhausting when itโs 30c+ outside but otherwise in, what looks like, a good neighbourhood. Would recommend.
CChihena BandaExcellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone
GGuest UserGreat place, very friendly staff, breakfast was just scrumptious. From the downsides is the lack of TV and some amenities, such as toothbrush, hair dryer or a rubbish bin. Besides the minor inconveniences Iโd recommend the place!
